Good news, recent alien college graduate! Thanks to President Obama's executive actions and an incentive program launched by the Department of Homeland Security, employers are much more likely to hire you before they would a native college grad. It falls under the department's Optional Practical Training program, which currently gives recent alien graduates a one-year work permit and employers a cash bonus. The new rule not only adds a generous extension, it will also offer a bigger cash payout to employers who hire them.
As the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) notes, an illegal alien who majored in any of the science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) fields will get an additional 17 months of permitted work, expanding their initial year guarantee to over two years. DHS has also upped the incentive for U.S. employers to hire non-citizens by offering them an increase from $10,000 to at least $12,000 to hire an alien STEM graduate.
CIS' David North writes:
I searched the proposed rule that appears in today's Federal Register for references to payroll taxes (FICA, the Federal Insurance Contributions Act) and found none. I guess DHS does not want us to know about the generous tax break that both employers and aliens get from this program. I find it intellectually dishonest not to mention this tax break in a long, extremely detailed document on this subject.
All of this leads North to the most plausible conclusion: this is no "training" program as DHS designates, but "just one more foreign worker program that has nothing to do with students" and one that favors "aliens rather than citizens. Setting: Contemporary America

Players:

- Computer Intelligence Investigator (CII)
- Bitter Angry Old Man / Victim Obama Death Merchants (BAOM / VODM)

INTRODUCTION – (Setting)

PC to ICM: (hands ICM photo) I will be brief. I want you to find out why my brother who never hurt anyone was murdered; a man with no enemies. Here is a cashier’s check for one million dollars.
ICM to PC: Two things – First the check is a non – refundable no receipts submitted for expenses; regardless of whether I decide to submit a report. Second, I want a non – public notarized letter from your attorney giving me or any of my agents, permission “to hack” into any computer system related to you, your brother’s, your company’s computers. I will have my attorney check the document before any work. Invoice for additional expenses may be submitted for report - regardless of report citing good, bad, indifferent, or no information provided. This in one time offer not start of negotiations. Work can begin when my attorney contacts me. Like you started, I will be ‘brief’.

ACT 1 (Setting 96 hours later more or less)

ICM to CII: Have my report on man with no enemies?
CII to ICM: The man with no enemies, recently hired twenty college graduates who are what some call illegal "Dreamer" immigrants over American born native citizen college graduates. Guess you read the background notes I sent you about Obama’s Homeland Security policies upping financial incentives for businesses to hire illegal immigrant “Dreamers” over American native citizen college graduates. If not stop me. (ICM paused for CII to continue)

CII continues: Run the numbers, apparently the man no one wanted to kill was willing to co-mingle estimated seven hundred twenty-thousand dollars Obama bribe too not hire American citizen college graduates and hire illegal Mexican immigrant “Dreamers” at about sixty-percent of wages paid to American graduates. Mix in the labor savings with Obama's bribe, and you might find more than enough money to be motivated to kill the man with no enemies?

Like you taught me, sometimes the obvious is diversion. Took my inquiry further; if twenty illegals were to get jobs; that meant twenty American citizen college graduates would be denied jobs. Did back ground checks on twenty applicants denied jobs. Only one was of interest. (Hands ICM envelope) One of the families in recent years: had son killed during Obama’s nationally publicized retreat from Iraq; wife and mother killed due to Obama Care; and a remaining child “top of her class” daughter committed suicide after losing three different jobs to illegal immigrant Dreamers hired because of Obama’s bribes. Not a “head doctor”; that might drive a lone surviving old man, to feel that a man with no enemies needs enemies. ICM to CII: You make my work too easy; will have attorney send you eighty percent of client’s expense check; you have done you job and earned your pay; now it is time for me to go do same.

ACT 2 (Setting parking lot small restaurant)

ICM to VODM: Excuse me!
VODM to ICM: Not buying if you are a sales man!
ICM to VODM: Not a salesman – not a cop! Only seeking little off the record intelligence.
VODM to ICM: Who you work for?
ICM to VODM: Someone who wants your side of the story.
VODM to ICM: Never liked those without names in the Vietnam. My side of the story – I will tell you my side of the story. My only son was shot in the back during Obama’s world known retreat from Iraq. My only wife died from cancer because we could not cover Obama Care deductible to have Obama Care insurance coverage kick in to provide my only ever wife life-saving procedures she needed to survive. My only daughter committed suicide because she could not get a job because Obama with help from Mussolini Republicans bribed Chamber of Commerce businessmen to hire illegal immigrant “Dreamers” under paid jobs while destroying dreams of America’s college graduates. I got tired of letting the Obamas, Clintons, McConnells, and now Ryans murder and abuse my family; and pretend that I cared nothing about their domestic war crimes against my loved ones. That is my story like it or not.

ICM to OVDM: You have three choices:
1. Stop where you are and maybe not get caught.
2. Get caught and certainly be presented as crazy before Obama’s FBI or Justice Department murders you. Seems they have like IRS, have become Obama's personal death squads.
3. Get best no charge defense lawyer and take your chances on jury nullification decision. Maybe walk when others start to EXHIBIT “battered citizens’ syndrome” which is much unused mirror legal defense as battered spouse syndrome.

One question, why did you choose that corporate executive; when he was just one of guilty?

VODM to ICM: All the other guilty had too much security. Most Chamber of Commerce types like those Heaven’s Son cast from the Temple think more about counting their money than security.

ICM to VODM: (Hands business card to VODM) – Here if you decide to stand and make a fight of it; contact this attorney; I’ll put in a good word for you. Also, I am one of those plausible deniability agents you probably never liked – so I was never here. Need to go inform potential client that I have decided not to take their case.

Texas Drifter Re-Consider "Battered Citizen Syndrome"

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Judas Iscariot betrayed Jesus for thirty pieces of silver. Future American historians have a moral obligation to record what “pieces of silver” every Obama Marxist-fascist Progressive Liberal Democrat along with their allies Moderate Republicans also called RINOS received for contributing to destruction of Heaven’s favorite republic. America’s citizens have right to know which of these politicians took Judas bribes, and which were just evil.

Even cruel, mean, selfish, sadistic, lying, thieving, totally worthless psychopaths, sociopaths, and polio-paths like Marxist Progressive Democrats are entitled to American Constitutional judicial due processes: indictments, trials, appeals and due process punishments. As for their souls, that is Heaven’s domain not citizens. Above words do not change principles that self-defense is not a sin.

Unfortunately many good American citizens have pilgrim like attitudes towards political evils. Why, most American pilgrims are not used to being victimized by fascists acting bureaucrats with worker ant personalities. Occasionally good spirited patriotic citizens may over react with episodes of violence caused by lost tempers.
