Clue first question, cost of hardening Texas against E.M.P. scenario would be estimated one-fourth of eight hundred million Texas Governor Abbott is spending to round up illegal immigrants crossing Southern porous border with imaginary perimeter security fence. TRUE or FALSE

Clue second question, a trick question. Why, E.M.P. scenario will probably set contemporary technologies two hundred years; which means there will be no internet or any other electronic communications systems. TRUE not FALSE

Texas Drifter: Fact Obama Care Worse Than V.A. Care?

Marshall’s Law Dateline - Seeing the world from the bottom up, is different than seeing world from the top down; regardless of what media conservatives preach. Texas Drifter, following a life threatening medium term serious illness, having no immediate family of relatives; had the opportunity to survive transitory, gladly not permanent condition as “legally indigent” American, with bottom up view of America’s real world health care system.

Many of those real world not desk pilot experiences about health care for America’s indigent; may be referenced at “Citizens Passions Index” following Continue Plus Entry #’s in no special order to name a few: # 189; # 218; # 289; # 144; # 317; # 688; # 357; # 520; # 301; # 699; # 429; # 629; # 678 ….

Few summary lessons include following observations and suggestions in no special order. Starting with most obvious and least recognized, Marxist-fascist (Progressive Democrats) and corporate fascist (Mussolini Republicans) excessive regulations have turned America’s health care into just another over regulated consumer retail product.

Comparison, most consumers never pay first price when purchasing a new vehicle. Perhaps Americans should start getting a second, and perhaps third diagnosis before financially committing to major intrusive health care procedures.

A practice which is discouraged by public sector programs like Medicare; Medicaid; and indigent health care services. Brutal truth is government does not care if health care services are provided by real world flying vultures or human doctors, so long as welfare beneficiaries do not protest at ballot boxes.

One example involves physicians tampering with drug prescriptions; to create prejudicial tests which “justify” additional needed health care services – more physically intrusive like surgery the better. Seems that percentage unknown, many diagnosis are made based solely on physician’s lust for greed.

Consider following real world scenario. Man goes to visit doctor complaining of severe abdominal pains. Doctor says “I am admitting you to hospital right now for surgery in the morning”. Patent seeks second opinion – “You need surgery – will schedule you for operation in seven days.” Patient seeks third diagnosis. Doctor says “You have intestinal infection; take this medicine and you will be fine in two weeks.” Which patient was; sometimes additional opinions should be considered routine procedure when seeking retail health care?

Some have suggested that retail health care shopping might pursue following three component strategy: minimum intrusive maintenance. Reader needs to understand that sometimes strategies work and sometimes strategies do not work. Guess Reader needs to decide if they wish to be involved in managing their retail health care; or just rely on doctor’s advice, which Reader will surely admit, is partially motivated for profit. Not being disrespectful to health care workers; rather acknowledging that profit is motive of all “retail” products and services.

Anyway, components of above strategy include consumer (self); doctor (health care worker); and Heaven. Why should such and strategy be considered? Reader needs to understand that America’s health care system has evolved away from one’s family doctor making home visits to “livestock-feedlot clinics” health care system.

Some contemporary health care providers do not have time to discuss patient /client’s diagnosis or needed health care services. Seems to Texas Drifter, that if one is going to purchase retail health care services; then, health care providers should explain why and what services are needed!

Some types of contemporary health care workers including doctors include:
1. Incompetent
2. Greed based fraud by not delivered services, unnecessary services, phony invoices and or inflated insurance claims
3. Vanity motivated treatment of patients/consumers by health care providers who have become self-appointed false prophets
4. Minority racist or ethnic prejudice healthcare providers – usually against Anglos
5. Actual percentage unknown of competent, honest, professionals who care about being health care providers including doctors seeking to help other humans
6. Others reader can list

Other concerns for patient/consumer are life-saving treatments being stopped during treatment process. More common is cancer treatments being stopped which is essentially cruel painful death sentence for patient/consumer. This process is administered by political elites, and will be carried out more and more by Obama’s “death panels”. Why, to not waste tax payer’s money on those who are “going to die anyway”. Reader knows who: the old, terminally ill, and children who are too disabled to ever contribute to Obama’s proletariat. TRUE or FALSE

