Texas Drifter: Genocide by Public Welfare

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Following observation from Library Entry # 732, should not be a unique concept for Americans: self-sufficient non-profit service organizations and foundations should not have to beg for money. Perpetual government welfare always murders work ethic in individual souls, and condemns them to public subsidy addiction; another form of government slavery. Such feral behavior by governments, also eventually condemns society’s producers to eventual bankruptcy.

Following writing exercise is re-edited version first published by Texas Drifter in 1985.

Examples of earlier words of wisdom:

1) Aristotle correctly observed two thousand years in advance of America’s internationalist aristocrats: noble character is seldom found among those of noble birth, most who are good for nothing … highly gifted families often degenerate into maniacs.

Concerning rule by public subsidy addicts, Aristotle observed: When a democracy is dominated by lower classes (like Obama’s Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats) the rich are taxed to provide funds for the poor. The poor receive it and again want the same supply, like pouring water into a sieve; when either the rich (Republican establishment aristocrats) get the better of the poor, or the poor (Progressive Democrats) of the rich neither of them will establish a free state. (End insert) - Editor Marshall’s note: ( ) inserts by Editor’ Marshall would have probably been included by Aristotle if Aristotle were still writing?

2) “Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day; show him how to catch a fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.” Translation: proverbial saying which suggests that providing ability to work is of greater benefit than continued handouts.

Side note - Origin: Reference sources suggest the expression originated in Britain in the mid-19th century. Anne Isabella Ritchie, the daughter of William Makepeace Thackeray, (wrote a story titled Mrs. Dymond, sometime in the 1880s and it includes this line. "He certainly doesn't practice his precepts, but I suppose the patron meant that if you give a man a fish he is hungry again in an hour; if you teach him to catch a fish you do him a good turn." The book was published in 1890 but the story was put into print a few years earlier. So, the proverb dates from 1885 or shortly before and there's every reason to suppose that it was coined by Anne Ritchie. (End side note)

Long term consequences of ignoring genocide by welfare will initially result in collapse then destruction of America’s health care industry; public education system; and social services initially intended only for truly indigent. Total consequences will eventually be violent sporadic anarchy eliminating all domestic tranquility until a police state political system is implemented.

The initial driving force will be illegal immigrants who believe they have a right to “re-conquer” America to resemble the third world country the illegal immigrants left to illegally immigrate to America. One nation supporting such illegal immigration into America is Mexico who uses illegal immigration as a “relief valve”. Why, to prevent violent overthrow of Mexico’s corrupt aristocracy by peasants Mexican aristocrats did not share Mexico’s wealth with.

This article is directed towards those people who care about the future of organized charity in Rio Grande Valley North Mexico, Texas and America. “Organized charity” includes groups or organizations who employ professionals to supervise volunteers or paid staff to solve or manage community social problems.

With the Rio Grande Valley’s North Mexico, Texas population expected to double by year 2000, social problems will increase at phenomenal rates. The ultimate future conclusion will depend on the geo-regions attitudes towards charity. Most likely scenario is Rio Grande Valley North Mexico, Texas will follow a course of perpetuating poverty to generate funding for an economy fueled by pubic tax dollars.

A preferable alternative would be to consider source of charity, by definition: charitable goods and or services as being extra resources (spare time, unnecessary items or financial profits) of society’s producers, not society’s beggars. Charity in America has traditionally been viewed as an emergency gift to help people recover from a temporary crisis; not a new perpetual lifestyle. Charity’s original intent seems like viable concept which is consistent with reality of there being limited resources and unlimited needs.

If charity is to be effective, then it should try to eliminate, not perpetuate the existing problems. If charity is to become a problem solver, it must address itself to these three elements: physical needs (food, clothing, shelter); emotional needs (clients need to believe they can overcome their problems); and opportunity for improvement.

If society does not take care of physical needs, people will not be healthy enough to make the change. If society does not take care of emotional needs, people will not have the attitude it takes to recover. If society does not provide alternatives to present life style, people will not have a better place to go.

Making charity effective requires a triangular approach whether the problem involves a single individual or segment of society. Political involvement in the process tends to make charity more expensive and less effective by adding layers upon layers of administrative staff who are more concerned about merit raises and pension plans than solving individual or community problems. Also, governments’ interventions generally institutionalizes social problems by creating permanent bureaucracies to distribute after bureaucrats cut form top - dollars taken from society’s producers.

Brutal truth is days of endless “Camelot” federal, state, and local governments’ free dollars will be ended either though efficient management of limited resources or implosion of America into brutal survival of fittest feral citizens societies somewhere between Mexico and North Korea.

Last known legislation was that IRS allowed non-profit organizations to operate trades or businesses that further their exempt purposes. Also the IRS allowed non-profit exempt organizations to operate businesses that have little or no relationship to their exempt purpose except to carry out those purposes. Reader should check to make sure Massa Obama’s IRS still allows such liberties for citizens trying to be good neighbors.

Marshall’s Law Texas Drifter Library Entry # 732 “Marketing Memo for Editor Marshall” is a variation of what was defined as “greenhouse concept” some thirty nine years ago when this writing exercise was first published. The concept being: the community organization or non-profit foundation develops a research center (like a library) to create specific line of consumer products. The patents or copyrights enable products like ideas disseminated through library with advertisements used to provide funds to serve targeted recipients like educations for survivors of parents killed in line of duty or in combat.

Organizations like charitable foundations in future would be better served not alienating society’s producers by offering financial plans not limited to begging. Why, simple consider following ongoing health care disaster creeping up on Rio Grande Valley North Mexico, Texas.

Consider following publicly reported not confirmed by independent source of health care costs for recent year in one Rio Grande Valley North Mexico, Texas County.
1. Four-hundred million dollars lost due to unpaid medical bills mostly by illegal immigrants and under insured service users;
2. Medicaid only pays estimated sixty percent to seventy percent of its medical bill obligations to medical providers
3. Private insurance companies never pay their total bills forcing medical providers to inflate their service due payment receipts.
4. County’s solution is to increase local property taxes to get local property owners to make up “uncollected” above financial collections; which will eventually force middle class citizens to move from this part of Texas like tens of thousands are leaving California and New York.

Seems this part of Texas is striving to become third world environment like Mexico with two kinds of health care: one system of health care for aristocrats, and public subsidies subsistence health care for everyone else? TRUE or FALSE

Review Question: Long term consequences of ignoring genocide by welfare will initially result in collapse then destruction of America’s health care industry; public education system; and social services initially intended only for truly indigent. Total consequences will eventually be violent sporadic anarchy eliminating all domestic tranquility until a police state political system is implemented. TRUE or FALSE

Clue: Marshall’s Law Texas Drifter Library Entry # 725 – Texas Drifter: Are Some Minorities Worth Costs?

Bonus Question – Are Americans supporting Southern porous border and amnesty for illegal immigrants, accessories to murdering America’s culture, society, political, and economic systems with genocide by public welfare? That Includes McConnell, Boehner and other corporate fascist Republican establishment ruling class aristocrats like Bush and Romney clones TRUE or FALSE - Not accusing just asking.
