Marshall’s Law Dateline – Answer to title question is simple: justice. Only issue to be decided, is what kind of justice?
Replacing Obama’s Marxist-fascist government with either Bush / Romney corporate fascism; or some cult leader with Robespierre personality is totally unacceptable.
Following historical lessons should validate above observation
1. Robespierre’s psychotic sociopathic Reign of Terror policies during French Revolution.
2. Yankee conservative Republicans hate motivated economic and police state genocide against Southerners (against Lincoln’s wishes) following America’s First Civil War. How by using Northern troops in conjunction with carpetbaggers and Scalawags.
Contemporary examples which affirm observation that premeditated as well as negligent murders are crimes deserving nothing less than justice. Some Obama Administration examples

2. Fast and Furious II (Benghazi)
3. Tolerating illegal immigrants’ violent and property crimes against American citizens and legal residents
4. Veterans Administration’s abuses and possible murders of veterans in V.A. health care system
5. Physical casualties and loss of heath care services coverage during first phases of Obama Care
6. Deaths due to downsizing America’s Armed Forces resources and reserves
7. Promoting hate crimes between different races, ethnic groups, and non-Judeo-Christians against Judeo Christians
8. Eventual Bureau of Land Management “land grab” murders of civilians
9. Deaths due to pandemics brought onto American soil by illegal immigrants
10. Other atrocities reader can list
All public sector and their accessories allies responsible for either premeditated or negligent murders of civilians in above scenarios and related scenarios; must for justice to prevail be subjected to Nuremberg type criminal trials; plus also be subjected to civil financial damage trials.
Recall the obvious, in America: spiritual laws, constitutional laws, domestic laws based on common law, and for what it is worth international laws; all distinguish between killing in Self Defense and murder. Also recall, being an accessory to murder is a punishable crime.
After Obama, then what? Simple there is no statute of limitations on murder or being an accessory to murder. TRUE or FALSE
Question – When governments do not prosecute their own for civilian justice; then citizens engaging in Self Defense are engaging in Self Defense, not crimes by any standards in America: spiritual laws like Ten Commandments; Act of abjuration 1581, Declaration of Independence, U.S. Constitution including Bill of Rights; or domestic laws based on common laws like castle doctrine. TRUE or FALSE
Clue: Problem with reader not caring about government murdering innocent civilians in places like Malibu, Ruby Ridge, and Waco; is that government inevitably starts murdering their own in scenarios like Fast and Furious I, Fast and Furious II (Benghazi), and veterans in V.A. hospitals.
Tyrants will try to insulate themselves from their agencies' murders like Obama will denounce knowing anything about Fast and Furious I, Fast and Furious II, V.A. hospital murders; eventual B.L.M murders in government's land grab; plus hundreds of thousands who will be murdered by Obama Care Death Panels. Perhaps adage is true: reader deserves government reader tolerates?
Bonus questions: After Obama then what - two likely choices: One, little due process justice much street justice. Two, much due process justice little street justice. TRUE or FALSE
Observation clue, "perception is reality" street justice is non-discriminatory like Oklahoma City; where as due process justice tends to only discriminate against those judged by due process to be guilty.
Side Note - Contemporary Veteran Administration health care scandal involving deaths of veterans in V.A. care; creates two legal issues which should only be resolved by due process jury trials.
First legal issue is were veterans premeditatedly murdered or negligently murdered.
Second issue involves accessories to above murders; issue is being an accessory before murders or being an accessory after murders. One example is destroying records to cover up either pre-meditated or negligent murder makes one guilty of being accessory after the fact. (Guess that is right as Texas Drifter is not an attorney)
Another after the fact accessory includes those who discourage, intimidate, threaten, or even in some cases advocate that families or friends of murdered veteran/s should not be entitled to their "day in court" to seek justice for their murdered loved one or friend. TRUE or FALSE
