Definition of amnesty – an act by government to forgive crimes of a large group of individuals; act of forgiveness does not include allowing those forgiven to benefit or profit from their crimes.
Definition of bribery is offering money or other incentives to persuade some individual or group to generally do something illegal like “selling their votes”.
Other definitions of interest for reader involving Republicans compromising with Democrats on comprehensive immigration:
Reader needs to distinguish between “compromise among” and “compromise with”.
Three related definitions
1. Compromise has two equal first meanings: mutual concessions and shameful concessions
2. “Among” refers to mutual concessions within company or associations

Texas Drifter’s alternative policy to comprehensive immigration is not based on lust for unconstitutional power, lust for greed, or lust to reinforce vanities of those who believe world owes them a living. Non-compromise Provisions for Texas Drifter’s Alternative to bad guys Comprehensive Immigration:
1. Generate independently verifiable numbers of how many illegal immigrants, both illegal border crossers and visa violators. Cannot solve problem until know bad problem is.
2. Secure Southern Border perimeter using parts of all branches of U.S. Armed forces, including “ports of entry”. Rules of engagement are simple: respond with lethal force in self defense scenarios. Reader must never forget, good nations keep bad guys out and do not worry about keeping people in.
3. Let Border Patrol and other security related agencies identify, locate, and deport visa and or document violators.
4. Deport illegal border crossers and visa/document violators with-in seventy-two (72) hours after detained unless illegal should be held for intelligence needs or criminal prosecution. Those, not in custody have sixty days (60) to voluntarily self deport and take their “ill-gotten gains” with them. Those detained after sixty-day (60) grace period will have all their assets subject to forfeiture. Message take your ill gotten gains and go home or eventually get caught and be deported with nothing. (Note - Texas Drifter is tired of hearing liberals and RINOs say “It is too hard or impossible to deport ten million illegal immigrants.” Truth about human nature, greed brought these people to America and greed to keep their ill-gotten gains will send them home.)
5. People caught transporting illegals or letting them stay in their homes will be subject to having “offending” assets seized through forfeiture.
6. People caught employing two or more illegals. Someone is going to prison: board members / owner, manager, or personnel director; does not matter who, but someone s going to jail.
7. Financial organizations getting caught wiring or sending money for those illegally in America, will be subject to administrative fines of seven times amount of money sent out of country by those illegally in America. People selling money orders had better ask for minimum identification; which is why illegals should not be issued driver’s license or other State identification papers. (Perhaps public bureaucrats issuing identification papers better make sure person getting ID is legally in America.)
8. Any illegal getting caught receiving any tax payer public “welfare subsidy” will never be allowed to return to America for any reason.
9. Illegal immigrants who commit violent felonies on U.S. soil will be tried as “unlawful enemy combatants” by special Nuremberg type tribunals. Illegals who act like foreign terrorists will be tried as foreign terrorists.
10. Southern Border rules of engagement – shooting at American troops, law enforcement, or any other American citizen from Mexican side of border will guarantee lethal force responses. For the record despite what Liberal Democrats and RINOs say, Mexico has not been and is not being a good neighbor to United States. Few examples:
- Mexico has stolen and continues to steal hundreds of thousands of acre feet of water from America which cause billions of dollars in damages to American agriculture interests;
- Mexico after decimating their fishing industry on their side of the Gulf of Mexico is now destroying America’s side of Gulf of Mexico fishing industry with fish pirates.
- Mexico promotes illegal immigration and cartel interests to cross into America to prevent violent revolution in Mexico against Mexico’s corrupt aristocracy.
- Mexico drains more money from U.S. economy than “legitimate” economic interests generate for America.

Conservatives being reasonable might offer only one compromise: allowing ninety (90) days instead of sixty (60) days for illegals to take their ill-gotten gains and go back home. Liberals and RINOs who waste patriot’s time might have to settle for thirty (30) days grace period.

