Texas Drifter: Texas Taxes Shell Game?

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Is Texas Governor Perry comparable to travelling show con artist or snake oil salesman?

Answer could very well be, consider how Governor Perry sided with Mexican aristocrats over financial interests of part of his voting base South Texas Border agricultural interests. Reader can reach their own conclusion by referencing Marshall’s Law Texas Drifter Library Entry # 668 - Texas Drifter: Governor Perry and Obama Allies?

Second consideration is Perry using Progressive Democrat Party trick of establishing regulations; then passing cost of those regulations to States. Perry’s modification of Obama’s tactic is to pass State regulations; then pass on costs of those regulations to local governments like counties, municipalities, local school districts, and other regional property taxing districts.

Is Perry promoting myth of private property in Texas? Are property taxes a code word for rent payments? Try not paying these government rent payments; and see how long it is before armed men representing your government landlord show up and evict you from your government leased property?

Seems this is good time to remind reader of few economic and political system basic principles. Texas Drifter hopes reader is familiar with roles of economic supply and demand in determining fair market values called prices in some market transactions.

Texas Drifter hopes reader will understand how roles of political supply and demand determines domestic tranquilities of geo-political regions - from neighborhood communities through state governments to nations’ federal governments.

Some examples include
1. Increasing supply of non-producers increases demands from producers
2. Constant supply (population) of non-producers increases demands from producers when non-producers “benefits” increase
3. Decreasing supply of non-producers with non-increasing benefits decreases demands on producers (good way to decrease non-producers population is with middle class attitudes and ethical capitalist jobs)

Repetition still good teaching tool. Aristotle’s teachings were that the best states are those “wherein the middle classes are a more formidable part than either the rich or poor”. Aristotle correctly observed that: an aristocratic state may be beneficial for a time, but aristocrats tend to deteriorate, and become the worst form of government (like corporate fascist Republican establishment ruling elite aristocrats).

Aristotle correctly observed two thousand years in advance of America’s internationalist aristocrats: noble character is seldom found among those of noble birth, most who are good for nothing … highly gifted families often degenerate into maniacs.

Concerning rule by public subsidy addicts, Aristotle observed: When a democracy is dominated by lower classes (like Obama’s Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats) the rich are taxed to provide funds for the poor. The poor receive it and again want the same supply, like pouring water into a sieve; when either the rich (Republican establishment aristocrats) get the better of the poor, or the poor (Progressive Democrats) of the rich neither of them will establish a free state.

Few descriptions: First, non-producers are professional welfare recipients; public subsidy addicts; non-essential public employees that reader can list; with most obvious being illegal immigrants (all in this group can be called takers).

Consequences of out of control supply of non-producers demands on producers: destruction of middle class attitudes and middle class citizens; with entrenchment of corrupt ruling classes like Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrat leaders and or Republican establishment ruling class aristocrat leaders.

Some unintended consequences contributing to destruction of middle class attitudes and middle class citizens resulting from rampant supply of non-producers increasing demands on producers. Note non-producers from professional welfare recipients to bureaucrats tend to rampantly breed and rampantly expand for more producers’ assets.

Back to some unintended clues or consequences:
1. Additional expenses for infra-structures maintenance and need for more roads, water and sewer systems.
2. More needed public services like law enforcement, fire suppression, emergency medical services, and more general medical services
3. More public health services needed plus more public safety services.
4. More public education services
5. More retirement finances for public sector ludicrous pensions
6. Others reader can list

Clarification, non-producers refer to “from cradle to grave” non-producers like illegal immigrants and Progressive Democrats’ Lumpen proletariat voting base. Non-producers do not include those who were producers that retired or were disabled; also not included are truly indigent poor like professional poor.

Breaking point occurs when sufficient number of professional poor and worker ant bureaucrats suck and leech political system into total financial ruin with excessive budget needs and fascist regulations.

Good international example is North Korea; while good domestic example in progress is RGV, Texas. Some eighty percent of population either live off or work on producer’s assets taken by local, state, or federal governments somewhere in America.

Back to Texas shell game, imagine three shells: one named federal government; one named Texas government, and one named locals property taxing entities. The pea is named excessive bankrupting public debt. Long names, but this is just writing exercise, remember?

Game is, Feds are trying to pass their “unsustainable” debt (to use their own words) off to states who are trying to pass their unsustainable debt off to locals.

Reader doubt which shell; the pea is under; need only review TOTAL debts balances and rate of growth for local governments taxing entities since Clinton’s Administration. TRUE or FALSE

Bonus question, people who wager money in games with known “card cheats” have no rights to whine about losing their money. TRUE or FALSE

Translation, Texans know what kind of shell game Perry ran as Governor; hopefully Texas next Governor will be less clever and more upfront no matter how unpleasant the message.
