Texas Drifter National Security Jobs Act Part I

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Time for Texas Drifter to dust off and update fifteen plus years ago writing exercise. Just as Custer’s scouts warned Custer what awaited him over the hill; Texas Drifter is warning the reader what awaits them if you ignore importance of NSJA (National Security Jobs Act).

Even with all the following: best recruited, best trained, most experienced, best equipped, best leaders, best communications, and best supply lines; America’s armed forces are only as capable as America’s domestic manufacturing base and available natural resources to fuel America’s domestic manufacturing base.

Relying on part time or pretender allies for natural resources and enemy nations for manufactured products is certainly as stupid as relying on a three sided fort and not policing domestic premises.

Yet, despite the attitude by most contemporary politicians that America can buy friends with free trade, there are nations on planet earth as you read this writing exercise in the process of developing resources to destroy America by any means necessary.

It also true the America’s baby boomer presidents Clinton, Bush II, and Obama have unintentionally or intentionally with internationalist trade policies helped America’s foreign enemies’ efforts destroy America. Expecting any less from any corporate fascist Mussolini Republican is being too stupid to stay free.

Now to lay a foundation to present NSJA (National Security Jobs Act); in a perfect civil world all people honor the Ten Commandments, and all American domestics and foreign governments respect America’s Constitution and Bill of Rights.

In a perfect civil world there is no need for law enforcement, private security, covert intelligence agents, and armed forces better known as branches of the military. Why, there is no need for the above in civil world utopia, there are no crimes committed by citizens, illegal immigrants, international terrorists, or enemy nations.

Texas Drifter submits to you that there are two types of violence: natural and unnatural. Examples of international unnatural violence include: England’s first war against America; England’s second war against America; Mexico’s second war not only against Texas, but also America; Japan’s attack on Pearl Harbor and Germany’s alliance with Japan; continued Marxist-fascist threats masked by humanist theology; Islamic terrorists, and others including Mexico dumping all its poor on United States to prevent Mexican peasants from revolting against Mexico’s corrupt brutal aristocracy.

Contemporary examples of domestic unnatural violence against American citizens by American citizens include oppressive and discriminatory confiscatory tax systems; greed driven by unethical capitalist special interest groups; amnesty for criminals’ immigration policies; unaccountable politically correct public bureaucrats serving Marxist-fascist elected officials like Obama; and purely greed motivated trade policies with China, Middle east, and Mexico which are some of America’s greatest national security threats ever.

Natural violence can be used for the following: food, self- defense, protect territory, protect liberty, and protect cultural traditions and values.

Levels of violence can be classified as necessary and unnecessary. Natural violence established America as a constitutional representative republic not a mob rule democracy; preserved the republic in the 1860’s; and has protected Heaven’s favorite republic from threats by foreign tyrants and terrorists since America’s founding.

War as defined by contemporary standards means violent conflict between two or more groups. War time combatants can be: former allies, nations, geographic regions, cultures, religions, ideologies, economic groups, and races or ethnic groups.

War generally takes one of the following categories: total, limited, cease fire, stand by (like cold War), and shadow wars. Uncivil shadow wars tend to be perpetual where survival through social power is prerequisite for survival.

There are two kinds of people facing wars: prepared and unprepared. The most prepared people are most likely to win, whatever win means.

Despite what euphoria merchants say, peace is always fleeting at best. I am serious when I ask you my Reader, how could everyone have missed the obvious? The sole purpose of peace in an uncivil world is to prepare for war. Remember the only thing worse than going to war is losing a war.

America’s future has yet to be determined; the ending will be decided by degrees of successful efforts by America’s Judeo-Christians, conservatives, constitutionalists, ethical capitalists, and “patriot security conservatives” (PSC). How, demanding passage of following National Security Jobs Act.

