Texas Drifter: Sacred Origin Second Amendment

America’s lost second tradition can be traced back to 1581; specifically: The States General of the United Provinces of the Low Countries Act of Abjuration (Plakkaat van Verlatinghe 1581 july 26).

Definition of abjuration: to revoke oath, vow, or promise. More about America’s lost second tradition later in writing exercise.

Courage for any American begins with admitting inevitable. Why, so one can prepare to confront future adversaries. Classic example, Colonel Travis’s “line in the sand” behind crumbling walls of old adobe church called Alamo. Travis informed his volunteers that re-enforcements were not coming and that they had two choices; leave, or “stand heel and toe” until death for their yet unborn republic, Texas.

Courage confronting question for America’s contemporary citizens is accepting inevitable that sooner or later, America will be dragged into its’, what historians will call America’s Second Civil War”. Readers can dispute this by identifying any past republic that did not eventually let illegal immigrants called barbarians or excessive numbers of professional welfare recipients cause their republic to collapse and be replaced with emperor or Caesar.

America’s next civil war will not be between geographic regions; where regulars some dressed in blue uniforms and others dressed in gray uniforms line up across open fields and shoot at each other. America’s Second civil War will be between good and evil: one side depending on militias, guerillas, saboteurs, and other patriots. While bad guys will probably depend on SWAT teams serving abjuratory politicians; who revoked their public oaths to Heaven and the American people to uphold, protect, and defend America’s Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic.

Texas Drifter will briefly review some of lesser known above polices with reference sources for reader at end of writing exercise.

Starting with America’s found lost second tradition: The Act of Abjuration of 1581 which was very well known with many drafts floating among America’s drafters of Declaration of Independence.
Act of Abjuration was created to inform king of Spain that he had forfeited sovereignty and right to govern affected provinces by his persistent tyranny. This document was first nail in ideological concept for “divine rights of earthly kings”.

Premise was an earthly king was constituted by God to be ruler of a people, to defend them from oppression and violence as the shepherd his sheep; where as God did not create people to be slaves to their earthly king; and when earthly king does not behave thus, rather oppresses them, seeking opportunities to infringe on their ancient customs and traditions exacting from the people slavish compliance; earthly king is no longer earthly king rather only a tyrant; particularly when tyrant’s actions are deliberate, people may not only disallow his authority but follow what law of nature dictates for the defense of their liberty and their posterity even at hazard of people’s lives.

According to ancient privileges which are expressed in the oath taken by earthly king at his admission to government; most Provinces receive their prince upon certain conditions, which earthly king swears to maintain, which if earthly king violates, he is no longer sovereign. (Preceding two sections shortened for editing purposes).

Moving on to 1860’s International Law as defined by Dr. Lieber; German immigrant who founded Girard College in Philadelphia, taught at University of South Carolina, Colombia College in New York and was “trusted adviser to President Lincoln” according to Virgil Carrington Jones author of GRAY GHOSTS AND REBEL RAIDERS.

According to V. J. Jones, Dr Lieber advised “the rising of the people to repel invasion entitled them to full benefits of the law, and the invader could not well inquire into the origin of the armed masses.”

South responded to cruelty of Northern troops with letter by General Robert E. Lee directed to President Lincoln “that for every man of this class who shall be executed; we will execute in like manner one of corresponding grade selected from prisoners in our custody.”

Bottom line, Northern federal troops like many contemporary federal bureaucrats. “In the end, even top Federal commanders ignored the opinions of Dr. Lieber and retaliated as their individual feelings in the matters dictated, making it a desperate affairs for the irregulars (and civilians)”

Let federal bureaucrats be advised that eventually good guys will win, and evil guys will eventually lose. Bad guys who violate due process rights of good guys’ regular combatants, irregular combatants, or others exercising inalienable rights “en masse” will result in bad guys being tried by Nuremberg type trials.

Federal bad guys need to understand that invaders acting like foreign terrorists may not necessarily possess same due process rights as good guys who have not engaged in “acts of abjuration to U.S. Constitution” before Heaven and American people. Which is one way to distinguish good guys from bad guys; those who honor their oaths are good guys awhile those who “abjure” their oaths are bad guys representing evil.

Perhaps excerpt from “George Washington’s Farewell Address” might say what Texas Drifter is attempting to convey: The basis of our political systems is the right of the people to make and to alter their Constitutions of Government. But the Constitution which at any time exists, till changed by an explicit and authentic act of the whole people, is sacredly obligatory upon all. The very idea of the power and the right of the people to establish Government presupposes the duty of every individual to obey the established Government.

Translation: People who abjure their oath are engaging in acts described as high crimes against Heaven and Americans for violating what Washington describes as “sacred obligatory upon all”.

Good guys include: conservatives, Judeo-Christians; original Constitutionalist; ethical capitalists; security nationalists; libertarians; Reagan Democrats; other patriots; and true foreign allies.

