Texas Drifter: Gov. Abbott’s Stand on Welfare Fraud?

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Patience requires giving Texas new Governor Abbott “benefit of doubt” on reducing welfare fraud in Texas; until public jury of future historians, base their verdicts on actions not words of Governor Abbott and his Administration.

One deciding factor might be if Governor Abbott calls special session to deal with rampant corruption, fraud, and addictive abuse of Texans public tax payers’ resources.

Reader should note differences in personalities of past welfare recipients who were generally “needy” indigent; and today’s welfare recipients who can truthfully be described as too lazy to earn their own keep; these public subsidy addicts also trade their welfare benefits for votes from socialist politicians.

Several observations, since most prosecutors by their own admissions do not “like” to prosecute poor because such prosecutions costs district attorneys votes. Also, most prosecutors do not like to prosecute illegal immigrants, because it cost district attorney votes by appearing to be “racists”. Except for category “7” minority contracts; failure to prosecute other cases of fraud, corruption, abuse by poor or illegal immigrants suggest following: above numbers could be UNDERESTIMATED by one thousand percent!

Reader doubt this observation, what about recent report by Social Security that there are estimated six and half million plus Americans over one hundred twelve years with still active Social Security cards. Consider: “It is incredible that the Social Security Administration in 2015 does not have the technical sophistication to ensure that people they know to be deceased are actually noted as dead,” said Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), chairman of the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.
“Tens of thousands of these numbers are currently being used to report wages to the Social Security Administration and to the IRS. People are fraudulently, but successfully, applying for jobs and benefits with these numbers. Making sure Social Security cleans up its death master file to prevent future errors and fraud is a good government reform we can all agree on,” Johnson said.

Texas Drifter would appreciate it, if reader would cite Commandment which says “Thou Shall Not Steal” unless person is poor or an illegal immigrant. Texas Drifter would also appreciate it, if Reader would cite due process statute which says poor and illegal immigrants shall be given amnesty passes for theft and or fraud of taxpayers’ financed public resources!

What has been described as America’s greatest generation survived the true poverty of the Great Depression. No one can recall those Americans feeling that they were entitled to government handouts. Compare those Americans to contemporary public subsidy addicts and illegal immigrants who feel that they are entitled, because the world owes them an artificial middle class lifestyle.

Perhaps Governor Abbott will start by requesting that appropriate Texas agencies; or perhaps requiring his staff to obtain audits illustrating estimated real dollars costs of public subsidy fraud, corruption, and abuse to Texas taxpayers. Why pursue such efforts, to show Texans that cost of Special Session to solve these financial losses will be minuscule to actual dollars saved.

Perhaps new tax policy could be taxes can only be raised at ratio of one new tax dollar for every two corruption, fraud and abuse public subsidy dollars saved.

After welfare corruption, fraud, and abuse tax public tax dollars have been targeted; Special Session might include:
1. Give prosecutors percentage of public funds their prosecutions save
2. Felons cannot own firearms, convicted welfare felons should lose privilege of ever receiving welfare benefits (time frame based on degree of felony)
3. Illegal immigrants convicted of fraudulently achieving public subsidies should forfeit all their assets and be permanently deported back to their homeland with zero chance of ever getting even short term visa to re-enter America
4. Prosecutors not actively prosecuting public subsidy thieves will lose their law licenses
5. Other recommendations adopted at Special Sessions

Question – Texas governor Abbot is new to his elected office; fairness demands with-holding judgment at least to end of Governor’s first term. TRUE or FALSE

Texas Drifter: Interview Answers

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Editor Marshall’s Note: to not waste Reader’s time, questions are not included only interview answers are included. Also, Texas Drifter informed me following interview will be his last interview for a while.

Second question, would it not only take a child-like act of courage, for Republican establishment leaders like McConnell and Boehner to demand that federal agencies accurately report total number of “unemployed” in America; which is closer to twenty-five percent than Obama’s pure propaganda of about five percent?


Why this is important, providing amnesty to Obama’s, “technically” invited to America illegal immigrants; will dump about ten million “low wage demanding - low skilled workers” into America’s market place. Results could easily result in unemployment rates for American citizens and legal residents escalating to in real world thirty-five percent.


Forget that question, McConnell, Boehner, and as are most Republican establishment leaders, just too cowardly and treasonous to ever do anything which serves their oaths to Heaven to uphold, protect, and defend or, honors their campaign promises to the Judeo-Christian conservative voters that got these evils among us in U.S. elected. Ask your last question.
