Decade and half or so ago, Texas Drifter took decent paying ranch security opportunity keeping thieves and poachers from having free reign on moderately sized Texas ranch.

One of cowboys on ranch resided with his wife and barely six year son. One afternoon, one of other ranch hands found sickly wandering along side road from town a small “stray puppy”. He told cowboy’s boy this drifting puppy needs a home; you can have it, if you take responsibility of carrying for it.

Boy devoted all his after chores time to carrying for and nursing the pup back to good health. Before long, Boy and Drifter as he called his puppy which had returned to good health were inseparable. Ranch residents called the puppy Boy’s shadow.

Unbeknownst to Boy, one of ranchers drinking, gambling and slumming groupies said he wished he had another puppy as “cute” As Drifter for his favorite prostitute’s daughter.

Rancher quipped without asking Boy or even telling Boy of his groupie’s offer: Take the dog, boy like that don’t need or deserve dog like that. Rancher’s groupie without even saying “thanks” picked up Drifter and took the puppy as he was leaving ranch.

Later Boy asked me how much I would charge him; to try and help him find Drifter his very first and only friend.

Told Boy I would help him at no charge as I owed Drifter a favor. After about two plus hour search, I told Boy that since he had mended Drifter; perhaps his friend had probably gone to be back with his first family. Also told Boy that Drifter would always be grateful for their friendship that made it possible for Drifter to rejoin his first family; total sadness as boy had just experience the death of Boy’s very first friend.

Texas Drifter later asked the rancher if he had seen Boy’s puppy.

Rancher said: I gave it to my slumming partner; boy like that don’t need a nice dog.

Told Rancher it was not his dog to give away.

Rancher’s response: I own everything on this ranch and can treat everything I own like I want.

Informed rancher that I would pick up money due me and leave.

Rancher almost shouted: You still owe me two weeks work.

After stepping back few paces, in clear stern voice told rancher, I do not work for any mean spirited SOB; plus I would be paid in full.

Rancher screamed: “Being mean spirited SOB is not a crime” as he started to reach for pick ax.

After drawing my back up .357 and holding so rancher knew what I had; my simple response was “please touch it”.

Rancher screamed, “Get your money and get off my ranch.”

My final promise to rancher “If I ever hear you are mean to Boy or his family; you don’t own me, so I can treat you like I want. Understand?” Rancher hatefully nodded yes.

Did not tell Boy what really happened to his puppy; did not want him to grow up to be a hater.

Used to regret that mean spirited SOB had not touched that pick ax handle. Later heard that mean spirited SOB rancher was paralyzed from neck down when thrown from one of his horses rancher regularly abused.

Also heard injuries left rancher unable to speak, and that his often abused family put rancher in cheapest nursing home they could find in Texas; and never went back for one single visit.

As for Boy, hear he is about to complete all requirement to become small animals veterinarian.

Guess predestination is more that atheist myth; for those who believe in “Gone With the Wind” moments.

Texas Drifter: Texas Taxes Shell Game?

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Is Texas Governor Perry comparable to travelling show con artist or snake oil salesman?

Answer could very well be, consider how Governor Perry sided with Mexican aristocrats over financial interests of part of his voting base South Texas Border agricultural interests. Second consideration is Perry using Progressive Democrat Party trick of establishing regulations; then passing cost of those regulations to States. Perry’s modification of Obama’s tactic is to pass State regulations; then pass on costs of those regulations to local governments like counties, municipalities, local school districts, and other regional property taxing districts.

Texas Drifter: Let Veterans Vote to Choose

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Perhaps only veterans should be allowed to vote to determine if veterans should have choice of receiving health care from V.A.; or be allowed to take average dollars spent on veterans to find private sector health care similar to TRICARE?

Veteran’s Administration numbers: The President’s 2015 Budget includes $163.9 billion for VA in 2015. This includes $68.3 billion in discretionary resources and $95.6 billion in mandatory funding. Our discretionary budget request represents an increase of $2.0 billion, or 3.0 percent, over the 2014 enacted level. VA serves a population of 26 million veterans and their spouses, survivors, and dependents.

Those better at math than Texas Drifter can run numbers to determine estimated amount spent per veteran. Veterans who choose to select their own health care options can simply have their share of VA budget deducted for private veteran trust run by veterans that veterans choose to establish.

This issue should be decided by veterans with civilians left to solve civilians’ own healthcare issues like private insurers, Medicare, Medicaid, and Obama Care Crap.

Texas Drifter: Profile American Politics 2014

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Americans who see America through psychedelic glasses may have unpleasant experiences when their psychedelic glasses no longer sanitize reality.

