Marshall’s Law Dateline – Speaking only for myself and Editor Marshall: We are just too old to bow to Massa Obama, Massa Hillary, Massa McConnell, Massa Cornyn, Massa Boehner, Massa Bush, Massa Romney, or any other tyrant or want to be tyrant.

Definition of civil rights: individual citizen’s non-political liberties which are free from ARBITRARY interference by criminals private or public of: natural rights – inalienable rights; Roman law; Common law; U.S. Constitutional Law.

Definition of myth is perceived reality having only imaginary existence.

Concept of this writing exercise is civil rights in American can only exist during a due process constitutional environment. Common sense accepts premise that if Reader accepts premise that America is currently in a post-constitutional political environment; civil rights are only a myth that do not and cannot exist.

Perhaps those that cannot accept sometimes brutal truths; are too cowardly to help defend Heaven’s favorite due process ethical capitalist republic?

One such brutal truthful observation is that current political environment in America has replaced due process civil rights for what some call “Law of the ------. (Reader can fill in six letter word)

Question - Perhaps Editor Marshall’s formula for social power should be debated. Consider following renounced and denounced by many vanity motivated conservatives: Patriot Security Conservative principles like Marshall’s social power formula – might may or not make right, but determines how things will be: SP = Q1 + Q2 Over Timing Reader can reference Marshall’s Law Texas Drifter Library Entry Numbers: 617 and 686.

Texas Drifter is just asking not advocating TRUE not FALSE

Clue: Consider following historical event. Peter Muhlenberg was born in 1746 his father was one of the chief founders of the Lutheran church in America. Early in life Peter entered the ministry, and was a pastor of a church at Woodstock, in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.

When the war clouds began to gather, this minister, not satisfied with a written protest, informed the members of his church of his intentions to resign. The news attracted hearers near and far as Muhlenberg was one of the most popular ministers in Virginia. In his forceful sermon he spoke of the duties citizens owe their country. In closing he said, “There is a time for preaching and for praying. But there is also a time for fighting. Now this time has come!”

In the same moment he threw off his clerical garment and stood in the pulpit in the uniform of a Colonel of the Continental army. Muhlenberg for his excellent services to the Continental army was rewarded with the title of major-general. George Washington counted him among his confidential friends.

Can observation be made that it is crime for citizens to provide weapons to drug cartels; but not a crime for federal agencies to provide hundreds of guns to drug cartels which result in hundreds in Mexico being killed pus American federal agents being murdered? TRUE or FALSE

Clue: What kind of government does America have if only private citizens not government employees are charged with committing crimes?

Part two bonus question – If it is a crime for private citizens to “lie” to government; why should not it also be a crime for government to “lie” to private citizens - except maybe when national security interests might be involved? Perhaps penalties should be the same for both private sector and public sector liars? TRUE or FALSE

Clue how naïve - only a fool would expect “due process justice for all” in a political system controlled by the “Rainbow Klan”.
