Texas Drifter: Citizen Investigation Screening Clients

Clients can be individuals, businesses, organizations, or principles.
Determining potential client’s value starts with identifying their economic class attitude.
Type of economic attitude starts with Aristotle’s observations concerning economic class attitudes:
Aristotle’s teachings were that the best states are those “wherein the middle classes are a more formidable part than either the rich or poor”. Aristotle correctly observed that: an aristocratic state may be beneficial for a time, but aristocrats tend to deteriorate, and become the worst form of government (like corporate fascist Republican establishment ruling elite aristocrats).
Aristotle correctly observed two thousand years in advance of America’s internationalist aristocrats: noble character is seldom found among those of noble birth, most who are good for nothing … highly gifted families often degenerate into maniacs.
Concerning rule by public subsidy addicts, Aristotle observed: When a democracy is dominated by lower classes (like Obama’s Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats) the rich are taxed to provide funds for the poor. The poor receive it and again want the same supply, like pouring water into a sieve; when either the rich (Republican establishment aristocrats) get the better of the poor, or the poor (Progressive Democrats) of the rich neither of them will establish a free state.
Aristocrats can be either Marxist-fascists or corporate fascists supported by aristocrats’ allies like public sector bureaucrats, special financial interest beneficiaries, and special interest haters.
Poor are generally described as public subsidy addicts known as professional welfare recipients.
Those with middle class attitudes can range from financially challenged like Texas Drifter who was “legally” indigent for four years to Coke brothers who deserve every cent of their financial successes.
Standards for indigents in America are below poverty levels with no public assistance for indigent citizens. Restating ignored societal fact, indigents in America do not qualify for even very minimum public welfare benefits. Treatment of indigents in America does not reflect well on America’s Judeo-Christian traditions, values, and principles. Liberals plus celebrity conservatives like Limbaugh, Hannity, Levin, who deny treatment of America’s indigents are just gosh darned lying fools. Their blinded by their own vanities are theme for another writing exercise.
Few personality traits of economic attitudes
1. Middle class attitudes depend on hope and faith for better futures for their children.
2. Poor have no hope as they seem contented to survive on others handouts stolen from productive citizens with middle class attitudes. Poor seem destined to remain poor as they are too lazy to work for better futures; and are satisfied to feed, breed, and live on promises from Obama and his allies plus Obama’s Republicans care takers.
3. Aristocrats live on and for fear of losing their generally ill gotten wealth; and tend to be vain, arrogant, selfish, miserly, greedy, phony compassionate pretenders many of whom would “eat their own children” to protect their promiscuous life styles.
Interim question, how many positive memorials are built to honor America’s aristocrats and how are those monuments treated after aristocrats’ demise?
Clue: only reason many will attend aristocrats funerals is to make sure evil among us in U.S. are really dead; so process of forgetting evil among us in U.S. can begin.
Some have chastised Texas Drifter for observation that it is hoped that America’s aristocrats, their allies and legions of haters, are good when lying on their backs and spreading their legs; because that is all they are good at, and it is not likely they will be remembered for anything else. Not Texas Drifter’s intent to be frivolously rude, satirical brutal truth. TRUE or FALSE
Objective for screening clients, avoid sleazy clients because they will put you in situations in which you do not need to be put in. They will not provide all of the circumstances of the case. These people tend to be looking for prejudicial investigations that tell them what they want to hear.
Sleazy clients tend to lie, steal, exploit, abuse, stab people in the back, and often for no other reason than they can.
Sleazy clients tend to congregate in the same organizations. Very seldom will you see a law firm with half of the attorneys being ethical and the other half being unethical. A sleazy unethical attorney tends to work in the same firm, like attorneys that are ethical work for law firms that are ethical.
Unethical professionals may pay more money, but the cost of that money is integrity and the loss of quality future clients.
Being responsible for delivering expected services does not mean that one becomes so dependent on the client’s support that one cannot decline unacceptable assignments.
Objective reports. What to say about objective reports; tell the truth, that’s all there is to it. Slanting reports or leaving out items to slant reports is never ethical conduct. Good example is mainstream media evolving into propagandists for Marxist-fascist Democrats.
Citizen’ investigator’s assignment is to tell your clients what you know, not live with client’s decisions. Legend teaches that Custer’s scouts warned him what awaited his troops at Little Big Horn. In addition to not getting paid to live with their client’s decisions; citizen investigators do not get paid to die with fools.
Texas Drifter prefers using oral reports for security purposes. Helps keep information “work product” and undiscoverable by bad guys. Reports whether oral or written, require integrity, so do not enhance; delete; omit; slant; or do anything else which could create a negative impression of your reporting process. Remember you might be required to testify in court.
Effective time management should become second nature in the citizen investigator’s career. Acquire sufficient experience to know how much time a particular task or assignment will take to better plan schedules.
Do not get into the habit of doing business with clients or people who do not deliver what they claim too on time. It is embarrassing. It waste time, resources, and money; besides that, it jeopardizes citizen investigator’s reputation among clients and others in the professional community. TRUE or FALSE
It does not matter how good the citizen investigator, assignment effectiveness is determined by employees and team members in the field. Citizen investigator should hire people who share his concepts of quality, ethics; honesty; and taking pride in doing a good job. TRUE or FALSE
Bonus Question – there are not yet any affirmative action laws mandating that citizen investigators do not have rights to screen out clients who are spiritually bankrupt like: Marxist-Fascist like Obama and his allies including racist and ethnic haters; plus public bureaucrats, professional poor, and corporate fascist Republican establishment ruling elite class aristocrats like House and Senate leaders and others reader can list.
