Texas Drifter: Patriots Need “Slip and Fall” Lawyers?
Marshall’s Law Dateline – Texas Drifter not being an attorney has managed enough high dollar civil legal investigations as well as capital murder defense legal investigations for following observation questions. What is word Texas Drifter is trying to recall; oh well maybe I will remember it before ending this writing exercise?

Texas Drifter Interpretation: slaves were brought against their free and did not voluntarily violate American laws to enter America. “Anchor babies” brought under fraud by parents in commission of crimes are not entitled to amnesty of citizenship under many theories one including poison fruit of tree. Generic translation, the tree is poisoned and taints what grow from it.
Doubt this principle, try selling property which was purchased by fraud or proceeds gained from bank robberies or drug deals.
Illegal immigrants are not entitled to keep civil rights like citizenship granted by lawless fish mongering activist judges presiding over fish market courts. (End excerpt)
Observation and question: When Obama violates U.S. Constitutional due processes by violating existing federal law by signing an executive order that unconstitutionally and illegally provides work permits for illegal immigrants. Will civil justice be an option for some American citizens? Texas Drifter still cannot think of key word for this writing exercise.
Moving on, if some private employer knowingly employs illegal immigrants with fraudulent work permits; then the illegal immigrants with fraudulent documents injures, violates the civil rights, or kills someone during the course of their employment?
Can the injured party seek civil “death penalty” damages perpetual personal bankruptcy, against the employer who knowingly employed illegal immigrants with fraudulent work permits?
Texas Drifter thinks possibly; and do such civil legal law suits make PSC (Patriot Security Conservatives) new best friends “slip and fall” lawyers? (No disrespect intended to plaintiff lawyers.)
Question, how many American citizens and legal residents will support amnesty for illegal immigrants using unconstitutional fraudulent work permits to cause law abiding citizens and legal residents to lose their jobs to cheaper wages? Plus how many American citizens and legal residents will be sympathetic to illegal immigrants using fraudulent work permits that are injuring, violating civil rights, and killing American citizens and legal residents?
Another issue raised in Marshall’s Law Texas Drifter Library Entry # 717: Hunch five, some illegal immigrants may have really bad day when they learn that “Obama’s Amnesty” if enacted in unconstitutional manner could be rescinded and be as worthless as Obama’s lying promises; which could result in millions of “still illegal immigrants” without real amnesty being deported. TRUE or FALSE
Bonus question, not a threat more like preparation for civil law suit justice; perhaps Patriot Security Conservatives (PSC) should start listing names, addresses, and contact numbers of corporate fascist Chamber of Commerce type members to facilitate seeking civil “death penalty” damages perpetual personal bankruptcy, against employers motivated only by greed who knowingly employed illegal immigrants with fraudulent work permits? TRUE not FALSE
Alright, almost like delayed inspiration; Texas Drifter just remembered the word I have been trying to recall throughout this writing exercise – the word is “standing” in legal sense. Reader can look up definition themselves; why, so reader will remember meaning longer.