Question, purpose for NSJA: One preserve, insure, and enhance America’s national security by rebuilding America’s private sector domestic manufacturing base (nations do not win wars with service industries). Two, reduce America’s foreign trade deficit which can jeopardize America’s economy when other’s nations’ economies collapse. Is not sacrificing America’s economy to save world economy a form of economic treason? TRUE not FALSE

Bonus question, procedures for implementing NSJA:
1. Build new manufacturing plants in low “income” areas in America not foreign countries. Any company establishing these plants on America soils shall be exempt from federal taxes on products manufactured at these plants. As this is a national security matter, these plants shall be exempt from all Marxist-fascist dictates and regulations by EPA, Interior Department and other “America last” government agencies. Included in these exemptions are “resources” supplies needed to make these NSJA plants productive. Example, EPA and Interior Departments can stay heck away from carbon products producers.
2. Require all public sector products purchased with American tax dollars be minimum ninety-five percent (95%) manufactured, produced, grown, or raised in America and harvested by American citizens or legal residents. After three year transition time frame; only exceptions for allies with no exceptions for those in shadow wars against America like China, Middle East oil producers, Venezuela, Mexico, and others.
3. Require all products sold in America list on product country of origin.
4. American private sector ethical capitalists have the right to do business where ever they like; providing sales and services do not threaten America’s national security. No America tax dollars will ever be used to bail out American companies operating in foreign countries.
5. Any school, municipality, county, state or other entity wishing to receive federal tax dollars shall enact and implement policies consistent with NSJA.

Bonus thought question, time has arrived for all patriot security conservatives (PSC) to step up to the line and choose sides. How, support investing tax dollars in America. Why, support NSJA like you, your family’s, and country’s future depends on NSJA to survive, as it does. TRUE or FALSE

Texas Drifter: New Sign for Gun Control Advocates

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Repetition is good training tool. Mr. Bill Z. NAVC stands for “National Association of Violent Criminals (and other violent low-lifes). Purpose of this public appeal is to have legislators require following signs be displayed in gun free zones: NAVC Gun Free Zone.

Dear Gun Control Advocates

NAVC members are excited about your recent efforts to make our work environments safer with more gun control legislation. Not every political leader has political courage to make our work environments and communities safer by keeping guns away from trigger happy believers in self-defense.

NAVC members are enthused with your recent alliance between your Marxist-fascists Progressive Democrats, and corporate fascist Republican establishment ruling class aristocrats better known as Mussolini Republicans. Again NAVC members are looking forward to your era of transforming America by compromise and politically correct driven legislation.

Back to your legislation which benefits NAVC members; keep up your efforts to abolish America’s Second Amendment, as that has been unholy nightmare for NAVC members. Also, keep trying to emasculate NRA (National Rifle Association) as that organization has been on wrong side of my future history, and continues to represent trigger happy self-defense Americans.

NAVC members are counting on you Second amendment haters; to enact legislation that requires all residences, businesses, and public facilities like public schools and military bases to display one of following signs

You Second Amendment haters are serving NAVC well. How, by continuing to use mainstream media to remind Americans to never forget NAVC members have families too. Appreciate your efforts to show compassion to NAVC members who are injured just doing what they do.

Side note, your brothers in political attitudes: Stalin, Hitler, Mao, Castro are starting to worry you might have more perks upon returning to my eternal paradise. As for Obama and H. Clinton, and your other Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats, plus other “our lives matter more” special interest hater allies; be assured, I will always have room for them and you too in eternity’s second oldest utopian paradise.

Never forget Second Amendment haters, that NAVC (National Association of Violent Criminals) sole purpose is to promote and create safer crime scenes for murderers; robbers; kidnappers; rapists; child pornographers; drug dealers; drug induced crazies; police haters, violent anarchists, Islamic-fascist terrorists; and too many others to name.

Texas Drifter: Are You Obama Psycho-Jurat Clone?

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Read on to find out if you have the integrity to honestly answer following test: are you psycho-jurat genocidal treasonous Obama clone. For purposes of this writing exercise, “jurat” historically meant a person who has taken an oath; “jurat” being short for Latin “juratum” – it has been sworn.

Example of lacking public integrity, involves ignoring one of greatest public lies in contemporary America: Terrorists “win” just by scaring Reader. Fact, terrorists do not claim victory and go home just because terrorists put the “fear” into people. Terrorist do not claim victory until they kill you; your family, friends, and unknown neighbors; plus destroy everything American, like traditions, values, principles, culture, domestic tranquility and national security.

