Texas Drifter: Open Letter to Texas Governor-elect Greg Abbott

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Theme for this writing exercise is updating Texas “concealed carry legislation” to include protecting life, health, liberty, and property threats from feral human conduct. Texas Drifter is not asking for new Texas law; just including three words “feral human conduct” to apply to crimes committed during riots.

As Federal laws or regulations cannot SUPERSEDE Spirit of Law or letter of law of Tenth Amendment; any such Texas updated legislation should include immunity from any and all criminal and civil liability? Why not as many insurance policies do not cover damage resulting from civil strife? Texas legislative updates should publicly state that Texas is exercising inalienable rights identified as Spirit of Law in Declaration of Independence; and letter of law defined in United States Constitution Bill of Rights Tenth Amendment!

Definition of feral is description of animal that lives and grows in the wild after being domesticated; comparable description is wild or savage animal.

Description of feral human conduct can include Obama’s racist rioters engaging in violent behavior which threatens citizens’ lives, health, liberties, and properties.

Definition of conduct is standard of personal behavior based on moral principles.

Feral human conduct can be reflected in individual, packs, and herds conducting themselves as rabid souled wild savage animals.

Generic Feral Hog Observations; Reader might compare traits to humans engaging in feral conduct.
1. Highly adaptable to different environments
2. Opportunistic omnivores
3. Extreme intra sexual aggression between boars
4. Rapid reproduction rates
5. Most wildlife do not associate with feral hogs
6. Most dangerous in groups
7. Have very few natural predators
8. Survive avoiding contact with humans
9. Attracted to gunshot like some bears looking for “left over” meals
10. Some estimates cause guesstimated two billion dollars plus year in economic losses
11. Some suggest that there are fewer deceased illegal immigrants found in Texas brush lands called “Monte” not because fewer illegal immigrants crossing America’s Southern porous border; rather feral hogs are consuming “weakened living” and taking meals out of beaks of native scavengers.
12. Reader can add other similar traits between feral hogs and humans engaging in feral human conduct.

Self-defense principles based on Spirit of the Law can be referenced in many Marshall’s Law Texas Drifter Library Entries like # 742 – “Sacred Origin Second Amendment”.

Motives for violent crimes that threaten life, health, liberty, and property include but may not be limited to following.
1. Lust for greed like bank robbery, robbing a liquor store, armed robbery, drug dealing, kidnapping, and related crimes
2. Ideological tactics like those used by Islamic NAZI terrorists; Islamic State; Black race haters; and others Reader can list
3. Psychopathic violence like that perpetuated by “just plain blanking crazy people” plus other examples Reader can list, including mental health problems which might result from drug addiction like Driving Under Influence deaths and injuries
4. Sociopathic violent crimes by those engaging in human feral conduct like that exhibited in social justice racist riots.
5. Other crimes like arson can be included in above when appropriate

Back step concerning above item number four, sociopathic feral humans include Obama’s social justice racist rioters who conduct themselves like Adolf’s Brown Shirts. When, in acts of violent terrorism against innocent men, women, and children that Obama felt didn’t appreciate messiah Obama’s greatness!

Many contemporary Obama’s social justice racist rioters engaging in feral human conduct include “uneducated” Blacks motivated by hate because the world owes these perpetual victims everything. Many in this group include spoiled rich kids infatuated with anarchist or Marxist-fascist ideologies. Why, simple answer is shame their parents for raising spoiled brats.

America’s future generation of world owes us America haters, will probably be children of illegal immigrants’ whose parents came to America to live off stolen property called welfare benefits which in many cases could vary between forty thousand to fifty thousand dollars a year in tax free monies, benefits, and services.

Why note this, America’s future feral human rioters and criminals could be contemporary illegal immigrant children unconstitutionally granted by Obama; amnesty which was condoned by silence of Republican establishment ruling class aristocrats. Reader can list Obama’s offensive Republican allies.