Only two issues sadder than what Obama and his allies, collaborators, sympathizers, and supporters have done to world’s best ever health care system: First, good American citizens tolerating by not accepting realities of Obama’s failures. Second, not trying to make changes for better health care for American’s: getting older; injured; and future generations. TRUE or FALSE

All Americans need to start acting like responsible independent consumers of retail health care services and products. Better health care for Reader, their families, and all other Americans and legal residents; starts by informing both private and public healthcare services providers that they are advisers, not false prophets. TRUE or FALSE

Clues – First, middle class and former middle class health consumers tend to be more inquisitive and analytical about their consumer health care services and products. Than who, “professional welfare” or truly indigent recipients of public subsidy health care services or products. This is significant for doctors who generally deal only with Medicaid, other welfare health care recipients, or indigents. Why, they can get used to being “saviors” to poor; and do not like questions from the proletariat; these ingrained attitudes in doctors generally do not sit well with knowledgeable consumers of retail health care.

Second, this treating of former middle class patients/clients/consumers as “dirty unwashed proletariat” by doctors and other health care workers will place additional stresses between health care consumers and retail services and products providers.

Question, Reader needs to be aware of treatments plans based solely on avoiding liability for health care providers. Another health care system is nothing more than management by prescription drugs based on patient/consumer’s blood test results. TRUE or FALSE

Bonus question – People who can afford “good” doctors and health care workers generally do not criticize “poor” doctors and health care workers of family, friends, and others. Why, because wealthy do not like making less wealthy “feel bad” about their realistically “inferior” inadequate health care. Sad truth even in ethical capitalist economies people get what they pay for!

Bonus thought question – A poetic justice irony: Obama Care; Medicare; Medicaid; indigent health care services; plus all other Americans health care; will eventually end up much, much, much worse than health care services provided to America’s veterans by America’s Veterans Administration. TRUE not FALSE

Clue – Some folks are just too stupid and or selfish too manage Heaven’s blessings. Translation – some clowns are just too banked up; to know that they are too blanked up to survive freedom!

Texas Drifter: Only Two Choices for Texas Governor?

Marshall’s Law Dateline – As in life, there were and still are generally only two choices in Heaven’s other favorite, constitutional due process ethical capitalist former Republic and now State -Texas. Political leaders, just like all Texans have free will to make right choices, and free will to make wrong choices.

Some examples – First, following TRUE or FALSE questions in last writing exercise Library Entry # 820 – Translation taking “low ball” or conservative number of all above factors only reducing America’s legal residents’ life expectancy ratio from birth of five years to seventy-three (73) years. Reader can multiply five years by three hundred million residents and learn that Obama’s policies true legacy is that Obama and his Administration have deprived, cheated, and stolen more than one billion years of life from Americans and legal residents; acts that violated an oath that Obama took before Heaven, country, and humanity to protect. TRUE not FALSE

Bonus question, Reader can surmise that Obama’s closet genocide of American and legal residents’ life expectancy ratios from birth which cost Obama’s victims more than billion hours of life will be a legacy of evil that lasts for eternity. TRUE or FALSE

Correct answer for second question is FALSE. Why, simply because of one word, “hours”. One incorrect word can change entire question to being “false”. Word to make first question “true” is “years”.

Second example seems to be Texas Governor Abbott’s recent decision to seemingly violate spirit of Sixth Amendment to Bill of Rights.

The Sixth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution:
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense.

Issue seems to be “by an IMPARTIAL jury of the State and DISTRICT WHEREIN the crime shall have been committed” ….

Reports suggests that Texas Republican Governor Abbott signed State passed legislation which would remove corruption cases from Travis County’s Public Integrity Unit; and instead creates a special process with the Texas Rangers investigating allegations of corruption and home-county prosecutors deciding whether to pursue the cases.

Republicans were justified in removing corruption cases from the Austin based Public Integrity Unit, since most Texas knew and know that Democratic leaders of the Travis County district attorney’s office would not impartially handle cases against Republicans.