We are all big boys and girls, so I may only cover this subject once. There are only two types of political personalities: libertas and socialis (the word is socialis not socialist).

Libertas people are the good guys. These boys and girls believe in eight basis principles:
1) Heaven, without heaven there can be no hope of salvation.
2) Country, without country there can be no place to exercise free will in pursuit of salvation.
3) Individual responsibility, without self there can be no individual freedom.
4) Bill of Rights, there can be no honor without free will, and no free will without freedoms guaranteed by the Bill of Rights.
5) Family, without family there is no hope of love.
6) Clients, without clients there is no way to make an honest living.
7) Friends, life without friends, makes life one miserable journey MF (my friend).
8) And finally, loyalty and service to all of the above.

Socialis people are the bad guys and consist of the following: Marxists-fascists; socialists; liberals; public sector subsidy addicts; some government employees; most career prosecutors; most career prosecutors who become judges; criminals; sinners; and corporate fascist Republican establishment ruling class aristocrats, and all different types of haters reader can list.

The bad guys all suffer from the same syndrome: “I am entitled to have what I want now, because I am perpetual victim who has become god.”

Ways the good guys can deal with the bad guys include: ignore, avoid, don’t do business with them, and put them in their place if they get out of line.

2) Produces an amoral society based on public sector subsidies. Adam Smith projected that society’s crime rate is directly related to the number of people depending on government for their livelihood.
3) Facilitates turning America into a police state by making public sector jobs a growth industry. Add sovereign immunity and no public employee civil liability insurance to the equation, and the answer becomes bureaucratic fascism.
4) Creates an unconstitutional fee driven whore house democracy.

What goes around comes around; and I fear that what is coming around to America is not going to be very pleasant.

Beware Obama’s Republicans, who are the worst of the bad guys. These scoundrels pretend to share conservative beliefs while using their closet management systems to betray supporters and get their own ways out of vanity or greed.

The goals of Obama Republicans like McConnell and Boehner and Obama’s Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrat closet management systems were, are, and will be to create a one world corporate robber baron society.

Closet management systems rely on one of four strategies to achieve intended goals: Defending; not knowing; condoning with silence; and blaming Judeo-Christian conservatives as being guilty of Obama type failures.

Recent Republican Presidential closet management strategies included defending: The murder of private citizens on sight at Malibu and Ruby Ridge; supporting domestic law enforcement asset forfeiture laws, while condemning Iraq for invading Kuwait; trading corporate profits for Chinese genocide against Christians; and being equal trading partners with the bad guys. America did not win the Cold War by becoming equal trading partners with the Soviet Union.

Current Democratic presidential closet management strategies include not knowing about: public sector domestic war crimes like Waco; “free trade” policies threatening national security; ongoing Chinese espionage; illegal campaign contributions; NATO committing genocide against Christian Serb civilians.

The next closet management tactic to be used by a moderate Republican President will be condoning with silence. You know things like not criticizing staff for physically abusing a senior citizen who is critical of the party’s platform at the state convention; not condemning a federal agent for torturing a priest; impeding private sector investigators from investigating public sector corruption; holding rigged public hearings; asking citizens to t1pray for rain” when one knows the federal government is building reservoirs in Mexico to divert water from American farmers and ranchers; enacting phony tax cuts; and when public school drop out rates are forty to fifty percent giving bureaucrats a ten percent yearly salary increase for not motivating students to learn.

Remember boys and girls, there are differences between pausing to enjoy temporary successes in the struggle for freedom; and celebrating government benefits as gifts from gods. Civilian losers of America’s traditions, values, and principles need to be introduced to real world concept called “winner’s revenge”.

Future history will record that Adam, Moses’ followers, Sampson, David, Caesar, Anthony, Benedict Arnold, and America all traded Heaven’s blessings for self destructive decadence.

Perhaps there is some innate flaw in humankind that causes individuals to abandon their principles, and worship the politics of compromise and unearned compassion during temporary prosperity. The tragedy of peace in America started when citizens traded “eternal vigilance” for bureaucratic fascism induced by corporate fascist Republican establishment ruling class aristocrats’ closet management systems.

History never predicts propitious futures for communities or countries, that base their economies on begging (subsidy addiction); stealing (redistribution of private property); winner’s revenge (bureaucratic fascism); and or Judas profits (corporate feudalism).

In America, of the people by the people and for the people translates into “of subsidy addicts by bureaucrats and for globalists.” America’s constitutional representative republic, at some unknown point starting in early 1990’s evolved into government by and for federal bureaucracy.