Bad guys include (so many, vertical list seems more appropriate):
- Marxist-fascist Progressive Liberal Democrats
- Feral soul less make up law as they go activist judges
- Republican aristocratic ruling elite also called RINOs and Republican House and Senate leaders
- Most all public sector unions “regulators”
- Public subsidy addicts
- Unethical capitalists
- Internationalist America last crowd
- Fascist green environmentalists
- Fascist gun control advocates
- Most entertainment court jesters
- Racists
- Ethic haters
- “Me first” perpetual victim special interest groups
- Illegal immigrants
- Islamic-fascist terrorists

There is another category which can be listed in category of bad guys’ allies: common criminals, gang members, drug addicts divided into illegal and legal drugs, reader can list others. Especially of interest are those using anti-depressant drugs who become serial killers at random places like schools, movie theaters, and shopping malls.

Texas Drifter: Open Letter to Ivory Tower Conservatives

Marshall’s Law Dateline - One distinction still not made between some ivory tower conservative intellectuals at places like Hillsdale College and Heritage Foundation, and Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrat ivory tower intellectuals is difference between separation of state and church and no separation between church and state.

As repetition is good teaching tool, Reader might reference All Right Magazine - Texas Drifter: Separation of “State and Church” published February 14, 2012; which includes illustration for Reader to consider.

Restating the obvious, in America there is no separation of church and state; although there is separation of “state and church”. Bill of Rights is about federal government not respecting establishment of religion and or federal government becoming religion.

First Commandment of Ten is: You shall have no other gods before Me. Restating obvious, there is only one God and it is not President Obama.

First Amendment incudes “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.”

Reader should ask themselves, would they be able to celebrate one special birthday this time of the year except for America’s First Tradition? What is it, one might ask? America’s first tradition will be identified after citizens understand threats to America’s first tradition.

Types of domestic threats to America’s first tradition include: counterfeit conservatives also known as Moderate Republicans or corporate fascist Republican establishment ruling class aristocrats. The reason patriotic American conservatives need to be able to identify counterfeit conservatives is simple. The enemy from within can more easily destroy our constitutional republic than outside enemies.

Other obvious domestic threats include: morally and ethically depraved, progressive liberal Democrat Marxist-fascists like Obama , Democratic members of the U.S. House of Representatives, public subsidy addicts and their supporters, public subsidy dispersers, many public sector educators, most major news networks, and Greenies known as environmental Marxists-fascists.

Foreign threats include: imperialist nations threatening with economies and or force like China, Mexico, Venezuela, Russia, plus many Middle East nations, Islamic Nazi terrorists, many third world illegal immigrants, and cartel terrorists. Some imperialist nations like Mexico seek to export poverty to reduce societal tensions to protect brutal corrupt aristocracies. Originally called barbarians, invaders are now called illegal immigrants, smugglers, and political refugees.

Americans who do not have the courage to defend their republic and or U.S. Constitution against enemies, tyrants, and hypocrites do not deserve to be free. The destruction of America will result not from its enemies’ strengths rather from it patriots’ character weaknesses.

Greatest threats to America’s domestic tranquility and national security result from middle class citizens ignoring the Marshall Law adage, those who ignore national security spend too much time at cemeteries.

America’s first tradition was not freedom from religion, rather freedom from government religion. Your simple reference is the first words of the First Amendment to Bill of Rights.

Those posing the greatest threats to America’s first tradition include but are not limited to: Islamic fascists, socialist liberal Democrats, moderate Republicans collaborating with Democrats, and Science is God crowd, better known as global warming true believers.

Understanding historical relationships of the words “independent,” “Independents,” and “independence” will help conservatives better understand America’s first tradition. The word independent first appeared in late 1500′s and was defined as “in (not) dependent”. Independent then suggested a word describing a person not acting as part of a political party.

Independents as a word appeared in the early 1600′s to describe a religious organization that supported “a voluntary association of like-minded believers who renounced the support of civil authorities either in reforming itself or extending its practices to persons of a different mind.” Independents according to George H. Sabine, also “took the advanced ground that any should be tolerated which did not adversely affect social order.”

The first record of the word independence follows: Young Nathan Hale entered Yale College at fourteen, having, ultimately the ministry in view. Just after the battle of Lexington, at a town meeting, with the audacity of boyhood, he cried out, “Let us never lay down our arms till we have achieved independence!”

Where had he learned that new word, not to be found in Shakespeare, or in Spencer, and in Bacon, only as applied to the Independents of England? Is there on record any earlier demand for independence than this bold utterance of the boy in April 1775? One later sentence made the young Nathan’s name immortal: I only regret that I have but one life to give to my country (country not government or political party).

The first words of First amendment are not about freedom from religion, rather freedom from government religion which is America’s first tradition. Islamic fascists, socialist liberal Democrats, Moderate Republicans, and Science is God crowd are all fanatically trying to abolish the intent of America’s first tradition.

The first partial solution is that “public employee civil liability legislation” needs to be enacted to offer private citizens civil justice for behavior by public servants who fail to deliver promised services, violate constitutionally protected rights, or engage in incompetent, negligent or criminal conduct. (Like Obama’s Obama Care policies, reference All Right Magazine Obama’s “Citizencide” Health Care?)

