Question for defenders of Affirmative Action policies, if concept of Affirmative Action is so wonderful; should not Affirmative Action be applied to professional sports? If Affirmative Action is good for public school educators, social workers, and other public servants; why should what is good for public sector not be good for private sector?
Consider Affirmative Action policies being applied “on court” for professional basketball teams. Perhaps team composition on court for each side could be: two Whites, one Black, one Hispanic, and one illegal immigrant preferably of Asian descent.

Oh no, politically correct Affirmative Action percentages for NFL are going to take longer than this author thought, as above does not include physically challenged, mentally challenged, or the aged and over sixty-five. How can “world owes me people” demand equal respect when they seek “equality” by violating commandment “Thou shall not steal”? How can the poor expect mutual respect when they protest others cutting their welfare benefits; which governments stole from other people?
Reader should correct Texas Drifter if I am wrong; was not “original charity” intended for indigent the truly poor, not professional welfare addicts whose only skills seem breeding for more benefits?
Did not Aristotle suggest that the poor are just as evil for stealing from the rich; as the rich are evil for stealing from the middle class?
Gays demand mutual respect for their life styles; yet they seem to have no mutual respect for religious beliefs of Judeo-Christians. Perhaps a controversial idea; perhaps “gay folk” should get no respect for their promiscuous life styles; until they start respecting by not attempting to change non-promiscuous life styles.
Is tolerating abuse from those motivated by hateful exploitation contributing to one being “willing perpetual victim”? Like those who tolerate and “stick around” to be victims of domestic violence for what ever reason?
Some may raise issue,” what about turning other cheek”? Perhaps a religious scholar can answer if “turning other cheek” applies to those possessed by evil? Are Judeo-Christians expected to idly stand by while evil among us in U.S., joyously murder, rape, torture, and pillage every thing in sight with intentions of destroying Heaven’s favorite republic?
How is that for an assignment question for reader? Do you my reader answer YES or NO?

Texas Drifter: Update Ranch Scout Notes
Marshall’s Law Dateline – Only world of sanity for many ranch scouts like Texas Drifter is their ranch scouting duties. Why no politically correct affirmative action standards in ranch scouts’ environments. Getting careless or being stupid for all creatures including people equally results in being some other creature’s supper.
Seems to be lots of talking from pilgrims and everyone in between to professional outdoor types about “game cameras”; consider following criteria for game cameras.
Some criteria for game cameras first know camera’s limitations; second be able to constantly push camera to camera’s limitations.
Also, be able to identify objectives for game camera’s uses. Objectives like:
1. intelligence about people
2. intelligence about predators
3. intelligence about “harvest” animals
4. know tactics which vary from above specific objectives
As for performance producing equipment, Texas Drifter can provide unsolicited earned compliments for Moultrie game cameras. Why earned, their products perform, and follow up service when needed is better. Above compliment is based on personal experiences.
Recall repetition is good training tool. Rules are constant and apply to all humans and critters alike, be careless or stupid and end up hurt, crippled, or dead.

Drifter (stops and turns half way around): Then things are even, Dog never liked you either. Why you keep me around, good work for ten dollars a day; plus food, shelter, and expenses.
Ranch Owner: That too, mostly cause trespassing, vandalism to, stealing from, and poaching on this ranch has completely stopped since you signed on as security scout.

Just a few words to dispel your anxieties about man made natural disaster camps; there are probably forty thousand to fifty thousand citizens here. Camp is fenced in to protect us from outsiders wanting in to escape worsening conditions in this part of America. We are truly lucky ones despite less than perfect conditions. We at least have security, and solace knowing our federal government is doing everything it can to provide for us.
Sanitary conditions are an open ditch. Food is served once a day and consists of liquid powdered milk over uncooked rice. Medical care is limited to barbiturates. Healthy camp residents are engaged in constructing red brick buildings to be used as showers. Rumors abound that our Emperor, will visit to dedicate new showers we are all looking forward to enjoying.
I bribed one of guards with my wedding rings to mail you this letter to let you know even though times may be hard, government is doing everything it can to help us rebuild ours’ and America’s future.