Brief overview of levels of commitment:
1. Assurance to keep agreement like appointment for later meeting.
2. Promise (declaration like “give you my word”)
3. Vow (solemn like between people - example wedding vows)
4. Oath (solemn between individual and God – examples to witness to truth, or honor commitment to service)

Definitions:
1. Psychosis – mental derangement characterized by losing contact with reality.
2. Jurat – see definition above
3. Psycho-jurat is total absence of spiritual morality also described as having rabid soul; caused by losing touch with reality what honoring oath means. Note, oaths to Heaven seldom come with voidance clauses for individuals taking oaths. Example, Obama took two separate oaths as President of United States of America to Heaven, to uphold, protect, and defend America’s Constitution from all enemies domestic and foreign.

Let Obama’s allies including Mussolini Republicans tolerating Obama’s policies and conduct, present case that Obama is not afflicted by psycho-jurat syndrome. Perhaps defenders trying to prove that Obama is not suffering from “psycho-jurat syndrome”; should decide if they tolerate or are willing to defend, following what some might describe as Obama’s rabid soul policies and actions.

3. Fast and Furious I
4. Fast and Furious II (Benghazi)
5. Internal Revenue Service’s ideological based prosecutions of Obama’s perceived enemies

7. Always promoting racial hatreds against whites; hatreds of property owners who earned their properties; hatreds against America’s law enforcement personnel and America’s armed forces; hatreds against Christians and Jewish people; hatreds against others Reader can list.
8. Tolerates genocide of Christians and Moderate Muslims by Radical Islamic terrorists like Islamic State.
9. Tolerates and promotes murder, raping, selling women and children in in sex slave markets by enticing them to illegally cross America’s southern porous border with promises of amnesty if they can “just make it to America”. Obama seems to like Mussolini Republicans new southern border slogan “60% get away”.
10. Continually violates his two oaths to Heaven to protect America’s Constitution with Obama’s “pen and telephone”.
11. Threatened and threatens national security by changing experience Armed Forces’ officers with affirmative action officers loyal first to Obama, and second too, who knows who?
12. Attacking domestic tranquility by attacking “local” law enforcement; while supporting violent civil unrest by such groups as: Black Lives Matter: La Raza; L.U.L.A.C. and other groups Reader can list.
13. Increases poverty by attempting to replace constitutional due process ethical capitalism with Marxist-fascist regulations using federal agencies like EPA; BLM; Interior Department, Education Department, and about fifty other federal agencies that Reader can list.
14. Torture and negligent murder of America’s veterans with V.A. care.
15. Turn America’s youth into world owes up psycho-jurat soulless treasonous Obama clones using America’s national public education system.
16. Provides world owes us special interest haters “legislation by executive actions” to carry out judicial mob rule domestic terrorism against those who do not support their sometimes perverse behavior.

Question, why does Main-Stream News Media or Main-Stream News Light Media like Fox, not identify illegal immigrants by their immigration status when illegal immigrants kill or injure Americans or legal residents? Why, answer is to not let everyone know negative impact illegal immigrants have on America’s public health and safety. Maybe some journalist are too liberal to care about America? TRUE or FALSE

Bonus question why does Texas Drifter not show more blind respect for an American President suffering from psycho-jurat syndrome? Simple, Texas Drifter, took oath to uphold protect, and defend …. Answer, there was nothing in oath Texas Drifter took about honoring President that is trying to destroy oath taken by Texas Drifter. TRUE not FALSE

Clue, judgment day is personal. Is it possible that only those who tolerate or allow one President’s psycho-jurat syndrome to destroy integrity of their oaths; any less messed up than an offending President?

Bonus thought question, If U.S. President engages in acts of treason or other high crimes or misdemeanors; seems that President’s bad conduct can only result in impeachment while that President is in office. Let us consider an additional option. Where is it stated in U.S. Constitution, that a President after leaving office; cannot be tried by military code of justice by TOTALLY run military general court-martial, since the President, also served as full time Commander In Chief. Seems like preferable due process option to what happened to Romanov dynasty in Russia. TRUE or FALSE