Texas Drifter: Part VI Private Sector Dark Side Obama Care
Marshall’s Law Dateline – Part VI Private Sector Dark Side Obama Care: Lost Good Years.
“Lost Good Years” follows, settle back reader good non-fiction story requires details.
Prologue: Daymares, nightmares, either or both offer relief from conscious memories; especially for people whose fate does not include making it to the promise land. Some know my meaning, bad days get worse; rare good days turn to ... If life were fair, there would be no addicts, sinners, or lost good years.
The assignment seemed simple enough; line up ducks for a two vehicle multiple fatality traffic accident. For this case putting ducks in a row included
1. Photograph, diagram, measure accident scene;
2. Photograph and check out vehicles, purchase both wrecks if possible and place in locked storage;
3. Interview witnesses and survivors, no survivors in this case;
4. Pick up copies of all records, documents, and news reports;
5. Conduct necessary background checks;
6. Pursue other related leads.
My original reason for entering any investigation area after dark has long been forgotten. Perhaps one learns about the character of a community by the quality of its night people.
It was almost two forty five in the morning when I headed for a vacant corner booth near a side door in the South Texas used to be franchise fast food restaurant. The word restaurant should be in quotations.
After ordering the breakfast special, I headed to the washroom. What first caught my attention was an illegal immigrant using water base paint to cover up blood spatter and pellet holes above and all around plywood covering a hole in the floor where a toilet used to sit.
In an almost satirical way, number four shot outlined the area where the toilet's last patron sat. As for the illegal, he just smiled and said I know nothing.
This investigator was almost tempted after washing up to ask the illegal colonist if he knew anything about trading oil base paint for water base paint with a refund.
Oh well, not my investigation; hope that's not the cook's profile on the wall.
As for my waitress, she probably looked vigorous about ten years ago when she was in her teens. Who cares as long as the service is almost good?
Experience tells me that the waitress's worn out too soon body has a better heart than chamber of commerce strumpets that marry for money.
Unfortunately, most of both do not know the difference between a lightning bug and a shooting star.
While returning to my booth, I started scanning premise patrons. After sitting in my northwest corner booth, the layout from right to left was as follows:
Corner booth directly across room, sat a chamber of commerce suit with his boy toy engaged in an unhappy animated conversation I am glad I could not hear.
Skipping two booths along the wall were three stoned high “students”. One probably a drop out with his friendly sixteen year old girl friend; both scheming to ignore their awkward out of place friend who just happened to be their ride.
Moving down the center isle of booths was a thirty looking forty year old bar prostitute working her sixty old client. The woman had probably been warned by some social worker or cop about leaving her kids alone as she had them with her while working.
Her twelve year old boy must not have liked watching his mother work as he kept getting up and getting unnecessary refills. The small for her age ten year old girl who was already wearing makeup and dressing like her mother constantly watched and listened for every sound and move he mother was making.
All the while the old man was oblivious to the kids and was getting the most for his investment.
Skip a booth and their were two way overweight not cheaply dressed women talking disparagingly about the ugly skinny strumpets in the last bar they worked that kept them from going home with their true loves.
Skip one booth and directly to my left were two middle age over weight soccer dads wearing youth baseball coach uniforms. Both of their conversations were directed towards people who weren't even at their booth.
One kept trying to sell the other on investing is some get rich insurance scheme; while the other kept whining about the politics of being chosen a youth baseball all stars coach.
As for me, I was still waiting for the waitress to bring syrup instead of ketchup for my waffles.