Sovereign immunity is another concept which has been prostituted by Obama’s ethics. Sovereign immunity extends only to elected, or appointed officials (including national security institutions engaged in national security) not hired domestic employed civil servants.

Government employees can provide their own public employee civil liability insurance by using their retirement programs trusts as insurance pools.

To close, it is not the original intent of the Bill of Rights that is controversial; it is “living document” interpretations by individuals pursuing personal selfish more equal and better than you privileges that are by definition controversial.

To close out this writing exercise, reader’s assignment: write and rewrite following obvious truth one million times: Separation of state and church – yes; separation of church and state – no.

Message still has not soaked in; guess millions of American citizens will be forced by Obama and his Administration plus corporate fascist Republicans to pay for millions of other peoples’ surgical and pharmaceutical abortions. Perhaps all those who complain and tolerate Obama’s no separation of state and church policies should consider refreshing their definition of word accessory.

Texas Drifter: Divided Conservatives Always Lose

Marshall’s Law Dateline -United we stand liberals usually win; while divided we fall conservatives generally lose. Some suggest adage “United we stand divided we fall” can be traced back to Greek slave Aesop’s “The Four Oxen and the Lion”.

A lesson apparently never learned by conservatives who seemingly will not place shared Judeo-Christian goals for common good before personal vanities and prejudices. Future bonus question could very well be to provide example of how one letter like “d” can change a concept’s entire meaning.

Conservative cliques and cults might consider delaying their “we are right and rest of conservatives are fools” strategies at least until Heaven’s favorite republic is saved from anti-American evils among us in U.S. Contemporary threats to America are very, very real: Obama and his Administration have closer ties to: Feral Soul-less Evil Bad Guys listed below than law abiding American citizens and legal residents.
1. Islamic Nazi Terrorists Sharia Law
2. Illegal immigrants America "owes us bandits" laws
3. Oath to Constitution breaking Satan serving, activist federal judges make it up as they go laws
4. Progressive Democrat Marxist-fascists claiming to be perpetual victims with their America hating laws
5. Washington D.C. Republican establishment corporate fascists lust for greed laws

Item number five “Republicans” listed above prefers to destroy American law abiding Judeo-Christian conservative citizens by aligning themselves with other feral soul less bad guys. Brutal reality that conservatives should never forget while associating with Bush Clan, Romney Clan, and other Republican establishment ruling class aristocrats Reader can list.

Conservatives need to identify not only enemies from other side; but also enemies from within. Some of threats to conservatives within include: pretender conservatives; false prophet conservatives like cult leaders, media mascots, and cheer leaders for profits through popularity. Problem with potential mob leaders is they end up with Robespierre personalities that hi-jack social movements.

Observation so long as conservatives remain fragmented by “self-prophecy” principles that ignore First Commandment (Reader can look it up); conservatives will consistently lose elections necessary to save Heaven’s favorite constitutional due process ethical capitalist republic.

Few example of conservatives’ goals being fragmented by principles that perhaps Tenth Amendment intended be set aside for States and the People.
1. Evangelicals are not inclined to vote for Mormon candidates;
2. Some Pro-Life supporters will not vote for candidates supporting individual choices in cases involving rape, incest, and health of mother;
3. Ethical capitalists are not inclined to vote for corporate fascists like Bush Clan, Romney Clan, or other America betraying Internationalists – Wait that might be an inappropriate example!
4. Patriot Security Conservatives not voting for pro-amnesty corporate fascist Republicans like Ryan, McConnell, Cornyn, Boehner and other America last Republican aristocrats trying to destroy Jude-Christians – Wait that might be another inappropriate example!
5. Seems like items three and four are not examples of principled differences; rather just plain America last evil doers?

Perhaps time has arrived for conservatives to acknowledge and accept their common reality denominator with Marxist-Fascist Progressive Democrats? The common denominator to winning elections in contemporary America is to motivate voters by hatred against other side?

Classic example will 2014 elections in America; Republican establishment has offered not one positive reason to vote for Republican candidates; rather based entire Republican establishment campaign on public hatreds of Judeo-Christian conservatives, and de-facto hatreds against Obama and Obama’s Administration.

Does above Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats and corporate fascist Republican establishment ruling class aristocrats strategies against conservatives give conservatives any idea on how to win future elections?

First lesson professionals in security industry learn is hatred is “wasted emotion that diminishes efficiency”. Contemporary elections are not about professionals managing security assignments.

Elections are NOT about winning hearts and minds of voters. As one conservative celebrity suggest there is a “low information voter” factor in determining election winners. Elections seem to be about influencing “hearts” and passions of majority of voters not educating those who cannot or do not want to be educated.

Brief summary of how conservatives can help their own objectives. First conservatives should do what they think best, and let other conservatives do what they think best for themselves. Conservatives at this point in American history, should leave “principle polishing” until Heaven’s favorite Republic has been re-established as constitutional due process ethical capitalist governing system. Translation, leave your criticism for feral soul less bad guys and want to be Robespierre cheer leaders, mascots, and cult leaders.

Like it or not, accept it or not; there is only one non-fragmented force of patriots that can eventually save Heaven’s favorite Republic.
