4. Justice for All which includes justice for conservatives, who are victimized by government agencies and bureaucrats crimes.
“Spirit of law” for Americans fourth inalienable right includes both Act of Abjuration 1581 and America’s Declaration of Independence. America’s “letter of the law” includes both United States Constitution and Bill of Rights.
America’s federal government’s biggest lie is that justice exists for citizens victimized by federal government elected and or appointed employees (which includes all public sector bureaucrats who are appointed by “employment”). Most abusive criminal conduct is by those in regulatory agencies and their federal regulation enforcers.
Barley a half truth, government will offer show trials for civil servants in law enforcement but never subject those in regulatory agencies and federal regulation enforcers to trials providing justice for private citizen victims. Brutal undeniable truth is government bureaucrats carrying out atrocities for agencies like EPA and Obama Care get “passes” for any crimes they choose to commit.
Human nature and natural law will eventually create paths to perceived justice. Consider following:
1. Hate motivated revenge just or not. Example of just hate motivated revenge: following WW II, certain groups targeted Nazi war criminals that escaped Nuremberg Trials; executed the offenders and made their deaths look like suicides. Whether their actions were justified or not is topic for another writing exercise.

3. What need to be created in America: private citizens’ due process legal processes solely about justice for private citizen victims of public sector crimes of “spirit of law” and “letter of law”; cases especially targeted should be against regulatory agencies and enforcers for regulatory agencies’. Absolute truth is no such impartial due process legal system neither civil nor criminal exists in contemporary America to provide justice for private sector citizens. Any statement to contrary by any government representative is purely evil lie which serves only government.
Translation: Spirit of law and letter of law concepts require new legal system necessary to not only protect but also provide private citizens justice from abusive government regulatory and regulatory enforcer bureaucrats.
One premise for this writing exercise is spirit of law preceded letter of the law. Spirit of law combines Declaration of Independence which declares existence of specific alienable rights; and citizens’ right to self defense of natural rights from “sovereign” claiming “divine right of kings” in Act of Abjuration in 1581.
Letter of law for above spirit of law is specifically defined in U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights; which included Second Amendment which protects tools for citizens in defense of both spirit of law and letter of law.
Clarification, bureaucrats violating letter of law are also violating spirit of law as are their supervisors and leaders. Spiritual inspirational genius of America’s founders was to create documents that defined inalienable rights along with letter of law; were presented in such a manner, that “everyday” free will citizens with middle class attitudes could understand Founders’ documents.
Following profile list identifies some American government spirit of law and letter of law political criminals and traitors. Following is being noted to help reader understand motives and temperaments of some of America’s political criminals and traitors.
Clue, what is First Commandment? Seeds for first sin are rabid vanities. What are political criminal and traitors, first spirit of law crime? Answer: We as your self appointed political leaders and public bureaucrats are your one and only true prophets. Our secular religion dwarfs and dominates your spiritual religion.
Some specific examples of government regulatory agencies that use regulatory enforcers which private citizens might seek justice from
1. EPA which thrives to destroy private property and America’s ethical capitalist economic system.
2. IRS which thrives by confiscating citizens’ personal wealth and prevents private citizens from exercising their inalienable rights.
3. Obama Care which exists to manage every citizen’s every day health care and deaths by dispersing and withholding health care services.
4. Department of Education which strives to manipulate citizens’ children thought processes with government directed thought content programming.
5. Illegal immigrants to transform (murder) America’s culture by reducing America’s wage scales to third world countries to destroy Americans middle class attitudes.
6. Federal civil rights agencies and departments that promote racial, ethnic, and other hatreds for “world owes us” minorities. One example being affirmative action programs to promote hate and violence between different interest groups.
7. Activist federal court judges and justices to re-write America’s Constitution and Bill of rights to serves special interest groups.
Spirit of law and letter of law both demand that if bureaucrats can use their very own “administrative court system” to persecute private citizens then private citizens can demand and have “citizen courts” to seek justice from regulatory agencies and their regulatory enforcers.
This new legal system will not include law enforcement or private citizen issues in civil or criminal courts which already exist. Punishments for convicted public bureaucrats and their accessories will include:
1. employment termination, and never working for or doing business with public sector again;
2. forfeiture of any all benefits and or pensions;
3. additional civil liability financial penalties; and or
4. imprisonment and possible capital punishment.
Supervisors, regional directors, agency directors who are responsible for millions of deaths like Obama Care could be subjected to penalties equaling their crimes.
Arguable position during sentencing of above convicted? If spirit of law came before letter of law; can inverse argument be made about guilty?
Spirit of Satan’s law came before temptation of Satan’s letter of law? Could examples of those adhering to Satin’s evil spirit and letter of law include: Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Castro, Chavez, plus their allies; and some contemporary American political leaders and their allies reader can list?
Perhaps Americans can start with “domestic war crimes” trials based on Nuremberg trials to start justice for private American citizens while establishing “American Citizen’s Courts” legal system.
System would be more just and less violent than what Robespierre did during French Revolution, or what some did to those escaping Nuremberg trials following Second World War. TRUE or FALSE
Two ironic thoughts from over two thousand years ago for America’s future:

2. American tyrants will be going into exile, not private American citizens.

Bonus question: Would perfect Article V. Amendment for America’s sleeping majority which is about to wake up; be demanding that State legislatures enact new “Spirit of Law and Letter of Law” Amendment to establish “Citizens’ Court” legal system for victims of public regulatory agencies and public bureaucrat regulation enforcers?
When cowardly corporate fascist Republican establishment ruling class aristocrats start whining about not hurting Obama’s feelings; Reader can simply tell them to go away. When these same Obama Republicans start warning that the fascist bureaucrats will retaliate; tell them who cares?