Glancing into the parking lot, I noticed a druggie putting a small revolver in his jacket while positioning a looked to be stolen bicycle. My first thought was maybe he will get nervous, loose his nerve or at least wait until I've finish breakfast and leave; before he starts some ill fated robbery.
Amazing luck, shortly after the potential robber stepped inside; two missionary girls came in and started offering to save souls for donations.
Eventually I got my syrup, finished, and left. Perhaps I should have tipped the missionary as she kept the bicycle robber occupied till I left for a less entertaining hotel room.
It took almost two days to line up ducks one, two, and four.
You the reader can review the first paragraph of this memory to remember what I'm referring too.
Moving on, I was now ready to contact the case's only witness. The driver behind the driver who failed to yield the right of way that apparently caused the accident.
The witness's words were clear and concise: The old man pulled up to the stop sign, and came to a complete stop. He looked left; then turned and looked to the right. He was looking straight at the on coming van when he pulled right out in front of them. It was almost like it he didn't see the van's lights. I'll never forget how time slowed as the van exploded when it hit that old man.
Next came the horrible smell of burning screaming victims. It all happened at once so there was no way I could help.
The witness voluntarily allowed me to notarize his statement; a declaration that subtlety raised the question; did the old man commit suicide?
My next stop would be with the old man's preferably best friend or at least those who could or would talk about the old man's mental condition.
Some investigators never learn the easiest way to find out what witnesses know is to keep quiet and let them ramble. The old driver's best friend proved to be a career-remembering spectator.
That six foot stringy weathered decaying man appeared to have seen too much truth for anybody's short ninety years. His hands looked like they had spent a lifetime partnership with sailing ships or cattle ranches.
Still this individual did not need to be gruff as his appearance suggested he could be leaning up against a bar with a beer in one hand, and resolve problems without spilling a drop of his hard earned beer.
I informed the old driver's best friend that I was not trying to prove suicide, only figure out what happened.
The measuring response by my career-remembering spectator: You don't know much about being old in America do you? I know you don't; so no need to answer.
I have a lot to recall would you like a cold beverage?
Without hesitating the old driver's best friend continued. Sarita bring my guest and your boss two tall Crown on the rocks.
Sweet Sarita, there's a story you would probably find more interesting. She needs a place to live, and I need someone to drive me around the ranch; so we both tolerate each other.
Forty years ago I could have fallen in love with a woman like Sarita, just never had the time or money. Now I have the money there's not enough time.
My worthless family has started pretending to be nice hoping that I will leave them the ranch and cash reserves. Those virtual ethical ant people are sure going to be surprised upon learning that Sarita won my death's lottery.
Don't reveal my secret, Sarita does not know and I want to claim the last good turn in our relationship.
Now for your reason for being here, the old driver as you call him was not suicidal case closed. Let tell you about his living experiences.
That old driver worked for the same company for twenty - nine years eleven months and nineteen days before being down sized for out sourcing that meant he fell eleven days short of a full pension.
Next came news, some corporate cartel had gotten involved in some RINO type scheme and lost all of the old driver's retirement savings and investments.
Bad news often travels in packs, as his wife's lost her health insurance because her predisposition to breast cancer raised her employer's benefit package premiums above “Obama care” benefit limits.
The wife while under going tests at a local hospital suffered an infection caused by improperly sterilized medical equipment. Medical centers generated infections have become one of the greatest threats to older Americans needing medical attention.

