Texas Drifter: Pets Get Better Health Care Than Vets?

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Veteran Administration scandal issues being ignored are not delays in Veterans receiving health care. Issues being ignored include quality of care V.A. provides veterans; plus futility of providing veterans vouchers for private sector health care sources. Why V.A. has engrained reputation of not paying voucher invoices in timely manner, or in many cases never compensating those accepting vouchers.

Two examples of V.A. quality of health care for veterans.
1. As told to Texas Drifter by Vietnam combat Marine: I had two large “cists”, I had to go to emergency room one night. There I was put under by anesthesia, was told next day everything was fine, but I would have to go to V.A. to have second “cist” removed as soon as possible. Went in for operation, and was informed that I would not be given anesthesia or even local anesthetics to reduce pain. As soon as I rolled over on my stomach the doctor started cutting on me using no local anesthetic, only bathing cutting area in iodine. Doctor continued to cut on me occasionally flushing surgical area in iodine which burned like hell. He also said that he had not hurt that much since being injured in Vietnam. His closing words were maybe that foreign doctor does not like Marines.
2. Vietnam combat veteran needed to have glaucoma treatments for both eyes. V.A. wanted to do both procedures same day. Old friend was warned only do one procedure at a time; now veteran is only blind in one eye. Why only one eye, said he never went back to V.A. for additional treatments. The Vietnam combat veteran also said one of luckiest days of his life was only having V.A. blind him in one eye.

Question for U.S. Republican Senator John McCain, do you know who was one of most decorated war heroes during America’s first war with England? Answer is Benedict Arnold, point being: receiving honors for past courage and bravery is not a pass for future indiscretions and or corruptions.

Observation when combat veterans who survived horrors of war where life is not fair and sixteenth of inch one way or the other means difference between life, permanent injury, and death; feel luckiest day of that veteran’s life is surviving V.A. care; America is approaching point of no redemption.

Question does talking ever force tyrants into submission, or stop any government from abusing any veteran or other citizen? Answer is “no”.

Some suggest that each veteran could have as many as thousand such people throughout their lives. Better headline would be “At Least Forty Thousand Suffer from Forty V.A. Murdered”. TRUE or FALSE

Clue – first repair problem of delayed or worse than incompetent health care for veterans. Second provide retribution or justice if reader likes word better; for V.A.’s crimes and negligence acts against veterans, their families, brothers in arms, and friends.

Texas Drifter: Is Texas A Communist Police State?

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Texas by definition and based on Texas’s actions is a commie police state. There will never be private property in Texas until all property taxes are abolished; until then citizens in reality will only be able to lease property from State, County, City, and other property taxing entities. Doubt this, miss one year’s government’s “tax lease payments” also called property taxes; and see how long before some offended government evicts you from your so called private property.

Translation own a million dollars section of land “short tax man one hundred dollars” in “tax lease payment”; see how long it is before local public thugs show up to evict you from property you leased from government. Consider alternative of paying annual fees to area water district, not make payments and lose right to purchase water not your property.

Definition of Marxism is political-economic system where property and means of production are owned by government.

Definition of advalorem tax is tax rate imposed at percent of property values or inflated fabricated appraised values by Marxist governments.

Some claim, doing away with property taxes — a major source of funding for school districts, cities, and other affected governments will have to make up the revenue losses through the sales tax and other means. An answer by those who believe in royalty sovereignty of government not letting imperial people rule. One reason property taxes are so high in Texas is that non-property owners out numbering property owners can always out vote property owners in bond issues forcing property owners to pay higher property taxes. Translation, a form of mob rule or tyranny by majority.

The Tax Foundation found that homeowners in these states paid the most in property taxes compared to home value. The percentages represent the percentage of home value that homeowners pay in property taxes.

Returning private property to Texans will require that Perry’s and other “nanny state” proponents be replaced, so social services are available only to truly indigent citizens NOT professional public subsidy addicts; unnecessary bureaucrats; including illegal immigrants.

Illegal immigrants is “federal issue” based on federal court rulings; good, let federal government not any state or local government cover each and every cost for illegal immigrants; including medical, education, welfare, crime, and other expenses reader can add.

Number of bureaucrats needed to manage indigents with churches serving poor will be incredibly smaller than number of bureaucrats needed to distribute other peoples’ money to what some describe as professional pubic subsidy parasites.

