Marshall’s Law Dateline – Amnesty for illegal immigrants’ rewards law breakers and punishes law abiding citizens. Americans who support due process legal immigration are patriots. Americans who support amnesty which encourages illegal immigrants to invade America are candidates for being unpatriotic traitors.

How stupid does one have to be to not understand that twenty million plus illegal immigrants illegally entering into the Unites States is an invasion?

1. Use American military forces to close America’s Southern border.
2. Use Border Patrol to apprehend illegal border crossers on American soil.
3. Use Immigration Services to apprehend visa jumpers on American soil.
4. Use Customs to secure legitimate ports and points of entry.
5. Use volunteer deportation policy, which is give illegal immigrants sixty days to take their ill gotten gains and return to where ever they want outside of America. Any illegal immigrant apprehended after sixty days, will administratively have all (all means all) their assets seized and they will deported; with no opportunity to ever return to America again.
6. Any illegal immigrant caught defrauding public services will be banned from ever returning to America.
7. Any illegal immigrant engaged in organized crime will be treated according to provisions dealing with terrorists.
8. Zero public benefits like “Dream Act” will be provided as rewards for criminal activities.
9. Provisions relating to anchor babies will be changed according to original intent of law; citizenship will only be conferred when parents are American citizens or legal residents; “chain link” immigration will not be permitted to anchor babies or others legal citizens except through regular immigration processes.
10. All vehicles entering America from Mexico must provide proof of registration, insurance, and meet all safety standards applying to American vehicles.
11. No so called cartel blood money can be used for investments into America’s commercial of private sectors.
12. American citizens will be allowed to seek civil damages in civil judicial process from those aiding or helping illegal immigrants. Example you allow illegal immigrant to live in your residence, and illegal immigrant kills someone in vehicle you allowed illegal to operate – offending party is subject to civil damages.
13. Victims of illegal immigrant crimes can set up non-profit organizations which offer bounties for turning in illegal immigrants “on the run” from the law.