As for hazardous working environments, this is the good part. Companies know that hiring old men with pre-existing age created health conditions reduces civil exposure to hazardous working environments.
German people in the 1930’s and 1940’s had to fear both Stalin’s communists and Hitler’s Nazi’s; what is different for America’s middle class in contemporary times having to deal with Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats and Republican aristocratic ruling elites also called RINOs?
Back on topic, I'll guess the old driver's autopsy showed no signs of alcohol, drugs, or prescription medications.
The old driver worked part time cleaning concrete by spraying chemicals with warning labels that advised the chemicals only be applied when wearing protective clothing and using self contained breathing respirators.
Unfortunately the old driver's employer stored chemicals in open containers in high temperature work environments and provided no safety equipment. Chemicals you need to be testing the old man's blood, tissues, and brain for are: phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, and mercury.
I don't know what the mercury was for, but I do know the old driver told me that these chemicals were only deleted with twenty percent water when being applied.
The old driver also told me that the chemicals were giving him severe head and muscle aches along with black outs. To answer your last question, he had to keep working to buy his wife's painkillers for her unconscious state.

What would you call it when the generation that survived the Great Depression, won World War II, rebuilt Europe and Asia, put men on the moon, won the Cold War without blowing up the planet, and produced the wealthiest republic in history; would be robbed into poverty and abandoned to nursing homes by the benefactors of their generation's successes. The assignment seemed simple enough; line up ducks for a two vehicle multiple fatality traffic accident. For this case putting ducks in a row included
1. Photograph, diagram, measure accident scene;
2. Photograph and check out vehicles, purchase both wrecks if possible and place in locked storage;
3. Interview witnesses and survivors, no survivors in this case;
4. Pick up copies of all records, documents, and news reports;
5. Conduct necessary background checks;
6. Pursue other related leads.
My original reason for entering any investigation area after dark has long been forgotten. Perhaps one learns about the character of a community by the quality of its night people.
It was almost two forty five in the morning when I headed for a vacant corner booth near a side door in the South Texas used to be franchise fast food restaurant. The word restaurant should be in quotations.
After ordering the breakfast special, I headed to the washroom. What first caught my attention was an illegal immigrant using water base paint to cover up blood spatter and pellet holes above and all around plywood covering a hole in the floor where a toilet used to sit.

Skipping two booths along the wall were three stoned high “students”. One probably a drop out with his friendly sixteen year old girl friend; both scheming to ignore their awkward out of place friend who just happened to be their ride.
Moving down the center isle of booths was a thirty looking forty year old bar prostitute working her sixty old client. The woman had probably been warned by some social worker or cop about leaving her kids alone as she had them with her while working.
Her twelve year old boy must not have liked watching his mother work as he kept getting up and getting unnecessary refills. The small for her age ten year old girl who was already wearing makeup and dressing like her mother constantly watched and listened for every sound and move he mother was making.
All the while the old man was oblivious to the kids and was getting the most for his investment.
Skip a booth and their were two way overweight not cheaply dressed women talking disparagingly about the ugly skinny strumpets in the last bar they worked that kept them from going home with their true loves.
Skip one booth and directly to my left were two middle age over weight soccer dads wearing youth baseball coach uniforms. Both of their conversations were directed towards people who weren't even at their booth.
One kept trying to sell the other on investing is some get rich insurance scheme; while the other kept whining about the politics of being chosen a youth baseball all stars coach.
As for me, I was still waiting for the waitress to bring syrup instead of ketchup for my waffles.
Glancing into the parking lot, I noticed a druggie putting a small revolver in his jacket while positioning a looked to be stolen bicycle. My first thought was maybe he will get nervous, loose his nerve or at least wait until I've finish breakfast and leave; before he starts some ill fated robbery.
Amazing luck, shortly after the potential robber stepped inside; two missionary girls came in and started offering to save souls for donations.
Eventually I got my syrup, finished, and left. Perhaps I should have tipped the missionary as she kept the bicycle robber occupied till I left for a less entertaining hotel room.
It took almost two days to line up ducks one, two, and four.

Moving on, I was now ready to contact the case's only witness. The driver behind the driver who failed to yield the right of way that apparently caused the accident.
The witness's words were clear and concise: The old man pulled up to the stop sign, and came to a complete stop. He looked left; then turned and looked to the right. He was looking straight at the on coming van when he pulled right out in front of them. It was almost like it he didn't see the van's lights. I'll never forget how time slowed as the van exploded when it hit that old man.
Next came the horrible smell of burning screaming victims. It all happened at once so there was no way I could help.
The witness voluntarily allowed me to notarize his statement; a declaration that subtlety raised the question; did the old man commit suicide?
My next stop would be with the old man's preferably best friend or at least those who could or would talk about the old man's mental condition.
Some investigators never learn the easiest way to find out what witnesses know is to keep quiet and let them ramble. The old driver's best friend proved to be a career-remembering spectator.
That six foot stringy weathered decaying man appeared to have seen too much truth for anybody's short ninety years. His hands looked like they had spent a lifetime partnership with sailing ships or cattle ranches.
Still this individual did not need to be gruff as his appearance suggested he could be leaning up against a bar with a beer in one hand, and resolve problems without spilling a drop of his hard earned beer.
I informed the old driver's best friend that I was not trying to prove suicide, only figure out what happened.
The measuring response by my career-remembering spectator: You don't know much about being old in America do you? I know you don't; so no need to answer.
I have a lot to recall would you like a cold beverage?

