Texas Drifter: President’s December Surprise?

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Following is concept memo from Texas Drifter to Editor Marshall about recent history repeating itself in contemporary times in different places.

Know neither of us are prone to be pro-active about initial conspiracy theories; still instincts shaped by forty-five years of field experiences not desk pilot experiences, are causing me concern for our beloved America’s future. Concerns are for days between when “lame duck” Congress leaves for Christmas vacations and arrival of newly elected Republicans’ majority congress.

Consider following similarities between Adolf and President:
1. Comparable temperaments
a) Adolf no respect for democratic principles / President no respect for Constitutional values, principles or traditions
b) Adolf’s emergency Decree … for Protection of the People and The State – Article 1:
Sections 114, 115, 117, 118, 123, 124, and 153 of the Constitution of the German Reich are suspended until further notice. Therefore, restrictions on personal liberty, on the right of free expression of opinion, including freedom of the press, on the right of assembly and the right of association, and violations of the privacy of postal, telegraphic, and telephonic communications, warrants for house searches, orders for confiscations, as well as restrictions on property, are also permissible beyond the legal limits otherwise prescribed.
Compare above Decree to President’s statement all he needs is a “pen and a phone”.
c) Adolf’s excessive vanity, his military officers were afraid to “disturb” Adolf with news of “D-Day Invasion”; had they done so, results could have been different for Allies. / President’s vanity prevents him from considering any change to his flawed beyond redemption Affordable Health Care Insurance vision.
d) Neither, Adolf or President cared or care about consequences of their actions. Adolf ignored consequences of invading Poland; while President is immune to damage that will be caused by using executive order’s to provide amnesty to tens of millions of illegal immigrant criminals.
e) Both Adolf and President were and are conscience less pathological serial liars.
f) Both Adolf and President were / are hate promoters among and between different groups.

2. Consider how both Adolf and President based their political strategies on creating crises. Adolf approved Goebbels and Goring’s plan to burn down Reichstag and blame Communists for creating a National crisis. / President by his own words “supports exploiting crisis” for political advantage.
3. Consider how German industrialists thought they could manage Adolf; just like Republican establishment ruling class aristocrats believe they can manage President. Both were wrong as President Hindenburg was awed by Adolf; while Republican Senate and House Leaders seem awed and not willing to criticize or challenge America’s president. Senate and House Republican Leaders seem so awed of President that they refused to implement Constitutional provisions to keep President in line by tightening budget “purse strings”. All the while Federal Reserve created trillions “on paper” to keep America’s credit ratings intact.
4. Consider how Adolf after breaking promises to Germany’s military leaders; Adolf interfered with “regular army” by inserting SA and SS command structures. /President has replaced “regular army” officers with command structure loyal to Obama before loyalty to country.
5. Consider Goring’s words after replacing traditional law enforcement command with command structure loyal to Goring. Goring’s words: I don’t have to worry about justice; my mission is only to destroy and exterminate nothing more! Every bullet which leaves the barrel of a police pistol now is my bullet. If one calls this murder, then I have murdered. I ordered this. I back it up. I assume the responsibility and am not afraid to do so.” March 1933.

Could President’s Justice Department pursue following goals with policies like Fast and Furious I; or covertly tolerating rioters seek to destroy State or Local law enforcement officers and or agencies?

6. Consider how Adolf and President both turned to street thugs and gangsters to control political oppositions. Are following groups related AmeriCorps and Adolf’s SA?

I will get things done for America - to make our people safer, smarter, and healthier.
I will bring Americans together to strengthen our communities.
Faced with apathy, I will take action.
Faced with conflict, I will seek common ground.
Faced with adversity, I will persevere.

Is it possible that AmeriCorps will evolve into organization like Hitler’s “Free Corp” of early 1920’s that involved into Hitler’s SA which is abbreviation for “Assault Division” or “Storm Troopers" or “Brown Shirts” whose strategies were using violent tactics to achieve violent intimidation?

7. Consider how Adolf’s SA and SS targeted specific threats to Adolf’s political interests. Shortly after Reichstag fire Adolf ordered “The German people have been soft too long. Every Communist official must be shot. All Communist Deputies must be hanged tonight. All friends of the Communists must be locked up. And that goes for the Social Democrats and the Reichsbanner as well!” / Could President issue an order like following to all federal agencies who all have their own SWAT teams: “The American people have been soft too long. Every Tea Party leader must be shot or hanged tonight. All their friends must be locked up. And that goes for all Libertarians and Judeo-Christian Conservatives; and anyone else opposed to the Rainbow Klan.
8. Consider timing of upcoming Holiday Season; was not Tet Offensive in Vietnam during 1968 “Tet” holidays?
9. Consider did not Joseph Goebbels, turn Germany’s news media into State-run news machine using print-radio-broadcast limited to Nazi propaganda to cover and report “official news” of Reichstag fire? / President already has control of mainstream news media; can use FCC to “shut down” conservative cable and radio broadcasts; use appropriate agencies to control cell phone communications. All President still needs to control is internet; which he will claim involving government in name of fairness of freedom – or some other propaganda slogan.
10.Consider Adolf and President both had similar political election starts. Reports suggest that Goebbels extorted Adolf’s initial political monies from German industrialists for more than three million marks. / President initially extorted “political seed money” from “high tech industrialists”; Hollywood millionaires and billionaires; Wall Street corporate fascists; and later used Justice Department to extort hundreds of millions of dollars from corporations far and wide.
11. Reader can add their own examples.

It is doubtful that President can burn down Washington D.C. buildings as easily as Adolf had Reichstag burned down. Although “unprepared for work place accident explosion or explosions might make structures unsafe” and force President to issue executive orders locking new Republican majority out of buildings until structures were safe to re-enter?

As we first learned over four decades ago, theory without verifiable intelligence remains only theory.

Question – perhaps private sector should release new labor statistics identifying how many jobs illegal immigrants are “stealing” from American citizens and legal residents. Why private sector should issue reports; only fools believe lying government bureaucrats. TRUE or FALSE

Bonus Question – Despite extortion and nationwide efforts to “stuff ballot boxes”; Hitler only won 44% (forty-four percent) in Germany’s last “free” election on March 5, 1933. It is possible that President will claim future elections in America are “illegal” because “executive order Amnesty recipients” were not allowed access to American polling places. TRUE or FALSE
