How, by implying that “systemic” racism still exists in America for groups like “Only Black Lives Matter” and other haters who believe the world owes them livings with fringe benefits. Your endorsement of “systemic” racism in America asks others to understand these haters “justifiable reasons to hate”, ambush, and assassinate laws enforcement personnel.
You need to verify two starting facts, 1) that problem is “systematic” racism (system wide racism, system managed racism, and system condoned racism) not acute racism plaguing America (acute - isolated and temporary cases based on different individual’s hatreds).
Following are undeniable observations about America’s political system – closer description; civil rights have evolved from beyond just equal opportunities to including “equal opportunities with privileges” which discriminates against majorities nor minorities. Samples:

2. Affirmative Action Programs /Actions
3. Justice Department Civil Rights Division (described by some as Progressive Democrats gangster thugs for minority special interests)

Seems that those most likely to be discriminated against in contemporary America are not racial / ethnic minorities, gender orientation, sexual activity orientation; rather most likely to be discriminated against are Judeo-Christian White males. How often do citizens see this most discriminated group in contemporary America; begging, whining, running around and randomly murdering any other groups of citizens?

Considerations for Obama before answering question:
1) Obama you have credibility and integrity problems, where is your proof that in contemporary times, America’s political system is systemic racist and not acute racist?
2) How can you justify “understanding” murdering law enforcement personnel? When ninety-nine plus percent (99 + %) of law enforcement personnel being threatened, injured, and murdered are not violating; have not violated any public laws? Also any laws being broken by law enforcement cannot be legally determined as crimes; until constitutional due process system, has finished it usually long slow process?
3) Obama guess your legacy will be that you were an accessory to murdering law enforcement personnel who were not breaking laws 99 + % of time. Also, you tried to understand the law enforcement assassins even before NON- accused law enforcement people, had opportunity to follow constitutional due process defenses against your fabricated fantasy crimes.