There are a greater percentage of people in contemporary America abusing, exploiting, and taking advantage of senior citizens than a comparable percentage of people committing similar atrocities against children.
The grown child’s primary problem is staying in a “pouncing range” while not interfering with their parents independence.
Parental independence ranges include
1) Totally independent
2) Independent but needs occasional assistance
3) Needs home care services
4) Requires nursing home care
5) Death of spouse and beyond for surviving parent
Children can partially evaluate their parents’ needs using the following
1) Mental health
2) Social contacts
3) Physical safety awareness
4) Financial resources
Senior citizens need to be protected from people who threaten their well being and finances. Some of these people are:
1) Greedy Family Members:
- steal retirement checks
- unrecorded loans to child
- trick parents into co-signing loans
- use parent's property as collateral for bail bonds
- use parents as law suit victims
- asset transfer deals (buy house / pay with rent payments)
- change wills with deception (sometimes using unethical attorney)
- declare parent incompetent to manage estate

One of most common least known family frauds involves following:
- child gets parent to sign name on blank sheet of paper;
- child then copies legal final page of legal contract “on top” of signature;
- child then finds notary public to notarize document claiming signature was made in their “presence”;

Security for older Americans is perhaps the most complex of all security problems. Reader only gets one chance to do it right.

"Honor thy father and mother” does not come with the exclusionary clause unless your parents are old and senile and their health interferes with your pop culture life style.
One tradition suggests that parents take care of their children’s first eighteen years, and children take care of their parents’ last eighteen years.
There are a greater percentage of people in contemporary America abusing, exploiting, and taking advantage of senior citizens than a comparable percentage of people committing similar atrocities against children.
The grown child’s primary problem is staying in a “pouncing range” while not interfering with their parents independence.
Parental independence ranges include
1) Totally independent
2) Independent but needs occasional assistance
3) Needs home care services
4) Requires nursing home care
5) Death of spouse and beyond for surviving parent
Children can partially evaluate their parents’ needs using the following
1) Mental health
2) Social contacts
3) Physical safety awareness
4) Financial resources
Senior citizens need to be protected from people who threaten their well being and finances. Some of these people are:
1) Greedy Family Members:
- steal retirement checks
- unrecorded loans to child
- trick parents into co-signing loans
- use parent's property as collateral for bail bonds
- use parents as law suit victims
- asset transfer deals (buy house / pay with rent payments)
- change wills with deception (sometimes using unethical attorney)
- declare parent incompetent to manage estate

One of most common least known family frauds involves following:
- child gets parent to sign name on blank sheet of paper;
- child then copies legal final page of legal contract “on top” of signature;
- child then finds notary public to notarize document claiming signature was made in their “presence”;

