Marshall’s Law Dateline – Question for America’s smartest constitutional “legal minds” who are supporting Article V. of Constitution's due processes by States’ Conventions. What if Article V. and Constitutional rule of law are not to enough to stem tide becoming tsunami of tyranny? What then supporters and FOAVC (Friends Of the Article V Convention)?

Which of following options will you exercise: one, going passively to Obama’s Marxist-fascist concentration camps, or exercising your Second Amendment Rights?

Repetition is good training tool – some clues before you answer above “what then” question.
1) Will American history repeat itself? Consider following historical event. Peter Muhlenberg was born in 1746 his father was one of the chief founders of the Lutheran church in America. Early in life Peter entered the ministry, and was a pastor of a church at Woodstock, in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.

When the war clouds began to gather, this minister, not satisfied with a written protest, informed the members of his church of his intentions to resign. The news attracted hearers near and far as Muhlenberg was one of the most popular ministers in Virginia. In his forceful sermon he spoke of the duties citizens owe their country. In closing he said, “There is a time for preaching and for praying. But there is also a time for fighting. Now this time has come!”

In the same moment he threw off his clerical garment and stood in the pulpit in the uniform of a Colonel of the Continental army. Muhlenberg for his excellent services to the Continental army was rewarded with the title of major-general. George Washington counted him among his confidential friends.

Observation, sacred oath taken by American Patriots to uphold, protect, and defend from all enemies domestic and foreign must have secret message missed by Texas Drifter about only allowing only passive defenses for domestic threats; while more violent tactics can be used against foreign threats? Does it follow that some conservatives are politically correct closet hippie pacifists when issue involves domestic threats to America’s spirit of liberty?

Observation question – Texas Drifter is not suggesting, recommending, promoting, advocating, or inciting senseless violence; rather asking only that self-defense social power be left on the invisible table everyone references as a viable last option. TRUE not FALSE

Clue – again repetition is good training tool: There is no “second place” ribbon, trophy, or medal in self-defense scenarios; so Reader needs to stay: ready, willing, and ruthlessly efficient. Translation, beat them before they clear leather. Well intentioned conservatives who only rely on “reasonable words”, and ineffective rule of law to manage genocidal political rulers and genocidal tyrants; will if and when the following event possibly occurs; have no one to blame for their family’s horrors but themselves.

Scenario: terrorists or rabid feral government SWAT team members; cuts conservative’s throat and throws him to floor. While conservative’s life sustaining blood is spreading across floor, conservative increasingly faintly sees and hears his wife and children being sexually assaulted and brutally murdered. Why, simple because there are some domestic tranquility and national security problems than can never be resolved with words or rule of ineffective due process laws.

Bonus question – where is Heaven permitted justice for Veterans Administration clients tortured, permanently crippled, and negligently murdered by incompetent and or negligent V.A. staff? Just asking, perhaps Pledge of Allegiance should end with “liberty and justice” only for feral civil servants? Just asking TRUE or FALSE

Texas Drifter: Propaganda Never Solves Problems

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Obvious over simplification: only thing worse than no information or intelligence is bad information or intelligence.

Definition of propaganda is misleading or deceptive publicity for policy, idea, doctrine, or cause.

Definition of feral is gone wild: used to describe animals or people that live or grow wild after being domesticated or civilized.

Concept for this writing exercise is propaganda ignores truthful solutions for solving problems. Example of propaganda: promises made and problems never solved from drooling lust for greed policies like NAFTA’s consequences for America’s blue collar and middle class workers. Another propaganda lie is that new found wealth makes lives of heroin addicts better.

Some “not October surprise” propaganda
1. Rio Grande Valley North Mexico, Texas not reducing uncontrolled growth of illegal immigrants and American citizen public subsidy addicts will not prevent Rio Grande Valley North Mexico, Texas from evolving into having “third world social, economic, and political cultures” which eventually becomes known as America’s Gaza Strip.
2. Arming “moderate” Syrian rebels through comparable programs like Fast and Furious II, will not contribute to starting World War III.
3. Conservative Yankee Republican talk show hosts with carpet bagger personalities do not consider contemporary Southerners to be idiot hicks too stupid to keep their Red Southern States from becoming Marxist-fascist Blue States; as Yankee conservative Republicans with carpetbagger personalities allowed their Northern States to become Marxist-fascist Blue states.
4. All conservatives are good, there are no stupid, corrupt, or evil conservatives.

