Texas Drifter: Are You Republican Hippie?

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Two Ignored Facts: First, America’s Founding Fathers would have never had opportunity to create U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights. Second, Texas Founding Fathers would have never had opportunity to create Republic of Texas 1836 Constitution with Declaration of Rights if earlier patriots had taken all their options “off the table”.

Oath to uphold protect and defend Constitution is not limited only to parts oath taker likes. Oath is to uphold, protect, and defend from all enemies foreign and domestic. Oath taker’s choice is both, not one or the other. Republican pacifists seem to ignore defending America from domestic enemies.

Purpose of this writing exercise is to raise issues for Republican pacifists. Constitution would have never been adopted with only Article V. to protect Americans inalienable rights. America’s Founding Fathers knew primary principle of negotiating is leaving all options on table.

Real world example of how to negotiate involved President Reagan’s negotiating America’s victory of cold war (strategy that RINOs later stole credit for). President Reagan left all options on table with “The doctrine of Mutual Assured Destruction (MAD)” which was supplemented with Suzanne Massie, teaching President Reagan, Russian Proverb, Doveryai no Proveryai (Trust but Verify). These concepts were supplemented with capitalism’s productive qualities that Soviets did not posses that led to America winning Cold war.

Historical fact ignored by many, is that Article V. by itself was not enough to generate sufficient support for passage of U.S. Constitution. What enabled passage was Bill of Rights which is comparable as Ten Commandments’ rules of conduct for governments as Ten Commandments are rules of conduct for individuals.

Background “spirit” for Bill of Rights:

1. Ten Commandments’ Commandment for individuals: killing in self defense is not murder.

2. America’s lost second tradition can be traced back to 1581; specifically: The States General of the United Provinces of the Low Countries Act of Abjuration (Plakkaat van Verlatinghe 1581 July 26).

Definition of abjuration: to revoke oath, vow, or promise. More about America’s lost second tradition later in writing exercise.

The Act of Abjuration of 1581 which was very well known with many drafts floating among America’s drafters of Declaration of Independence.

Act of Abjuration was created to inform king of Spain that he had forfeited sovereignty and right to govern affected provinces by his persistent tyranny. This document was first nail in ideological concept for “divine rights of earthly kings”.

Premise was an earthly king was constituted by God to be ruler of a people, to defend them from oppression and violence as the shepherd his sheep; and where as God did not create people to be slaves to their earthly king; and when earthly king does not behave thus, rather oppresses them, seeking opportunities to infringe on their ancient customs and traditions exacting from the people slavish compliance; earthly king is no longer earthly king rather only a tyrant; particularly when tyrant’s actions are deliberate, people may not only disallow his authority but follow what law of nature dictates for the defense of their liberty and their posterity even at hazard of people’s lives.

According to ancient privileges which are expressed in the oath taken by earthly king at his admission to government; most Provinces receive their prince upon certain conditions, which earthly king swears to maintain, which if earthly king violates, he is no longer sovereign. Texas Drifter certainly hopes that grassroots efforts to regain power in electoral processes are successful. Texas Drifter also sincerely hopes those attempting to save Heaven’s favorite republic with new State mandated amendments are also successful.

Adult maturity fact: bad guys, the evil among us in U.S. need to always understand that if they illegally interfere in legitimate processes to govern America there will always be other inalienable right options on table.

Proving this Texas Drifter writing exercise theme is wrong, is easy. Just provide list of all tyrants, like Stalin, Hitler, Mao, Castro plus any others reader chooses; who decided to change their evil ways based on well presented compassionate reasonable words.

Bonus points will be provided for examples of tyrants who changed their evil ways when they knew polite words were petitioner’s last option.

For the offended politically correct who whine Texas Drifter is promoting needless violence; answer is some will never understand; though others who have seen innocent by-standers die; those on other side die; those on their side die; friends die; parents and loved ones die. These are generally citizens least motivated to violence.

