Texas Drifter: NFL Evolving Into Unethical Capitalism?

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Question to be answered, does NFL Commissioner and some team owners place profits motivated by greed before preserving integrity of one of America’s greatest sports institutions?

One definition of spiritual sin is: "Whoever, therefore, eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be answerable … For this reason many of you are weak and ill, and some have died." [1 Cor. 11:27-30]

Texas Drifter is not preaching; rather setting premise for Marshall’s Law Dateline question. Also, is not one of the Ten Commandments “Thou shall not steal”?

Observation, only economic system that does not violate Ten Commandments “Thou shall not steal” is ethical capitalism.

Sinful alternative economics systems include:
1. Unethical capitalism;
2. Corporate fascism;
3. Marxism;
4. Theological fascism;
5. Worst of all is Marxist-fascism advocated and practiced by Obama, Progressive Democrats, Obama Republicans representing Republican establishment ruling elite aristocrats.

Common law seems based on many principles of Ten Commandments, and makes stealing physical “sin” also called crime separated by types like fraud, burglary, robbery, extortion, kidnapping, and others reader can list. Crimes are also separated by degrees like misdemeanor and felony.

There are two types of charity one is based on free will to help indigent or those in need. Public sector welfare based on confiscatory taxes is stealing and violates Ten Commandment about not stealing.

Before whining starts, primary sources of virtuous charity are provided by family members, churches, non-profit organizations, generous individuals and others reader can list. Charity provided by governments uses bribes stolen from society’s producers and workers to entice professional poor to support governments’ crimes against innocents.

Few examples of public subsidy addiction programs financed by governments stealing include:
1. SSI and Medicaid
2. Food stamps used to buy non- food products like alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, drugs, and retail products when food stamps can be redeemed for cash.
3. Government student loans are classic example of types of people Heaven’s Son cast from Temple. Student loans are placing millions of young Americans into indentured servants owing their futures to Marxist-fascist governments.
4. Reader can add to list.

Reader might be asking for examples of unethical capitalism: Easy answers include not delivering promised products or services at negotiated price. Having no pre-intentions of repaying debts, hence rare exceptions for bankruptcy claims for rare financial situations; note bankruptcy is not available for government student loans.

Perhaps classic un-ethical capitalism would be offering starving man fifty dollars for a five hundred dollar horse. Compare to un-ethical capitalism of price gouging following natural disasters like tornados or hurricanes; which is public crime.

Moving on to question is this writing exercise title. It is not uncommon for good instructors to learn for their students life experiences. Concept lost on America’s public school system which has become “re-education camps” for Marxist-fascist ideologues led by agencies like National Education Agency and their enforcers most teachers’ unions.

Initial question, are motivations to make exorbitant profits which could eventually destroy one of America’s most noble “working man” sports entertainment institutions professional football reality or just some peoples fantasies?

Follow up question: can one of America’s most noble “working man” sports entertainment institutions professional football be preserved with majority of owners devoted to NFL traditions who are also willing to accept non-price gouging profits?

If Texas Drifter is wrong about following assignment question; hope reader writes or speaks their sincerest opinions.

1. Are NFL spectator prices of game day tickets evolving from targeting blue collar workers to only white collar aristocrats?
2. Are highest paid players on field highest potential points’ scorers? If yes, would this cause commissioners and owners to change rules for defensive players whose positions services represent less expensive costs for team owners? Why to protect higher investments even if consequences would change integrity of game based of best offenses competing against best defenses.
3. Will greed motivated price gouging which represents unethical capitalism destroy integrity of professional football?
4. Reader can suggest their on solution for preserving integrity of professional football.

Bonus question are their sufficient fans and owners involved in process to restore professional football with necessary improvements to insure NFL always remains one of America’s greatest sports institutions?

Clue – Are there two types of owners? First, those with no personal experience ties to professional football; who do not step back and let general managers and coaches whose abilities promoted them up organizational employment hierarchy manage their organizations. Second, those with no personal experience ties to professional football; who step back and let general managers and coaches whose abilities promoted them up organizational employment hierarchy manage their organizations.
