Marshall’s Law Dateline – Children tend to evolve into same kind of adults: good, bad, mean, or evil. Good children are not selfish, do not break or steal toys, and do not grow up to be bullies. Compared to bad children who are selfish, like to break or steal toys, grow up to be sadistic bullies, and often become fascist political leaders.
Bad, mean, and evil children who evolve into adults with same types of personalities, is why civil societies like America adhere to: Ten Commandments; 1581 Act of Abjuration; common law; U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights; and believe fences contribute to border security.
Few words about evolution and history of territorial borders / perimeters seems appropriate now.

Public sector border security perimeters can include but are not limited to: school districts, water districts, city limits, county boundaries, state lines, or federal jurisdictions. First principle of any territorial possession concept is protecting entities’ “jurisdiction” with control of asset or non-porous security perimeters.
Some examples of good children starting in reader’s own mind, probably begin by including their own children. Good children like good adults generally accept and respect territorial boundary limits. In case of children, such a limit might include person’s “front yard” to keep children out of streets. Territorial limits, for adults might include one, avoiding excessive taxes on private sector profits. Two, securing borders between nations to prevent societies’ producers from having to support non-legal immigrant life cycles.