However, these are also generally the same ones who know that sometimes final options of self defense are necessary with unpleasant consequences. TRUE or FALSE

Bonus question: “Growing up” means that sometimes mature adults make unpleasant decisions. TRUE or FALSE

Brutal absolute truthful observation: in world where might (social power) may or may not make right, but always determines outcome; Republicans taking some Constitutional options off table; condemns America to losing to evil who never take violence as option off table. TRUE or FALSE

Clues:

Closing question for Republican pacifists: Why will you fight to protect your family and America from foreign threats and common criminals; then turn around and tell America’s domestic enemies that you will only use passive tactics to protect your family and country from domestic tyrants? Interview Theme – Is Mexico good neighbor to America?

General observations:

1. All nations except America generally place their national self interest above other nations. Mexico is very good at exploiting Mexico’s self interest above America and other nations.
2. Mexico’s cultural, historical, and ethnic hatreds towards American Hispanics and other Americans combined with greed based motives of America’s unethical capitalists and hate merchants creates attitudes which result in Mexico being bad neighbor to America.

1) Excerpts Fox News Latino:
Mexico City – A Mexican court on Friday ordered the release of infamous drug lord Rafael Caro Quintero after his conviction for killing a U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration agent was overturned.

Caro Quintero had spent 28 years in prison for the killing. The decision to toss his conviction marked a low point in U.S.-Mexico relations.

The court threw out Caro Quintero's 40-year sentence for the murder of Enrique Camarena, a former DEA agent who was working undercover in Mexico when he was abducted and tortured, after ruling Caro Quintero was improperly tried in a federal court for a crime that should have been treated as a state offense.

Caro Quintero is said to have pioneered links between Colombian cocaine cartels and the Mexican smugglers who transport their drugs into the United States.

The 61-year-old Caro Quintero is considered the grandfather of Mexican drug trafficking. He established a powerful cartel based in the northwestern Mexican state of Sinaloa that later split into some of Mexico's largest cartels, including the Sinaloa and Juárez cartels.

Mexico's relations with Washington were damaged when Caro Quintero ordered Camarena kidnapped, tortured and killed, purportedly because he was angry about a raid on a 220-acre (89-hectare) marijuana plantation in central Mexico named "Rancho Bufalo" — Buffalo Ranch — that was seized by Mexican authorities at Camarena's insistence.

American officials accused their Mexican counterparts of letting Camarena's killers get away. Caro Quintero was eventually hunted down in Costa Rica.

At one point, U.S. Customs agents almost blocked the U.S. border with Mexico, slowing incoming traffic to a standstill while conducting searches of all Mexicans trying to enter the United States. 7) Mexico encourages it citizens to steal American private and public dollars to send back to Mexico
8) Mexico ignores those illegally entering America possibly smuggling in terrorists and health epidemics
9) Mexico’s aristocrats “hide out” on America which increases cross border violence in America
10) Mexico promotes ethnic hatred against Americans by ethnic hate merchants
11) Mexico interferes in America’s political process with law suits and promoting voter fraud, and probably financing American election campaigns with illegal donations

Other issues federal government criticizing Egyptian government for Muslim Brotherhood protester deaths while ignoring Muslim Brotherhood using protests to cover their genocide of Coptic Christians. How stupid is American foreign policy? Pretty stupid, abandoning Egyptian military for treatment of Muslim Brotherhood will only drive Egypt to be new Russian allies.

Are you condoning violent crimes against Coptic Christians in Egypt and Middle East; and Americans and legal American residents with your silence? Only the living can speak for the dead.

Would some one explain to me why Obama’s allies Muslim Brotherhood (check number of visits to White House) can engage in genocide against Coptic Christians in Egypt and Middle East and the atrocities condoned by Obama’s silence are not even major news story in America?

Also, can someone explain to me how they can believe that Muslim Brotherhood genocide against Christians in Egypt and Middle East will not eventually become genocide against Christians on American soil?

