Texas Drifter: Warning Not Advocating

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Adolf had his “Brown Shirts”; Obama has his social justice “racist rioters”. Seems social justice for Obama is political correct code word for mob rule. Translation, Obama’s contempt for Constitutional due process justice seems verified by Obama’s devotion, addiction, and dependence on using hate to incite riots to “lynch” innocent people.

“Warning,” it is better to pull up weeds by their roots before weeds go to seed. “Not advocating,” Texas Drifter is not Reader’s babysitter; so if Reader lets Obama’s racist rioters, who are comparable to Adolf’s Brown Shirts, seeds spread. Reader has only themselves to blame for losing America’s traditions, values, and principles to Obama’s Marxist-fascist transformations! TRUE or FALSE

Clues, too many masters ruin well trained disciplined dogs. Are there any Federal Government laws that crossing State lines to incite riots are crimes? Guess not under Obama’s make it up as Obama goes laws.

PURPOSE
When security consultants provide advice; their report is more akin to being a warning than advocating, as being client/s’ babysitter are different kinds of services. Sample, if one is determined to take five gallon propane “bottle” into a non-ventilated room; then open the valve; and start playing with matches? When security consultant advises client that his actions might create an explosion that could cause serious or fatal injuries; such information is a warning not advocating.

Purpose of this writing exercise is to warn citizen-patriots that one of many of Obama’s threats to America’s constitutional republic is total destruction of Constitutional due process justice. How could Obama achieve such objectives, by initiating and implementing hate motivated political correct (PC) NAZI lynch mob rule by racist rioters?

Question, should compassion for Bad Guys (seeking to turn America into third word fascist country), also known as “sucking up” or lap licking by Republicans establishment ruling class aristocrats be options best left for quitters, compromisers, and those willing to surrender just to be popular among America last crowd? Reader can list offending internationalist corporate fascist Republican establishment ruling class aristocrats by name.

STRATEGIES
1. Embarrass “out of Republican Party” conservative pretenders with “glass house truths”- Reader can reference Marshall’s Law Texas Drifter Library Entry # 686 “Conservative’s Security Primer”
2. Marshall's Up Close and Personal tactic – excerpt from MLTDL Entry # 599 - A more complex up close and personal tactic, accepts the premise that once the time for talking has passed, there are only three options: run and hide, standoff tactics, or hit and run.

Napoleon’s version of hit and run requires decimating the first target, and striking the second target with dazzling speed and methodical ferocity. Napoleon’s divide and conquer strategies, as brilliant as they were, depended on insuring that the first target attacked did not recover and reappear on the home team’s flank.

Not “finishing off’ the first target attacked; creates unnecessary threats that have to be dealt with later. Marshall’s social power formula can help determine the first target.

Perhaps a more cost effective “hit and run” strategy is to use pro-active counter intelligence activities to create mistrust and hatred between enemy allies. Letting the enemy sides fight it out, makes it easier for the home team to manage or destroy a weaker “winning” enemy ally. (End excerpt) Translation get bag guys “one and two” to start throwing each other under metaphorical bus.

OBSERVATIONS
First Set Observations:
1. Citizen-patriots must be able to distinguish between “in public” and behind closed door” ethics. Consider following: Republican establishment ruling class aristocrats tactics are promise conservatives one set of promises in public, but act on internationalist corporate fascist goals, objectives, and values behind closed doors (Reader can list offenders). Minor discrepancies can be found by conservatives in public who act like traditional politicians behind closed doors. Example, Texas Senator Cruz seems to be “solid conservative” in both public and in private. Although Senator Cruz seems to revert back to typical politicians in one instance. When one of his constituents sends him a specific issue letter; his response tends to be generic filler which has nothing to do with constituent’s original question.

Why such untrustworthy conduct? These political animals’ sole lust for power is to keep power through vanity motivated media ratings.

2. Citizen-patriots must learn that Marxist-fascists are always pathological liars and America last haters; with even more hatred of all American patriots not only in public with even more evil plans behind closed doors.

Why such soul less evil conduct? These political animals values and principles are based on win at any cost for their they are true gods, chosen to manage their fanatic ideology Marxist-fascism; much as Islamic NAZI terrorists share devotions to destroy all political adversaries.

Second Set Observations:
1. Purpose for above information – biggest problem for automated security targeting systems like Marshall’s ACP System is distinguishing targets from non-targets in target selection processes.

Examples “bad guys” racist rioter terrorists target everyone including innocent collateral damage victims; while good guys as seen by recent Israeli efforts try to minimize civilian collateral damages by limiting target selections to bad guys.

Third Set of Observations:
- Letter of law not defined by spirit of the law can become criminal letter of the law. Reader might reference MLTD Library Entry # 652 “Justice For All Includes Conservatives”. Example of how spirit of law ignored creates evil letter of the law. “Spirit of Law” for Fourteenth Amendment references slaves and immediate descendants and had and has absolutely nothing do about guaranteed amnesty rights for illegal immigrants who voluntarily entered America that were not brought to America as slaves.
- Problem with abandoning Spirit of Law for letter of law is twofold: first creation of laws serving tyrants not citizen patriots. Second creating an attitude that oath to uphold protect and defend were intended to be followed only if judicial decision were to be popular?
- Good starting point would be to ask Justice “Judas” Roberts he seems to like abandoning Spirit of Law for Letter of law. TRUE or FALSE

QUESTIONS:
1. Law abiding citizen-patriots have moral right to expect that criminals breaking both Spirit of Law and Letter of Law are not entitled to financially benefit from poison fruit of poisons tree. TRUE or FALSE

Clue – By some estimates, illegal immigrants could receive as much as forty thousand to sixty thousand a year in non-taxable dollars, services, benefits, and other freebies.

2. Bonus question, where is honor or common sense in waking up some morning and realizing –“I waited too long to do what was right and save my America; now it is too late to save Heaven’s favorite republic for my children, and other future American generations”? (Reader can insert answer in five words or less.)

Clue to let Reader know; Reader waited too long to honor their oath to uphold, protect, and defend: Scenario: terrorists or illegal immigrant criminals entering America through Southern porous border; breaks in to Reader’s home; cuts conservative’s throat and throws him to floor. While conservative’s life sustaining blood is spreading across floor, conservative increasingly faintly sees and hears his wife and children being sexually assaulted and brutally murdered. Why, simple because there are some domestic tranquility and national security problems, that can never be resolved just with words or letter of laws ignoring Spirit of Law.