5. It is only a myth that Mexico is a lousy horrible neighbor to America as it is also a myth that Mexico is a bandit ethic hating nation. Even though following seem to be factual observations:
a) Mexico opposes deporting Mexican illegal immigrants in America back to Mexico to prevent an “over-due” based on Mexico’s own history: violent revolution by Mexico’s peasant class against Mexico’s corrupt fascist aristocratic political class. It might be worth considering for future American politicians to deport Mexican aristocrats “hiding out” in America back to Mexico; when U.S.A. gets around, out of America’s own self-defense motives to use volunteer and non-volunteer deportation tactics to return illegal immigrants as possible back to their homelands.
b) Mexico continually steals water from America’s agriculture interests in violation of existing treaties.
c) Mexico continually steals NOT only Texas but also America’s Gulf of Mexico resources.
d) Mexico encourages its illegal immigrants to steal tens of billions of private sector and taxpayer dollars from American citizens to send illegal immigrants stolen dollars back to Mexico.
e) Mexico’s government tolerates Mexican bureaucrats taking Americans including American military personnel hostage in return for extortion motivated bribes.
f) Mexico tolerates or at least “looks the other way” while Islamic terrorists are being smuggled across Texas Southern porous border.
g) Mexico continually interferes in United States domestic politics.
h) Highest levels of Mexico’s government allegedly facilitates or ignores Obama’s economic recovery strategy; by ignoring the laundering of hundreds of billions of cartel dollars in cash with Mexican banks to American banks money laundering operations using mega cash shipment transfers. Could agencies like IRS; Interior Department; BLM; Agriculture; Education Department; parts of Justice Department be acting like feral bureaucrats in fascist worshiping agencies? Just asking not accusing.
7. Federal, State, and Local government agencies and bureaucrats that propagandize Islamic Nazi terrorist attacks on American soil “are only work place violence” incidents; are not accessories to terrorists caring out their inspired by Satan crimes. Examples include Fort Hood, recent events in Oklahoma, plus other incidents reader can list. Then again, maybe these politicians and bureaucrats believe protecting Islamic terrorist sympathizers and allies is more important that reporting “just the facts” to American people?
8. It is not true that Federal and State governments make five times (500%) as much money on gasoline sales as producers and retailers combined? Are you my reader just too blanked up to not know that it is Federal and State regulations with their “hidden taxes”; that are holding back America’s ethical capitalist economic system not private citizens, threatening to destroy your first dream of providing your children with opportunities for better futures than you had or seem to have?
9. Reader can insert their own example or examples of “feral human hog bureaucrats” propaganda not solving problems.

Clue: Could take off on George Orwell’s August 1945 ANIMAL FARM ending which suggests animals could not tell animals apart from humans; be from Napoleon to Obama to Boehner, to Squealer to Biden to McConnell, to Old Major to H. Clinton to K. Rove; place where conservative individuals cannot tell Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats apart from corporate fascist Republican establishment leaders like Cornyn, McCain, Bush, Romney and list goes on and on and....

Texas Drifter: Genocide by Public Welfare

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Following observation from Library Entry # 732, should not be a unique concept for Americans: self-sufficient non-profit service organizations and foundations should not have to beg for money. Perpetual government welfare always murders work ethic in individual souls, and condemns them to public subsidy addiction; another form of government slavery. Such feral behavior by governments, also eventually condemns society’s producers to eventual bankruptcy.

Following writing exercise is re-edited version first published by Texas Drifter in 1985.

Examples of earlier words of wisdom:

1) Aristotle correctly observed two thousand years in advance of America’s internationalist aristocrats: noble character is seldom found among those of noble birth, most who are good for nothing … highly gifted families often degenerate into maniacs.

Concerning rule by public subsidy addicts, Aristotle observed: When a democracy is dominated by lower classes (like Obama’s Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats) the rich are taxed to provide funds for the poor. Side note - Origin: Reference sources suggest the expression originated in Britain in the mid-19th century. Anne Isabella Ritchie, the daughter of William Makepeace Thackeray, (wrote a story titled Mrs. Dymond, sometime in the 1880s and it includes this line. "He certainly doesn't practice his precepts, but I suppose the patron meant that if you give a man a fish he is hungry again in an hour; if you teach him to catch a fish you do him a good turn." The book was published in 1890 but the story was put into print a few years earlier. So, the proverb dates from 1885 or shortly before and there's every reason to suppose that it was coined by Anne Ritchie. (End side note)

Why, to prevent violent overthrow of Mexico’s corrupt aristocracy by peasants Mexican aristocrats did not share Mexico’s wealth with.

This article is directed towards those people who care about the future of organized charity in Rio Grande Valley North Mexico, Texas and America. “Organized charity” includes groups or organizations who employ professionals to supervise volunteers or paid staff to solve or manage community social problems.

With the Rio Grande Valley’s North Mexico, Texas population expected to double by year 2000, social problems will increase at phenomenal rates. The ultimate future conclusion will depend on the geo-regions attitudes towards charity. Most likely scenario is Rio Grande Valley North Mexico, Texas will follow a course of perpetuating poverty to generate funding for an economy fueled by pubic tax dollars.

A preferable alternative would be to consider source of charity, by definition: charitable goods and or services as being extra resources (spare time, unnecessary items or financial profits) of society’s producers, not society’s beggars. Charity in America has traditionally been viewed as an emergency gift to help people recover from a temporary crisis; not a new perpetual lifestyle. If charity is to become a problem solver, it must address itself to these three elements: physical needs (food, clothing, shelter); emotional needs (clients need to believe they can overcome their problems); and opportunity for improvement.

If society does not take care of physical needs, people will not be healthy enough to make the change. If society does not take care of emotional needs, people will not have the attitude it takes to recover. If society does not provide alternatives to present life style, people will not have a better place to go.

Making charity effective requires a triangular approach whether the problem involves a single individual or segment of society. Political involvement in the process tends to make charity more expensive and less effective by adding layers upon layers of administrative staff who are more concerned about merit raises and pension plans than solving individual or community problems. Also, governments’ interventions generally institutionalizes social problems by creating permanent bureaucracies to distribute after bureaucrats cut form top - dollars taken from society’s producers.

Brutal truth is days of endless “Camelot” federal, state, and local governments’ free dollars will be ended either though efficient management of limited resources or implosion of America into brutal survival of fittest feral citizens societies somewhere between Mexico and North Korea.

Last known legislation was that IRS allowed non-profit organizations to operate trades or businesses that further their exempt purposes. Also the IRS allowed non-profit exempt organizations to operate businesses that have little or no relationship to their exempt purpose except to carry out those purposes. Reader should check to make sure Massa Obama’s IRS still allows such liberties for citizens trying to be good neighbors.