5. Would some one explain to me why illegal immigrants representing ten percent of America’s population are committing 25%-40% of murdering, raping, kidnapping, robbing, killing and injuring in DUI accidents, plus child abuse and domestic violence incident against Americans and legal residents is not a major news story in America? Plus Progressive Democrats and RINOs like Bush clan use amnesty as bait to attract more illegal immigrants to America to victimize more Americans and legal residents?

Some who place selfish greed before national security and domestic tranquility; care less about how many Americans and legal residents get murdered, raped, kidnapped, robbed and abused by illegal immigrants. Texas Drifter: Conservatives Should Not Blame Obama

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Thief breaks into your house; who is responsible, thief or security guard that did not do their job?

Definition of blame is to find fault with or responsibility for.

Conservatives like to blame Obama and other Marxist-fascists plus Obama Republican corporate fascists for their, purely evil treasonous actions which are destroying America’s national security, domestic tranquility, ethical capitalism, due process constitutional legal process republic.

Observations about bad guys:
1. Marxist-fascists are children of fallen angels with evil souls motivated by hate and revenge, who also believe world owes them a living.
2. Obama Republicans are corporate fascists with rabid souls distinguished by their deceptive “compassions” motivated by greed and vanity who also believe world owes them a living.

What do Obama Marxist-fascists and Obama Republican corporate fascists share in common besides believing world owes them a living? Simple both are motivated by evil, and both are beyond redemption. Reader who doubts this observation can reference: 1 John - Chapter 3.

Definition of responsibility: moral, legal, mental accountability / liable to be called account for being cause.

Examples of responsibility:
1. Not taking action to prevent child from pulling pot of boiling water on stove down into child’s face;
2. Not reporting drunken driver about to cause fatal traffic accident;
3. Knowingly marrying a promiscuous woman then being angry with her because she cheats on you.

Examples of some truths that may offend reader:
1. Being surprised at evil people doing evil is a fool’s behavior
2. Blaming evil for doing evil is also foolish
3. Blaming Marxist-fascists or corporate fascist Obama Republicans and other hate peddlers for trying to destroy Heaven’s favorite republic is foolish as evil does evil

Texas Drifter does not blame evil for doing evil; rather Texas Drifter blames “righteous” for tolerating evil. Examples include those “too busy” to get involved like some: Judeo-Christians, constitutionalists, ethical capitalists, libertarians, Reagan Democrats, and other conservative patriots.

Prior observations are made based on following actions:
1. Being accessories to evil with their silence and voluntary associations;
2. Not having initiative to confront evil doers with appropriate reasonable deeds
3. Not preaching first two inalienable rights – first, self defense according to Ten Commandments is killing not murder; and second America’s lost second tradition. (Note: The Act of Abjuration of 1581 which was very well known with many drafts floating among America’s drafters of Declaration of Independence. 4. Recall America does not have a shortage of courageous patriotic conservative leaders, America has a shortage of good followers.

Repetition is still good learning tool. Judgment day is personal, just a guess, one will be judged by what one does to save Heaven’s republic; not by what others did to destroy Heaven’s favorite republic. TRUE or FALSE

Perhaps, many conservatives wanting to know who is to blame for destruction of Heaven’s favorite republic should look into closest mirror. Seems many conservatives have evolved from blamers into complainers.

Assignment question to end this writing exercise. Closing thought, only thing more foolish than complaining about weather is complaining about evil doing evil deeds. Solutions prepare for weather; denounce and stop evil in progress.

Definition of complainer is one who becomes really annoying whiner.

Texas Drifter is wondering, if I missed the changing of last line in America’s national anthem to: land of voluntary slave and home of the quitter? If change was made, let Texas Drifter know when.

Bonus assignment question this writing exercise: conservatives should not blame Obama or Obama Republicans for doing what conservatives should not let bad guys continue doing. Besides all blaming by conservatives does is make conservatives sound like whining do nothing complainers.

Clue – Bad guys do not win because bad guys are better; good guys do not win because good guys do not choose to be better. Translation: identify problem, solve problem, do not blame problem. Why, blaming problem is waste of time.
