Definition and standards for treason

3. U.S. Constitution - Letter of U.S. Constitutional law involving treason.
Article III Section 3 of U.S. Constitution states: Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

Current allegations by estimated fifty (50) non-prejudicial professional intelligence agents, who have reported or “complained” that Obama’s inner-circle have been altering by “tampering” intent of combat intelligence reports analyzing: Islamic State’s resources, strengths, and weaknesses.

1. Call for appointment of “truly independent prosecutor” not political hack to conduct non-prejudicial due process investigation into above allegations of treason.
2. Publicly promise not to provide Presidential pardon for any member of Obama’s “inner circle” convicted of treason and sentenced appropriately. TRUE or FALSE

Clue – Will never happen, as Obama probably knows non-loyal “rats” will squeal out Obama’s involvement.

Bonus question – Managing Putin’s geo-political ambitions is as easy; as understanding that it takes a pragmatic power broker to manage a pragmatic power broker. TRUE not FALSE

First bonus thought question – Reader needs to distinguish between attitudes of practically all illegal immigrants (not including those with criminal motives), and truly desperate refugees. Almost all contemporary illegal immigrants come to America solely for America’s welfare benefits. Verification of observation, these self-appointed “refugees” are always protesting, shouting, and screaming that America owes them a free living. TRUE or FALSE

Clue - These world owes us illegal immigrants pretending to be refugees, will never assimilate America’s work ethic and evolve into productive American citizens; therefore, as many as possible should be deported as soon as possible. TRUE not FALSE

Bonus thought question two – Another domestic tranquility and national security threat to America, involves illegal immigrants, Visa jumpers, and refugees identified as “Middle East” Muslims. Why, many seek only U.S. welfare benefits; most do not, or will not defend America’s traditions, values, and principles; from Muslim terrorists seeking to use violence to replace America’s constitutional due process with Sharia law. TRUE or FALSE

Clue – Reader can create their own future flash point scenarios. One possible example: Muslim male insults American teenager wearing “tight shorts” and sleeveless shirt in convenience store. Offended American male tells “pig boy” to apologize. Muslim pulls a knife; resulting in offended American righteously using concealed carry permit.

Obama’s Justice Department believing that Blacks, Muslims, those with different sexual orientations, and all other America haters can never commit hate crimes. Orders Obama’s Attorney General to turn Obama’s public sector lynch mob justice Klan (U.S. Justice Department) loose on what Obama calls “White Haters”.

Reader should not abruptly dismiss above scenario. Why, who would have ever placed a wager before Obama’s election, that Obama’s Administration should someday be investigated for treason? Why, Obama’s inner-circle may have been altering by “tampering” intent of combat intelligence reports analyzing: Islamic State’s resources, strengths, and weaknesses. TRUE not FALSE
