There is only one acceptable voting standard: candidate will honor his/her public oath to Heaven and the American people to uphold, protect, and defend America’s Constitution from all enemies domestic and foreign. Rest should work out; as candidate should make fewer mistakes honoring their oath than making up behavior based on: being popular; repaying services for bribes; being consumed by lust for power; indulging self-inflated vanities; addiction to ideology or theology; or any combination of preceding. No-one is suggesting that candidate should not cite issues like securing porous Sothern border which will be consistent to honoring oath to Constitution. TRUE or FALSE

Texas Drifter: America’s Flag More Than Special

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Flags represent specific messages. How many militaries or navies throughout all human history, have gone into mortal combat without a single flag?

Vexillology is scientific study of flags. “Flags” have been around for estimated 4000 years, pieces of cloth were first added to flags estimated 2000 years ago. Vexillology is derived from Latin” vexillum” referring to fabric hung from horizontal cross bar on a pole.

Flags display emblems, symbols, or standards to convey or send specific messages. Some examples, how does one believe Mexico’s butcher President- General Santa Anna reacted when he might have seen “Come and Take It” flag displaying a cannon above crumbling adobe walls of an old church? Needless to say Mexico’s butcher President-General Santa Anna swore death to all defenders of the Alamo.

Inspiration for the flag was first “real” day of Texas war for Independence: “I cannot, nor do I desire to deliver up the cannon...We are weak and few in number, nevertheless we are contending for what we believe to be just principles.” — Joseph Clements, a Gonzales town official, September 30, 1835

Another example, how does Reader believe America’s troops and Navy members felt when they saw Old Glory being raised during Battle of Iwo Jima? Reader can list untold numbers or times when Americans were proud and honored to see Old Glory.

Started this writing exercise with these examples to remind Americans that some celebrities like G. Beck, and their cult groupies plus others Reader can list; seemingly have lackadaisical and spiritless attitudes towards America’s more than special flag.

Several points, perhaps these seemingly personal vanity before patriotism people need to remember:
1. They are beneficiaries of others' sacrifices, and are only free; to act like ungracious fools because patriots fought, suffered, and died for Old Glory. “Just a flag", according to pretender patriots by their own words; perhaps someone needs to wish a magician's pox on their lethargic attitudes towards Old Glory?
2. Perhaps these, again by their own words personal vanity before patriotism detractors of Old Glory; might want to review lyrics of “America’s National Anthem” and “Pledge of Allegiance”. Why, to reconsider Old Glory’s symbolic value to United States of America.
3. Perhaps Reader might help Texas Drifter remember last time Reader witnessed a G. Beck poster draped over casket of one of America’s best and most courageous?

Some flags allied to Marxist-fascist haters of all things American because world owes them a living include:

Point of above observation is Republican and conservative “enablers by tolerating” recent trashing of Southern Flag which symbolizes more than “battle flag”; did not raise one single word against any terrorists wanting to murder Americans that serve above flags.

One conservative radio celebrity who uses personal pronouns more than Obama, referred to Confederate flag as “just an object”. Seems that this Yankee Republican conservative now carpetbagger, has no respect for Southerners' traditions, values, principles and or history.

Perhaps this always right, while others are always wrong carpetbagger thinks America’s First Civil War was fought to free Blacks from slavery. Why, so Yankee Republican carpetbaggers, could put descendants of ninety-five percent of Southern White ancestors that never owned slaves, into slavery? Just asking, not accusing. TRUE or FALSE

Flags are first target, in war to destroy America’s traditions, values, principles, and history by attacking America’s symbols. By who, world owes us hate all things American groups like illegal immigrants and other groups reader can list, or find by referencing many citations in Texas Drifter writing exercises.

First symbols to be attacked included Southerners’ flag; also under attack are marriage vows like wedding rings "for a man and woman". Judeo-Christians’ holiday decorations are just about decimated; to followed by banning Christianity’s Cross - which will probably someday based on “no separation of government and religion” be illegal to display on public property or in public places.

Question, does Mussolini Republicans AND or conservative “Tea Party” conservatives tolerating P.C. Nazism make all these “conservative” people accessories to crimes committed against innocent law abiding constitution respecting patriotic citizens? YES / NO / MAYBE/ NOT SURE / WHO CARES

Clue - If above question deserves specific answer to: If what America’s Old Glory used to stand for, and still should stand for; are being systematically “transformed” into what some conservative media celebrity cult leaders already believe Old Glory stands for. Texas Drifter: U.S. Amnesty “City-States” Unconstitutional Cancers?

Marshall’s Law Dateline – There are no references to “city-state” or “city-state metropolis” in U.S. Constitution, including Tenth Amendment in Bill of Rights. Refresher insert Tenth Amendment: The powers not delegated to the United Sates by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or the people.

Problem confronting P.S.C. (patriot security conservatives) is “city-states” have become de-facto “ruling sources of power”, within individual States which violates Constitution’s due process meaning of State. America’s “States Salvation Amendment” will develop constitutional due processes; to re-classify and convert offending city-states, which threaten domestic tranquility or national security. Why and how, by intentionally violating due process federal laws, and creating political geo-regions legally classified as “territories”.

Preface thought, many argue that issue of States succeeding from Union, was decided by America’s First Civil War. Issues yet to be decided, could lawless geo-regions in individual States be temporarily “expelled” from Union; by being re-classified as “territories”; if Constitutional Amendment provided such an option?

Might such city-states to be considered for “territorial status” include: San Francisco, Los Angeles; Chicago; Detroit; New York City; Rio Grande Valley North Mexico, Texas; plus other city-states Reader might add.

Filler note about why Texas is called “Lone Star State”. Tale tellers report how Texans’ logic about supporting Southern States was, Texas joined U.S. as free republic; and could leave to again free republic; whenever Texans wanted to take back their “single star” on American flag they could. Hence concept of Texas Lone Star State.

Observation question: Re-classifying city-states as territories, will not become epidemic. Why, most Americans will not let hate all things American illegal immigrants and other public welfare addicts; fragment their State with actions by: rouge bandits, rioting anarchists, fascist mob haters that result in parts of their states being designated as “territory”. TRUE or FALSE

Clue – Old adage, “pick your battles” Texans, Southerners, Westerners, and other similar thinking States’ citizen patriots; can peacefully enact above due process Amendment to manage city-states by using territorial status. The ignored secret of America’s Constitution; the Achilles’ heel for “city-states” corrupting integrity of America’s Electoral College voting process is America’s States Salvation Amendment. Clue – Not asking constitutional scholars if they like idea; rather asking if such an amendment if enacted by constitutional due processes by States; would be deserving of full faith and respect by those loyal to constitution? YES or NO

Bonus thought question, could same strategy serve Judeo-Christian conservative patriots supporting America’s States Salvation Amendment; that General Sam Houston relied on during Texas 1836 War for Independence? General Sam led his “one battle army” to San Jacinto. Houston then turned, his army of basically untrained, undisciplined volunteers, loose to do what they did best. On Mexican butcher President-General who commanded best army on continent. YES / NO / MAYBE / NOT SURE / WHO CARES

Side Note: Casualty reports from April 21st eighteen minute battle sent Houston’s enemies the second message: six hundred enemy killed, two hundred enemy wounded, and 732 enemy captured.