Could one pre-suppose that purpose of legislation is to take morally bankrupt Marxist-fascist Austin prosecutors out of due process justice system, and replace them with “hometown connected” prosecutors who owe politician/s favors? Could be wrong; that will not be justice, dependent on impartial due process judicial system? How is prejudicial conservative justice, any improvement over prejudicial liberal prosecutors’ justice?

Citizens need to recognize between types of lies told by Obama – factual observation lies and compliments that are meant only as double speak propaganda! Seems that new Texas solution of allowing due process, to be attempted by trails with juries for political machines that put politicians in office is not much an improvement. Over who, lynch mob mentalities of Austin prosecutors’ hate all conservatives mob rule legal system.

Prejudicial defense due process systems are no more honorable than prejudicial prosecution due process systems. If Texas State Legislators and Governor cannot purge Texas State Capital of Marxist-fascist Gestapo Progressive Democrat prosecutors and judges; then perhaps following justice serving alternative might be considered?

Leaders and “follower leaders” have different personality traits. Follower leaders tend to base their decisions on what is popular, which is often called political correctness of their political base. True “leaders” tend to base their decisions of what they perceive as right: based on education; experiences; awareness or circumstances; and integrity.

Good example from Texas history – those politicians at Washington on Brazos in 1836 seemed to be “follower leaders”. While General Sam was one of history’s “true leaders”. Observation fact – if the politicians at Washington on the Brazos had been in charge of winning Texas War for Independence? Contemporary Texas would be no different than what exist on the South Side of the Rio Grande River. Failed crumbling into cartel controlled third world country.

Two contemporary examples:
1. (Reference excerpt “Library Entry # 815): Brutal undeniable truth, all the needless human suffering and wasted tax dollars; could have been prevented with one secure fence line, and enough boots on ground to fill in security gaps. Another brutal observation Texas can assign million plus honest professional Texas State Troopers (DPS) along America’s Southern porous border, and not be as effective as one “secure” perimeter fence.

Reminder, fences are intended to do one of three things: keep something in; keep something out; or keep some things in and some things out! Have not seen very many ranches where ranchers abandon fences and rely on fence riders to keep their cattle in and their neighbors’ cattle out. Translation, good fences make good neighbors. Do not military units also rely on secure perimeters using fences to keep enemies out?
2. Republicans special interest lobby groups report that they do not believe Obama’s recent executive declaration will negatively impact their corporate fascist profits using cheap illegal immigrant labor; or internationalist trade deals which provide resources, for foreign governments like China to build up their militaries to eventually attack America.

Back to potential solution to Republicans corrupting due process with “hometown” jurisdictions; as Progressive Democrats corrupted due process with Austin Gestapo prosecutors. Perhaps acceptable alternative to Texas attempts to provide politicians “special” prejudicial due process advantages in prejudicial prosecutions for defense; would be to transfer trials to a county in Texas which has “no dog in the fight” except due process justice for one and all Texans? TRUE or FALSE

Clue – Perhaps only time will decide if Texas Governor Abbott is partial to non-prejudicial due process justice for integrity reputation of Republic of Texas which has evolved into State of Texas? A place which has been paid for in blood and tears by countless Texans; or perhaps Governor Abbott is more a “leader follower” of conservative political correctness?

Question, has America’s pop culture involved into what future historians will describe as America’s “Poop Culture”? Question is based on observation that standard behavior for many Americans is to be quiet, and stay silent; while Obama and his allied haters verbally urinate using both kinds of lies on America’s: traditions, values, principles, Judeo-Christian heritage, and Americans never ending efforts to make America’s future better than America’s past. TRUE or FALSE

Clue –Whether future generations place flowers on, or spit on which generations’ graves.

Bonus question - Obama with his Administration, along with his closet allies Mussolini Republicans; are so inept and incompetent, that they apparently cannot manage Islamic State (IS), or even protect their own employees from foreign computer attacks! What makes Reader believe for a fraction of a second that this collection of fools can protect you or your family? Some suggest that since those getting paid to protect you and your family cannot do their jobs; they will start acting like bullies, and try to enslave the American people and legal residents. TRUE or FALSE

Clue - Airport security on a good day, might be able to prevent five percent (5%) of all threats to you and yours at airports or on planes in flight.