Another issue involves providing citizens vouchers for “public educations” which will reduce ever increasing “capital improvement monuments” for local politicians’ using bond issues which non-property owners will always vote for.

Bureaucrats need to stop taking care of professional welfare recipients many whom are not even legal residents in America. Professional welfare recipients need to accept fact that Santa Claus only drops by once a year; and that working for a living is new reality which also applies to civil servants whose salaries plus welfare benefits they distribute were stolen from other citizens.

Benefits of abandoning Texas commie police state will be increased economic activity with more job opportunities. Compare regional economies and living standards of two geo-regions in Texas. First example is Gun Barrel City, Texas with no, none, zero advalorem taxes, only city sales taxes. Compare to some cities in Rio Grande Valley, Texas where property taxes are confiscatory with eighty percent of population living on public sector welfare and crime rates that rival third world countries.

First expense that can be cut by Texas’s government by abolishing property taxes is no more appraisal districts acting like Stalin’s children. Not suggesting that returning private property to Texas citizens will be easy; coming off addiction of living on, and spending other people’s money will be harder than giving up combined nicotine, heroin, and sex addictions.

Other problems with property tax appraisals is Mexican cartel members buying properties in U.S. at exaggerated values which increases property taxes of non-law breaking citizens. Also perfect example of corporate fascism is giving companies breaks on property taxes which increases property taxes of non- corporate fascist citizens.

Question, does supporting continued existence of property taxes make one a commie sympathizer? RCFH: That could have been me.
RCFH security: No sir not likely, that was just a message to let you know he’s close. Forget running, running will only make you an easier target in his where ever you are crime scene.

News Break next morning”: Orange/purple gas clouds (not poisonous) dispersed by underground sprinkler system started filling compound air with putrid stomach turning smell of rotten eggs.

RCFH: I got no choice but to run; he can get me here anytime he likes.
RCFH Security: Now I start to earn your money. Find two identical look a likes of you; we all leave compound simultaneously – one in the new limo; one in your speed boat; and one by helicopter.

News Break: As RCFH looks back from one of his three escape vehicles; RCFH see two of three vehicles explode – seconds later his compound and mansion simultaneously implode.

RCFH Security: Another message – Can’t do anything now but run. – Just a guess, he will probably try me first, and save you for last. You want to just get these bad times you brought on yourself over; or just run for a while? Let me make some contacts for options.

ACT II

RCFH Security meets PD in small seldom visited cemetery.
RCFH Security glances to left, to see one of his snipers quietly fall to ground.
PD: Guess one of my triangle stationed snipers spotted one; no make that two of your snipers (as second corpse roll down to ground.
RCFH Security: What Now?
PD: Cousin, I thought you might be in area as wrongly identified photo of my Ruca was broadcast everywhere.
RCFH Security: RCFH client was too cheap to hire good help. – Not my dong, just list wrong ruca get hit.
PD: You said “wrong” – Cousins or not, deal is my Ruca for your life.
RCFH Security: Deal Cousin, hope to see you at next family reunion - You know where RCFH is?
PD: Thanks for GPS coordinates from all those wrong phone calls.
RCFH Security: Good, after you finish your work - You will get another wrong call from Ruca’s exact location. Do not plan to see you till next family re-union. You know how old man feels about keeping family differences from family re-unions.
PD: Cousin if Ruca is fine we have no differences; just wish you were not so smooth at changing sides in mid stride.
RCFH Security: Only difference between us is you are older and more selective about your clients. We will always share our common loyalties to family and America.
PD: Have enough travel spending funds?
RCFH Security: You know what they say, two can live as cheap as one half the time –later.

PD: (Was still stunned to see Ruca) – Why didn’t you tell me you were safe?
Ruca: No reason to distract you from your work. Your most annoying cousin needs a ruca of his own.
Ruca: (Smiles) – No I will not introduce your annoying cousin to any more of my cousins.
PD: You said “more”
Ruca: that rouca that went down by mistake was Ruca #2 my most spoiled and most whining cousin - it was only an act. What about RCFH?
PD: Too much natural stress – scared himself out of his wretched life back to where he came from.
Ruca: Been thinking while you were away working- since your annoying cousin won’t be out much; my most spoiled and whining cousin will see to that – not one word – Our “Nickel Ranch” need some repairs and many improvements.
PD: Fine – remember, my cousin and I have same grandfather –