Texas Drifter: Ethical Capitalism Better For Less
Marshall’s Law Dateline: Ethical capitalism provides better services for less money; while promoting America’s national security, domestic tranquility, plus preserving constitutional due process “rule by law”.
Best incentive to return Heaven’s favorite constitutional republic is re-establishing ethical capitalism as America’s primary economic system.
An alternative plan involves using constitutional amendments to transform America back to the republic envisioned by signers to America’s constitution. Wish these citizens well; only problem with their vision is that their hopes could be comparable to volunteers at Alamo planning a spring garden in early March 1836.
More expedient productive plan is for States and citizens to demand: Americans first House cuts all funding to all federal agencies enacting non-legislated fascist regulations enacted and enforced by non-elected federal bureaucrats. Correct Texas Drifter, but I thought legislation process was House and Senate first adopted legislation that must be signed by President?
No doubt Executive Branch and Marxist-fascist Senators will squeal like feral hogs they emulate. House, States, and citizens can then press issue in courts. Courts have history of being “Judas” jurists to Constitution. What happens next, probably appropriate civil protests followed by self defense by America’s good guys if feds turn to unprovoked violence?
Conservatives need to learn how to negotiate. Republican Senate leaders and Republican House leaders are either traitors to oaths they took to Heaven and Americans; or do not know principles of negotiating.
First rule is to leave all options on table. Imagine kind of deal reader would get; when buying a new car, if first thing they said to salesman was: I am not leaving here without new car.
Same applies to political negotiations with tyrants. If citizen tells tyrant: I am a pacifist and do not believe in Second Amendment. Tyrant knows he can negotiate in bad faith, because this stupid clown has already taking most serious option off table.
Second rule, negotiator needs to convey message that you need this deal more than me; and I have no problem stopping negotiations and walking away. Republican leaders like Boehner and McConnell are such cowardly wussies that they would, will, and have betrayed America, like Judas betrayed Heaven’s Son. Why, so America’s enemies will not consider RINO leaders to be lacking compassion. Reader needs to remember that cockroaches do not have backbones either.
Another negotiating tool is to let other side know: I made you a reasonable offer. You are disrespecting me by trying to “low ball” me; which not only wastes my time, but is also an insult.
How process would work. Conservatives offer to cut Food Stamps by fifteen percent year for next five years to reduce not entitled benefits to illegal immigrants, citizens in foreign countries, and general fraud by common thieves. Democrats and RINOs would whine like soulless fascists they are, and offer two percent cut over next ten years.
Conservatives should counter: twenty percent year, for next four years; or zero funding which you will get blamed for. Blame will not stick to American tax payers, who are paying bills for the not entitled and thieves who are getting benefits they do not deserve.
Conservatives need to start acting like they are proud not embarrassed of their principles that built the America that Obama’s Marxist-fascists and RINOs along with others with rabid souls are trying to destroy.

Truth in old adage only reason most people work for federal government is they are too stupid, lazy, or incompetent to survive in private sector. Obviously this does not apply to law enforcement, fire suppressors, emergency medical transportation, and other careers requiring public employees.
As far as most others “in it” for excessive benefits and opportunities to act like Gestapo gangsters, they should all be provided twelve months severance salaries. Then only public funds used for their agencies will be cost of shutting these fascist operations down, and destroying all Fourth Amendment violating public records.
Public services requiring effective efficient manpower can be provided by best non-union private sector workers seeking to make honest livings. That goes for career prosecutors, whose positions will be subject to “term limits”. Ten years is enough time for anyone to serve as public prosecutor; after that they should seek employment in private sector.
Another controlling device for public employees will be “Public Employee Civil Liability Legislation” which also requires public employees to be bonded, posses both liability and errors and omissions insurance, and possibly be subject to civil liability trials. Again goes without saying; this does not apply to law enforcement, fire suppressors, emergency medical transportation, and other careers requiring public employees.
Days of private citizens working for government are done; time has returned for both elected officials and public bureaucrats to be supervised by and for private citizens. TRUE or FALSE
Self defense was defined as an inalienable right twenty plus centuries before the inalienable rights declared in America’s Declaration of Independence. TRUE or FALSE

Best incentive to return Heaven’s favorite constitutional republic is re-establishing ethical capitalism as America’s primary economic system.
An alternative plan involves using constitutional amendments to transform America back to the republic envisioned by signers to America’s constitution. Wish these citizens well; only problem with their vision is that their hopes could be comparable to volunteers at Alamo planning a spring garden in early March 1836.
More expedient productive plan is for States and citizens to demand: Americans first House cuts all funding to all federal agencies enacting non-legislated fascist regulations enacted and enforced by non-elected federal bureaucrats. Correct Texas Drifter, but I thought legislation process was House and Senate first adopted legislation that must be signed by President?
No doubt Executive Branch and Marxist-fascist Senators will squeal like feral hogs they emulate. House, States, and citizens can then press issue in courts. Courts have history of being “Judas” jurists to Constitution. What happens next, probably appropriate civil protests followed by self defense by America’s good guys if feds turn to unprovoked violence?
Conservatives need to learn how to negotiate. Republican Senate leaders and Republican House leaders are either traitors to oaths they took to Heaven and Americans; or do not know principles of negotiating.
First rule is to leave all options on table. Imagine kind of deal reader would get; when buying a new car, if first thing they said to salesman was: I am not leaving here without new car.
Same applies to political negotiations with tyrants. If citizen tells tyrant: I am a pacifist and do not believe in Second Amendment. Tyrant knows he can negotiate in bad faith, because this stupid clown has already taking most serious option off table.
Second rule, negotiator needs to convey message that you need this deal more than me; and I have no problem stopping negotiations and walking away. Republican leaders like Boehner and McConnell are such cowardly wussies that they would, will, and have betrayed America, like Judas betrayed Heaven’s Son. Another negotiating tool is to let other side know: I made you a reasonable offer. You are disrespecting me by trying to “low ball” me; which not only wastes my time, but is also an insult.
How process would work. Conservatives offer to cut Food Stamps by fifteen percent year for next five years to reduce not entitled benefits to illegal immigrants, citizens in foreign countries, and general fraud by common thieves. Democrats and RINOs would whine like soulless fascists they are, and offer two percent cut over next ten years.
Conservatives should counter: twenty percent year, for next four years; or zero funding which you will get blamed for. Blame will not stick to American tax payers, who are paying bills for the not entitled and thieves who are getting benefits they do not deserve.
Conservatives need to start acting like they are proud not embarrassed of their principles that built the America that Obama’s Marxist-fascists and RINOs along with others with rabid souls are trying to destroy.
