Marshall’s Law Dateline - Learning, investigating, and gathering intelligence all start with asking right questions. Some questions in investigation process start with: 1) What was crime 2) Where was crime committed 3) When was crime committed 4) How crime committed 5) Why crime committed 6) Who committed crime? Following questions are intended to challenge Reader’s thought processes.

Start questions:
1. Democrats randomly change Senate voting thresholds depending on procedure to their advantage, from fifty-one votes, to sixty votes, to sixty-seven votes. Meanwhile Republicans like McConnell and other members or America’s "criminal political class" with closer ties to Obama’s Progressive Democrats than voters who elected them to office; keep “nuclear options” in place to benefit Democrats.
One Republican ruling class master of abusing techniques, is Texas Senator Cornyn who votes to let Marxist Democrats vote on issues; that Cornyn knows Democrats can win in separate elections; meanwhile giving Cornyn opportunity for future vote against Democrats, so Cornyn can appear to be loyal conservative.
Reader is encouraged to correct Texas Drifter, if wrong; did not Texas Senator Ted Cruz resort to same vote tactic, which discreetly let Democrats win in recent Asian Trade Deal? Again leaving voters with impression of being good conservative; while putting in “procedure fix” for Obama to have what Obama wanted. TRUE or FALSE

2. Leadership starts with consistent integrity; still, leadership requires more than consistent integrity. Leadership also requires personal qualities like: 1) ability 2) real word experiences 3) knowledge 4) persistent determination. TRUE or FALSE

3. Sometimes, those advocating moderate solutions to extreme problems implies the problem solver is too banked up to know they are blanked up. TRUE or FALSE

4. There is wisdom in Ephesians 6: 11-12 … 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places … TRUE not FALSE

Translation, Fox News moderators not asking exact same questions to candidates was nothing more, than “got-cha” or "kiss-up" interview depending on which candidate got which type of question. The event was not certainly not a debate by any "fair and balanced" definition. Perhaps purpose of Fox News “fake debate” was nothing more than covert effort by Fox News to cripple Donald Trump’s reputation for Mussolini Republicans. TRUE or FALSE

8. Law enforcement may be forced to shoot more Blacks and some other minorities during self-defense in progress crime scenarios. Why, because Blacks and some other minorities tend to have "fewer to practically no" complete mother-father family units. A social condition which can result is raising “less civilized” children. Sometimes, truth can be painful when causes of unpleasant circumstances are identified. TRUE or FALSE

9. Could one result of less civilized social behavior result from devotion to tribal or gang thought processes as compared to respecting others “accountable free will” labor and property choices. TRUE or FALSE

10. America’s middle class is starting to lose patience with:
a. America’s political criminal classes like Progressive Democrats and Mussolini Republicans
b. Haters of all things American including illegal immigrants who believe America’s middle class owes them a living
c. Over paid public sector bureaucrats who believe they are soldier ants chosen by Heaven to manage America’s middle class worker ants

Special interest haters who believe all Americans must not only tolerate their different lifestyles; but also believe all Americans should abandon their personal religious beliefs to celebrate special interest haters’ intentional offensive conduct. Note: First Amendment about “separation of government and personal religious beliefs”; does not extend to private citizens using government to force their beliefs on other private citizens. Bonus Question - Is FBI investigating H. Clinton’s allegedly either intentionally or unintentionally, sharing American national security information though H. Clinton’s personal E- Mails; better identified as America’s FBI or Obama’s FBI? CHOOSE EITHER AMERICA OR OBAMA / NOT SURE / DON’T KNOW / DON’T CARE

Bonus Question – Recycled question from Library Entry # 770: Obama’s air strikes in Iraq and other places are comparable to carnival goers playing “Whac-A-Mole”. Air strikes without inserting troops on ground to hold “bombed out” territory by keeping bad guys from returning is; little more than wasteful feel good propaganda strategy.

Back to game Whac-A-Mole, way to win the game is to place cover over hole of last mole wacked. Why, to eventually prevent mole from having any holes left to exit and taunt game player. Two examples of air strikes without inserting troops to hold bombed out territory are “carpet" fire-bombing as was used in places like Dresden, Germany during World War II. Or second, use nuclear weapons as were used in Japan during World War II.