America’s new political system replaced constitutional due process with bribery, extortion, and terror. Ideals like liberty and national security were replaced with greed and winner’s revenge.

Since it was Germany’s industrialists that turned Germany over to Hitler, it should not be surprising that internationalist Bush type Republicans turned America over to bureaucratic fascists.

Greed driven special interests groups corrupted America’s democracy by bribing the general population and illegal immigrants with addictive public sector subsidies. Does anyone really believe that subsidy addicts will ever vote to lower taxes and reduce their free handouts?

Also, how can anyone believe that there is private property in America; if one loses their property for not paying rent called property taxes?

As taxes increase, so do government bureaucracies which use extortion to collect punitive taxes to feed ever increasing citizen and corporate subsidy addiction.

Government bureaucrats may be evil, but are not stupid, and know that extortion without brutality is ineffective. Terror tactics adopted by America’s public sector includes: abusive regulatory agencies, special interest laws, and criminal justice system agencies as enforcers.

Hiding behind sovereign immunity and an absence of public employee civil liability legislation has allowed government employees to insulate themselves with immunity from domestic war crimes against private sector citizens.

Replacing political systems based on individual liberty and responsibility with governments for subsidy addicts, by bureaucrats and for globalists accomplishes the following:
1) Morally bankrupts society which worships governments as gods by promoting fatherless homes
2) Financially bankrupt domestic economy
3) Create police state environments with each federal agency having their own SWAT teams like Department of Education and BLM;
4) Endangers national security with cross fire diplomacy, abandoning allies, and reducing armed forces to having defensive not offensive capabilities

Evolution of government’s winner’s revenge philosophy is not that difficult to trace:
Yankee conservative Republican carpet baggers economic genocide on “vanquished” following America’s First Civil War; Malibu; Ruby Ridge; Waco; Democrats selling national security secrets for campaign contributions; Republicans offering technology secret for trade deals with China; Abandoning allies like Israel; Egypt; Libya; for alliances with Islamic Nazi terrorist like Muslim Brotherhood and Iran. Could continue with allowing illegal immigrants for Mexico to threaten America’s domestic tranquility and national security, but reader can add to list.

Reader might consider America’s continue support for Muslim East European terrorists at expense to World War II Christian allies.

Example of winner’s revenge: Did not American bureaucrats alter gassing, burning, and shooting people at Waco put the survivors on trial? The author does not recall war crime allegations against Lincoln after he allowed Sherman to murder, rape, pillage, and burn his way across Georgia.

It may be an unpleasant fact of history, but some wars are won by mass murder against civilians. Perhaps Lincoln did what he thought he needed to do to honor his oath to uphold, protect, and defend? Perhaps Lincoln thought he was justified in First Emancipation Proclamation to free Blacks to become terrorists to brutalize Southern civilians like children, women, and old people? Who knows what Lincoln’s motivations were?

That said there was no moral or legal justification of what Yankee conservative carpetbaggers did to Southerners following America’s First Civil War. Those who defend actions of carpetbaggers and scalawags are dishonoring Lincoln’s memory. The least moral of wars are those fought to perpetuate the growth of government bureaucracies.

Unlike Rome, America’s closet management system skipped political leaders like Augustus and in 1988 started producing leaders similar to Tiberius, Caligula, and Nero. What’s left to help America survive its dark ages? The answer is individual citizens who teach ideas that first made America great.

This is no time for fluff, replacing America’s whorehouse democracy based on public subsidies paid for with property stolen from private citizens distributed by system based on bureaucratic fascism and internationalist corporate feudalism may be one of the most difficult struggles any group of people have ever had to endure.

Things will probably get worse before they get better, the journey will not be short, easy, or pleasant. No matter the costs, the alternative is slavery to bribery, extortion, and state administered terror. TRUE or FALSE

Texas Drifter would like to know of any person that has never said anything “in private” while angry or under influence that they later regretted saying. Only one such individual comes to mind, Heaven’s only Son. Except perhaps some Fox Sports Radio celebrities who have self appointed them selves as Heaven’s Son equal, and as such are entitled to be leaders of media’s lynch mob.

What is difference between White haters who lynched Blacks; and liberal Whites and closet racist Black haters lynching White basketball team owner? What is difference between White haters and Black race baiters like Al Sharpton and others reader can list?

Reader want a really thought provoking “what is difference question? What is difference between White haters and Marxist-fascist Progressive and ethnic political leaders like Obama; Attorney General Holder; and Supreme Court Justices like Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, and Ruth Bader Ginsburg and their political policies and practices be compared to politicians that used to serve KKK?