Sooner or later the surviving parent or parents will probably need nursing home care. Correct me if I am wrong1 but I believe that one of the Ten Commandments says: honor thy father and mother; it does not say honor thy father and mother until it becomes inconvenient for your pop culture life style.
Obligations to your parent or parents are only beginning; not ending when you “dump” them off at nursing home. If you want to fulfill this obligation, depend on no one but yourself.
Do not be surprised when some of your siblings fail to do their part. Show no anger towards these siblings, as their actions are between them and God; for it is His Commandment that they are breaking not you.
Do not be surprised when the least grateful siblings make the biggest scene at your parent’s funeral, and are the first to want their largest share of your parent’s assets after the funeral.
As for support from some churches, many take the position that they only care “for their own” meaning they only minister to church members who continue to tithe. Isn’t it ironic that God’s messengers will not perform funeral rites until receiving their “gratuity” in advance?
Be advised that if you take your parent to a hospital be careful what you sign. Hospitals have a policy of taking advantage of distraught middle class children by getting them to sign agreements to guarantee payment for all of their parent’s hospital bills.
One example, a middle class resident we will call Mr. Smith saw his neighbor collapse while mowing his yard.
Mr. Smith took his neighbor to the hospital and signed his neighbor into the emergency room.
When the neighbor could not pay his hospital bill; the hospital placed a lien against Mr. Smith’s home and eventually seized the home for failure to pay his neighbor’s debt.
Bottom line: watch what you sign in emergency rooms.
Priority parental bills you must expect to pay to insure your parent’s nursing home care include: medications, dental services, body doctor bills, mind doctor bills, supplemental insurance, and other incidentals.
First distinguish between body and mind doctors because if your parent has dementia or Alzheimer’s you will need both a medical doctor and a psychiatrist To avoid problems, make sure each doctor prescribes medications limited to their area of expertise.
Some suggest that a great many patient behaviors and health problems in nursing homes result from medical doctors prescribing mind medications without checking with mind doctor. This can result in prescription “cocktails” which can produce lethal or psychotic behavior for nursing home patients.
Also, when dealing with body doctors, make sure treatments start with least drastic treatments; for example, perhaps vitamins instead of exploratory surgery.
All together, depending on amount of prescription drug bills; you can expect to need; consider adding an additional eight hundred to thousand dollars a month out of you own pocket in addition to nursing home expenses per parent.
When the time arrives for dealing with government bureaucrats to place your middle class parents in a private sector nursing home the first requirement is infinite patience.
The general rule is about thirty telephone calls cumulating in “not eligible” before you find a worker who takes the time to give you a correct response. Once you find a competent case worker, take care of the relationship.
It only took me twenty one calls to find such a professional. It would not be prudent to reveal the name as government has a way of getting rid of good employees.
If you are not successful after thirty or so eligibility inquiries, try to locate a private company to help you start the application process.
Another problem middle class citizens’ encounter is constantly changing government eligibility standards. The little known secret is that governments change regulations on a daily basis to deny senior middle class citizens earned benefits, and more dangerous, is stopping ongoing medical treatments like for cancer.
Middle class children must first learn to plan to “balance their parent’s budget” for long term health care projection costs. Why, secondly children must learn to accept that life long career welfare recipients and illegal immigrants who are entitled to “one hundred percent” care and benefits; will deprive their parents of public resource plans they paid into their entire lives. Politicians who say anything different are liars; I probably should not have wasted you the reader’s time by stating the obvious.
When it comes to selecting a nursing home for your parent/s; here are just a few tips:
1) check with appropriate state agency for “complaints history”;
2) check with children who have or had parent’s in same nursing home;
3) remember smaller is better (avoid ware houses as some use convicts to care for patients in poorest health);
4) make sure visits to nursing home are at random times on daily basis;
5) observe whether nursing home staff smile and greet visitors, or look like they would rather be some place else; and
6) come up with your own check list
As for the government, let me tell you about Democrat Party and Republican Party government in America. My father volunteered to serve his country and by the grace of God escaped physical injury while serving in the Navy in the Pacific.
He worked his entire life and was always active in his community and church. It is doubtful that you will find anyone of any race or cultural background that says he did not treat them honestly and with respect.
While trying to locate additional resources for his care, I was told that his combat experience had earned him (after a twelve month wait for benefits) the equivalent of one cheap can of dog food a day.
My father’s home was near an airport, and it wasn’t that long ago (months before he went into a nursing home) that he would relive his combat experiences by telling me that he was worried about Japanese planes hitting his ship and costing friends their lives. The man who never complained and volunteered to serve his country was offered fifty cents a day by the government he always honored.
Perhaps somebody should explain to Republican aristocracy and Democrat Marxist-fascists that middle class veterans need food, medicine, and dental care; not a general’s monument. Then again, maybe the Republican aristocracy has not figured out that middle class veterans cannot eat granite.
Then again, what else would you expect from people like Marxist-fascist Progressive Liberal Democrats of RINOS who do not understand that altruism for publicity is self serving advertising not benevolent conduct.
As for this author, “Anything for God, country, the Bill of Rights, family, friends, good neighbors, clients and team members; and not a thing for deleterious government”; note: there is a difference between going after and not providing aid.