Observation, air strikes parameters; excluding drones for specific targets; include one side point of reference, air strikes followed by inserting troops to pacify and hold territory; and other side point of reference, with variations in between use final option which is using “doomsday” weapons on enemy. Clue - Brutal observation, wasting resources, American troops, plus collateral damages of civilians just to make Obama look; like Obama knows what Obama is doing, is getting close to being too blanked up, to know, one is blanked up. TRUE or FALSE

Bonus Thought Question – Seems that Taliban might have taken control of some Texas public education universities. Taliban is known for destroying historical monuments; some Texas education institutions have started relocating or removing historical artifacts from America’s First Civil War. Perhaps some Texas public universities should change their mascot to Taliban? TRUE or FALSE

Texas Drifter: Unmasking Fox News “Fair and Balanced”?

Marshall’s Law Dateline – If Fox News “Fair and Balanced”, relies on “conservative fascist political correctness” (CFPC) to only serve one part of America’s political criminal class; and does not present objective truth; do not conservative American patriots, have a right to know?

Perhaps Reader should thank Fox News for unintentionally inadvertently showing millions of Americans, that Donald Trump was only one of top ten Republican primary candidates to publicly proclaim that he (Donald Trump), would not place loyalty to Mussolini Republicans above his (Donald Trump’s) personal integrity. As for other nine Republican primary candidates, they publicly demonstrated by default; that they would place their loyalties to Republican Party’s criminal political class before being loyal to their personal integrities.

Why would any American, vote for any political candidate that abandons their personal integrity which includes their oath to Heaven and American people to uphold, protect, and defend? Where is decency in supporting Republicans more sympathetic to Obama’s Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats, than Judeo-Christian patriots devoted to constitutional due processes, ethical capitalism, and America’s national economic sovereignty?

Could one make the observation that voters who vote first for a candidate’s political party even the Republican Party, before voting for candidates’ personal integrity; are metaphorical stump ranger political strumpets? Reader recall old adage, one is what one votes for?

Then again, perhaps Republican Party with propaganda tools like Fox News suggest that Republican Party should become America’s “third political party”? Was if it happened, just calling some Fox News moderator “a bimbo” P.C. speech? Perhaps a more truthful description might have been, just another Fox News political strumpet siding with part of America’s criminal political class? Just asking not accusing.

Few side notes about former prosecutors. Lawyers who generally only spend their legal careers as prosecutors, are not inclined to make non-prejudicial interviewers or moderators. Why, career prosecutors usually “learn to” instinctively care only about their personal conviction ratios, not objective truth! TRUE or FALSE

Clue - Prosecutorial mentalities seem better suited to leading lynch mobs, than balancing Lady Justice’s “truth or lies” scales. Some of most annoying arrogant prosecutors, are those who spend too much time reading their own press releases in front of a mirror.

Repetition still good teaching tool: Brutal undeniable truth, Donald Trump was only candidate on stage to publicly proclaim that he places personal integrity above blind loyalty to Republican Party. Translation, other nine Republican primary candidates silently proclaimed that they blindly place loyalty to Republican Party before loyalty to their personal integrity.

Few questions:1) Would those willing to place loyalty to Republican Party before personal integrity be inclined to place loyalties to Republican Party before loyalty to country? 2) Seems that other nine Republicans are no different than Obama when the choice is loyalty to party ideology before country? 3) Wonder how loyalty to party before personal integrity plays out; on Judgment Day? Especially since Judgment Day is personal.

Refresher profile of America’s criminal political classes like Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats and corporate fascist Mussolini Republicans plus assorted leftist and right wing cults. Commonly shared hedonistic lusts include: 1) promiscuity 2) greed 3) tyrannical powers; all which threaten inalienable rights, constitutional due processes, ethical capitalism, domestic tranquility, national security, and national economic sovereignty.

Above threats to Heaven’s favorite republic will continue until enough Americans learn:
1. Differences between right and wrong
2. Differences between good and evil
3. Have the courage to do right or good
4. Have the courage to denounce wrong or evil
5. Understand this, it may not be what is agreed on that poses risks; rather “secret” differences that are not agreed on, that are most dangerous

Some examples of above – contemporary Yankee Republicans and carpetbaggers’ hatreds of Southerners’ traditions, values, principles, and history. Subtle clues include how media ratings cult leaders ignore Yankee domestic genocide of Southerners during Re-construction; plus pure hatred of historical leaders like President Andrew Jackson.