Repetition is still good training tool. Self-defense principles based on Spirit of the Law can be referenced in many Marshall’s Law Texas Drifter Library Entries like # 742 – “Sacred Origin Second Amendment”.

(SOME EXCERPTS from Texas Law Shield)
• The State of Texas Justification for the Use of Force & Deadly Force:
In Texas, there are several situations where a person is justified in using force or deadly force.
A person may use force against another to the degree the person believes that it is reasonably necessary to protect themselves or a third person from another’s unlawful use of force.
In Texas it is presumed that deadly force was reasonably necessary if it is used against an individual who was unlawfully or forcibly entering or entered into an occupied home, business, or vehicle or is attempting to forcibly remove another against his or her will from an occupied home, business, or vehicle. Deadly force is also presumed to be justified to prevent the commission or attempted commission of murder, aggravated kidnapping, sexual assault, aggravated sexual assault, robbery and aggravated robbery.
In Texas if a person is present in any place where they have a right to be, they have no duty to retreat and have the right to use force, including deadly force, if they reasonably believe that it is necessary to prevent death or serious bodily injury to themselves or to prevent the commission of murder, aggravated kidnapping, sexual assault, aggravated sexual assault, robbery or aggravated robbery.
Texas law allows a person to use force in the protection of property to prevent or terminate another’s trespass or other unlawful interference with the possession of real or personal property. Deadly force can be used in Texas when the crime against property is classified as arson, burglary, robbery, criminal mischief at night or theft at night.

(End Excerpts) Editor Marshall’s Note: Reader should review entire Texas Law Shield Text

Texas is a CCP State and Texans should not start tolerating lack of sufficient law enforcement to prevent following feral human activities.
1. Riots
2. Looting
3. “Torching” any property private or public
4. Terrorizing customers on private property in private businesses
5. Physically assaulting old man with old person’s very own “oxygen” bottle
6. Terrorizing women and children with terroristic threats in Malls
7. Terrorizing children trying to sing Christmas songs with terrorist threats
8. All above plus many other feral human violent acts condoned by Obama’s “code” talk and mannerisms in name of social justice to lynch a police officer engaging n due process determined self defense

Needed CCP Legislation updates required – Feral human conduct is a specific criminal act like murder, robbery, kidnapping arson and other specific crimes Reader can list. Texas State Legislators should enact with Texas’ New Governor legislation which inserts “feral human conduct” into” “Justification for the Use of Force & Deadly Force” Statutes. Also included, since many insurance policies do not cover damages during “civil strife” or any other “catch word” insurance companies use; Texas updated legislation should include immunity from any and all criminal and civil liability; based on Texas exercising Tenth Amendment to United States Constitution Bill of Rights.

Texas Drifter is requesting that Texans and other citizen patriots who support basic concepts of this writing exercise; pass on this “Open Letter to Texas Governor-elect Greg Abbott” for consideration.

Why, some clues are worth repeating as repetition is good teaching tool. Perhaps Reader waits too long to honor their oath to uphold, protect, and defend: Scenario: international terrorists, illegal immigrant criminals entering America through Southern porous border, or Obama’s activists engaging in feral human conduct; breaks in to Reader’s home; cuts conservative’s throat and throws him to floor. While conservative’s life sustaining blood is spreading across floor, conservative increasingly faintly sees and hears his wife and children being sexually assaulted and brutally murdered. Why, simple because there are some domestic tranquility and national security problems, that can never be resolved just with words or letter of laws ignoring Spirit of Law. Just warning, not advocating.

3. Decision making stops when reflexes begin
4. Disciplined reflexes are not affected by emotions; and improve with constant training also called practice

Here’s hoping Reader acts on most important part of this writing exercise: Texas Drifter is requesting that Texans and other citizen patriots who support basic concepts of this writing exercise; pass on this “Open Letter to Texas Governor-elect Greg Abbott” for consideration.
