Texas Drifter: Foster Care for Speaker Ryan’s Kids?

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Question, should probable House Speaker Paul Ryan’s children be placed in foster care? Also, if further investigation results warrant, should Ryan’s parental rights be terminated? Stating the obvious, this Texas Drifter writing exercise is only asking questions; not advocating for or against a “for the children” issue that deserves second thoughts.

Question is it not child abuse for a parent to embarrass their children by publicly claiming that their intellectual skills to defend and protect America’s inalienable rights surpass those of Thomas Jefferson, whose many great accomplishments included but were not limited to: 1) penned America’s Declaration of Independence 2) created what is referred the “Jefferson rule” to purge incompetent, corrupt, treasonous, or tyrannical madmen (like Boehner) from Speaker of House position.

The Wisconsin Republican (Paul Ryan) wants to get rid of a procedural rule that allows Speakers to be removed with a simple majority vote at any time. As CQ/Roll Call’s Matt Fuller pointed out, the existence of that rule was why Boehner was so willing to resign early.
There is actually no House Rule that would help remove a Speaker from his seat, according to the Brookings Foundation, but Jefferson’s Manual, America’s first book on procedure, allows for the move.

Seems that Pau Ryan apparently believes that First Commandment “Thou shall have no other Gods before me” applies to Ryan’s role as Speaker of the House. Texas Drifter, speaking though written words, only for myself; does not intend to worship or honor Paul Ryan as any kind of God, including false prophet or otherwise.

Question, is Paul Ryan not the consummate or impeccable RINO, moderate conservative; corporate fascist Mussolini Republican clone. Is Ryan, an inner circle member of Republican establishment's criminal political class, with its closer ties to Obama’s Marxist-Fascist Progressive Democrats? Is it true, Ryan has less respect and toleration for Judeo-Christian constitutionalist ethical capitalist conservative patriots; including insignificant numbers of Americans supporting PSC (Patriot Security Conservatives; than respect and toleration for Progressive Democrats. TRUE or FALSE

Clue, would America’s corporate fascist political criminal class have let Ryan run for Vice-President with Romney in 2012 national election? An election that Mussolini Republicans eventually let America’s Marxist-fascist political criminal class led by Obama allegedly steal by rigging vote counting.

Not saying they will, just asking if Ryan’s eventual compromises and deals with one or both of America’s political criminal classes (Mussolini Republicans / Progressive Democrats) be consistent with following:
Moving on to treason times three (one plus one plus one equals three):

1) Does violating spirit of Constitutional law include? Not publicly renouncing one’s oath “to uphold, protect, and defend”; while conducting covert actions which do not uphold, protect, and defend U.S. Constitution. Make one a traitor to both Heaven and American people, to whom oath was publicly taken? If Reader’s should be obvious answer, is yes; does it also follow that America’s “criminal political class” are traitors?

2) Letter of U.S. Constitutional law involving treason.
Article III Section 3 of U.S. Constitution states: Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

Why does one need to recognize traitors; Reader who does not know answer, has no need to keep reading this writing exercise. Can traitors’ actions can seemingly be additionally prosecuted as domestic war crimes? Comparable to international prosecutions in Nuremberg Trials for the purpose of bringing Nazi war criminals to justice. Second issue involves domestic war criminal traitors not having due process rights during time frame traitors, suspended constitutional rule?

Traitors’ allies can be prosecuted as accessories to traitor’s treasons and war crimes. These allies can be classified into at least three categories: spies, collaborators, and sympathizers. An interesting issue when someone eventually asks if U.S. Federal Justice Department loyalties serve as America's Justice Department or Obama's Justice Department.

Question - Would America’s society feel that involving one’s own children as “negotiable political chips” to advance one’s own political career are proper child guardian practices? TRUE or FALSE

Clue - Can P. Ryan deny that he used his children as political bargaining chips to further his career to replace Boehner as Speaker of the House? When was last time, you my Reader, used your children to obtain better employment benefits?

Observation – Bonus Question: P. Ryan should not cry foul when asked above question; it was P. Ryan and P. Ryan alone who introduced “family time” issue for purposes of getting votes. Question, did his campaigning for Vice-President and would his duties as Vice President have required substantial less time for “family time” than serving as Speaker of House? TRUE or FALSE

Bonus thought question: Seems that pretender conservative members of House’s Freedom Caucus are only loyal to their core principles until corporate fascist Mussolini Republicans, part of America’s political criminal class, offer them another Pyrrhic strategy P.C. Nazi compromise. TRUE or FALSE

Clues:
1. Mussolini Republicans seem willing to destroy Judeo-Christian constitutionalist ethical capitalist conservative patriots; including insignificant numbers of Americans supporting PSC (Patriot Security Conservatives); even if their hatreds destroy both America’s domestic tranquility and national security (one sample issue involves cheap labor greed motivated amnesty for illegal immigrants).
2. Paul Ryan is and probably always will be poster child for corporate fascist Mussolini Republicans; and their Pyrrhic motivations to destroy: mostly pilgrim like Judeo-Christian strict constitutionalist ethical capitalist conservative patriot families.
3. One thing above targets of America’s political criminal classes do not wish to believe is that in most cases, their tormentors and aggressors, generally "get less than they deserve" until the evil among us start to fear otherwise. Pilgrims need to understand that "being a nice person" is not a pass for tolerating incompetence, corruptions, crimes, and treasons.
