Texas Drifter: Can “Article V” Evict Blue States?
Marshall’s Law Dateline – All ideas start with a simple concept. America’s First Civil War resolved “succession issue” only by using dominating military force by Northern States over Southern States. The issue not raised or resolved or yet to be considered is using expulsion or eviction via Article V of U.S. Constitution.
President Washington’s Farewell Address 1796 (Excerpt): The basis of our political systems is the right of the people to make and to alter their constitutions of government. But the Constitution which at any time exists, till changed by an explicit and authentic act of the whole people, is sacredly obligatory upon all. The very idea of the power and the right of the people to establish government presupposes the duty of every individual to obey the established government. (End excerpt)
Article V (excerpt) … on the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the legislatures of three fourths of the several states … (End excerpt) It is only a good guess that States Convention Amendments to evict Blue States would not violate first and fourth clauses of Ninth Section in Article One – topic for another time.
Seems by impartial not emotion driven initial appearances; that Convention of States could offer Amendment that expelled or evicted Blue States to form new Republic of American States.
Why would majority of Red States seek to evict Blue states? Some possibilities include Blue States
1. Abandoning America’s traditions, values, and principles like: Ten Commandments; 1581 Act of Abjuration; Declaration of Independence; Constitution and Bill of Rights; ethical capitalism; reader can add to this item if reader chooses.
2. Tampering with fair and honest election process (trademark of both Obama’s Marxist-fascist Democrats and Bush and Romney’s corporate fascist Republicans in primary elections)
3. Condoning Executive Branch and government bureaucrats to conduct themselves like fascist gangsters
4. Threatening America’s domestic tranquility with porous borders and amnesty for foreign invaders
5. Tolerating torturing and killing tens of thousands of veterans with criminally negligent and worse care of American veterans by Veteran’s Administration
6. Eventually torturing and murdering millions of America’s sick, injured, and aged Americans with Obamacare
7. Threatening America’s national security in more ways than Reader can list
8. Promoting hate among all Americans in different economic and other classes

Red States can attend States constitutional Convention based on following:
1. Red States / Blue States can be determined based on last ten years voting records;
2. Blue States will assume their share of America’s national debt based on percentage of individual State’s total population including illegal immigrants;
3. Red States will keep all U.S. Armed Forces resources since Blue states all hate patriots serving in America’s armed Forces; Red States will agree to in general for most part protect Blue States from foreign threats;
4. Limiting Amendment details too few like above, will allow Blue States to be evicted thirty days after Amendment’s final passage. Side note: since there are geo-political parts in some States like New York, Illinois, and California which might seek to leave their Blue State evictee and join New American States; arrangements could be made to admit these areas as states or territories depending on what all parties agree too. Note sections in Red States like Rio Grande Valley, Texas will not be allowed to leave and join Blue States and as they are permanent part of Red States (as they are part of Red States not included in States Constitution Amendment).
One key to making above process work will be Blue States who will support States Convention Amendment to evict Blue States. Why Blue States hate Judeo-Christian conservatives and other patriots so much; Blue States will vote their selves being free through their own eviction.
All ideas start with a concept. Question, if you would not let you teenage son or daughter turn your family home into commercial brothel? Why would you let Obama; Marxist-Fascists; other America last haters; plus corporate fascist Republican establishment ruling class aristocrat leaders turn your America into a third world police state?
Question, if you can evict your promiscuous son or daughter; why not evict evil Blue States among us in U.S.? TRUE or FALSE

2. Senate’s managed by Marxist-fascist traitors;
3. Lawless Executive Branch tyrannies
4. Fascist federal bureaucrats’ domestic terrorism against private citizens
