Anecdotal incident, person visits cemetery on Memorial Day to remember and honor loved one who made ultimate sacrifice for their family and Heaven’s favorite republic, America.
Suddenly the not frequent enough visitor to the cemetery while standing at the foot of their hero’s grave; feels sudden chill numb their body during May legal holiday. Next the visitor seems to hear the following sounds not audible to others around them.
“You are here because I died for your life, liberty, and pursuit of free will. If you allow liars, perjurers, political criminals, and traitors to destroy what I sacrificed for you to keep; does that mean my sacrifice was in vain and for nothing? I will, as Heaven, and future Americans judge you first, by your actions and last by your words.”

Simple if their personal dead hero visits them in their dreams; reader sees images of their dead hero in fog covered mirror; or reader hears their dead hero’s voice when no one else can. Marshall’s Law Dateline – Apolitical truth: Rubio, Ryan, and their Republican allies are not supporting amnesty for illegal immigrants; both elected officials and their allies seem to be collaborating with Progressive Liberal Democrats to bribe illegal immigrants.
Definition of amnesty is an act by government to forgive crimes of a large group of individuals; amnesty does not include allowing group of criminals to benefit or profit from their crimes.
Definition of bribe is money or favor given or promised to person in position of trust to influence judgment or conduct; like trading legal status of citizenship in return for votes for either Republicans or Democrats.
Undeniable apolitical truth providing illegal immigrants with any temporary residency or path to citizenship is not amnesty; it is rewarding criminal conduct also defined as bribery. Who would have ever thought Republicans like Ryan, Rubio and their allies would collaborate with Democrats to offer illegal immigrants bribes?
Another apolitical truth, Republicans who bribe illegal immigrants for their votes are lusting after “fool’s gold”. Hypothetically, the Pope could run for President as Republican nominee, and Satan itself could run for President as Democrat nominee; and sixty percent or more of all Hispanic voters would still vote straight Democrat ticket.

This writing exercise seeks to polish few of conservatives’ alternative immigration plans. Could it be that those who believe that numbers of illegal immigrants, counting “illegal border crossers” and “visa jumpers” has not increased since early 1990’s believe that conservatives are too blanking stupid to know how blanking stupid conservatives really are? More accurate combined number is probably closer to thirty million. Solving any problem starts with knowing what problem really is.
Moving on to parts two and three of conservative alternative immigration policy; secure Southern Border perimeter using parts of all branches of U.S. Armed forces, including “ports of entry”. Rules of engagement are simple: respond with lethal force in self defense scenarios. Reader must never forget, good nations keep bad guys out and do not worry about keeping people in. Third, let Border Patrol and other security related agencies identify, locate, and deport visa and or document violators.
Reader needs to understand “very minimum” basics of deploying Border Patrol agents to America’s Southern porous border. Basic math:
- Politicians claim they are sending additional 100 agents to improve hundred miles of border security. Number breaks down as following: first divide 100 agents by five shifts with different needs. Results are twenty available boots on ground agents. Not wishing to send agents into “border war zone” alone; agents are paired into ten two man teams. Results are one two man team very ten miles in “border war zone”.