These same haters “of all things Southern” recently approved of Fox News attempting to discredit Donald Trump during first Republican primary debates by asking Donald Trump “got cha questions”. The event was misnamed a “debate”. Why, could be wrong, but Texas Drifter thought debaters were supposed to respond to “same questions”?

Moving on by comparing “fair and balanced”
1. Main-stream news media is “fair and balanced” to Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats
2. Main-stream media light (Fox News) is “fair and balanced to Corporate-fascist Mussolini Republicans

Comparing political correctness
1. Main-stream Media advocates and employs “liberal fascist political correctness” (LFPC) to diminish private free speech
2. Main-stream Media light (Fox New) seemingly employs “conservative fascist political correctness” (CFPC) to diminish private free speech
3. One might suggest, that Progressive Democrats LFPC is less compassionate like Stalin’s tactics; while right wing cults’ CFPC, is more compassionate by being more Mussolini like.

Mainstream media light is associated with Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats. While main-stream media light always seems to be “reaching out” to provide Marxist-fascists and conservative media cults a public platform. Why to show compassion by legitimizing Marxist-fascist beliefs, plans, and actions; all the while ignoring and belittling “independent” Judeo Christian conservatives who are opposed to promoting domestic tyranny and internationalist one world government financial interests. TRUE or FALSE

Question, why should Reader care about unmasking Fox News being “fair and balanced”? Could motivation clue be, consider possible consequences of tolerating corporate fascists Mussolini Republicans cheating successful businessman like Donald Trump out of 2016 Republican Party Presidential nomination?

Simple answer should be obvious: Reader must never forget that Mussolini Republicans’ lust for power, combined with lingering taste of “political blood” after keeping Donald Trump from nomination will not be satisfied. Mussolini Republicans next target could easily be grass roots Judeo-Christian conservatives and anyone else devoted to America’s traditions, values, and principles. Mussolini Republicans are most likely to let Obama’s public sector affirmative action gangsters destroy conservative patriots for them. TRUE or FALSE

Clue – What do Mussolini Republicans and Fox News seemingly have in common with Obama and mainstream media? Seems both readily play “hater cards” to win, stay in power, or remain popular. Obama and mainstream media play racist hate cards against Anglos; while Mussolini Republicans and Fox News seemingly play hater sexist cards against citizens like Donald Trump.

Why should any American support haters, be they Obama and mainstream media, or Mussolini Republicans and Fox News? Reader can answer in five words or less: (insert answer)

Question – Was Fox News justified by Fox News displaying loyalties to corporate-fascist Mussolini Republicans by having a Fox News “figurine puppet moderator” possibly being controlled by some hired puppeteer like K. Rove; to try and trash Donald Trump’s Primary appearance? YES / NO / MAYBE / NOT SURE / DON’T KNOW / DON’T CARE

Question – Future historians could record that those ultimately responsible for decline and fall of Heaven’s favorite Republic; were Judeo-Christian conservative patriots who spent too much time watching Fox News, and not enough time working for and defending those trying to: first stop America’s decline, and second put America back on right path to greatness. TRUE or FALSE

Clue Heaven’s first great gift is salvation; Heaven’s second great gift is Lady Justice; Heaven’s third great gift might be to give America another chance to be home place for first two gifts. America’s “second chance”, might start with conservatives finding other emerging conservative news media outlets Reader can find on their own. TRUE or FALSE

Bonus question – Conservatives who limit their conservative standards to ONLY two issues, Pro-Life and Second Amendment; may find out that they could end up being like those, they started out hating. Guess above “clue” might have been more appropriate than Reader thought? (Clue paraphrased) What do some conservative media outlets seemingly have in common with Obama and mainstream media? Seems both readily play “hater cards” to win, stay in power, or remain popular. Obama and mainstream media play racist hate cards against Anglos; while some conservatives seemingly justify using CFPC to play hater sexist cards against citizens like Donald Trump.
