Texas Drifter: Rand Paul New Package Same Message?
Marshall’s Law Dateline – Rand Paul seemingly lacks moral courage to admit how many verifiable illegal immigrants are actually on American soil - number closer to thirty million than ten million - how honest can he be about solving problem if he will not even admit seriousness of problem.
Rand Paul summary: good on constitutional integrity; good on smaller government; good on capitalism; but dud on national security, dud on domestic tranquility, and dud on community moral standards.
Is Rand Paul consistent with Hollywood liberals with his positions that principles are determined by number of decadent supporters? Good starting example is if enough citizens illegally enter America then they should be granted amnesty. Rand Paul’s moral base seems to be guided by how large the mob.
Brutal truth, any immigration policy starts with determining verifiable numbers of illegal immigrants on American soil. Correct number is closer to thirty million than ten million. The difference between adding ten million and thirty million mostly public subsidy addicts is perpetual American bankruptcy.
Any comprehensive immigration policy based on half truths is just another policy foundation based on lies. Perhaps Rand Paul would like to submit his own “independently verifiable numbers” of illegal immigrants on U.S. Soil?
Perhaps Rand Paul’s suggested illegal immigrant defacto amnesty policies are based on mythical “vacuum” of ignoring impact of contemporary events on “human factor”?
Contemporary events affecting human factor can include: personal problems; familial problems; bad jobs market or bad economy; domestic tyranny; decreasing domestic tranquility; and increasing national security threats.
Depriving people of their liberties; properties; or public subsidy addict benefits does not occur in a societal vacuum. People ultimately tend to react to protect their own self interests, and others self interest when in their self interests. Recall Marshall’s social power theory, might may or may not make right, but always determines outcome.
Choices with consequences to reduce annual national deficit, national debt, decreasing domestic tranquility, and increasing national security threats are never made in societal vacuums. Does it seem like Paul’s policies governing illegal immigration are based on La-La Land policies. Amnesty for thirty million new citizens could reach sixty million once the amnesty beneficiaries bring their never to leave relatives to American soil.
Again, Rand Paul seems like typical well intentioned libertarian who happens to be dud on national security. Specifics, libertarians tend to have “hide in fort” national security vision. Consider words by “Reverend Samuel Davies preached in a sermon on the “Curse of Cowardice” in the same county in which Patrick was born. A sermon a part of which follows below, and which many argue had great influence on Patrick H. and Henry Clay.”
"Some cry, let the enemy come down to us, and then we will fight them. But that is the trifling excuse of cowardice or security, not language of prudence or fortitude. The present state of our country: it bleeds in a thousand veins; and without a timely remedy, the wound will prove mortal.” (End excerpt further reference Marshall’s Law Townhall Entry # 410)
Better national security defense option, consider:
1. RINOs and Republican aristocrat elites military campaigns for profits for special interest groups;
2. Libertarians “hide in the fort” so maybe bad people will just leave us alone;
3. Conservatives’ better options: strike forces not occupations for decades, or total victory without compassion and let bad guys clean up mess for war they started.
Some examples: First, managing annoyances by Barbary Coast pirates. Second sending U.S. troops into Mexico; absolutely not, been there done that back in 1840’s. Complete long term waste of American blood and resources; plus Many Mexicans still hate Americans for Mexico losing war Mexico started.
Better solution for second example: Secure border perimeter starting with fence re-enforced with military troops being brought home from over seas. Next provide Mexican cartels and terrorists making war on Americans; lessons by specialized strike teams, artillery, and air power.
America needs to implement policy that any illegal immigrant detained on American soil after sixty days public notification, will face “immediate confiscation forfeiture” of all their assets. Public law based on principle that criminals do not get to keep proceeds for criminal activities. Following one administrative hearing with one appeal illegal immigrant will be deported. Entire process will be completed within thirty days. Greed brought most illegals to America, and greed will send them home.
Being good neighbor works both ways: When Mexico quits enabling narco-cartels to invade America, along with millions of Mexican criminals; plus facilitating Islamic fascist terrorists entering America; and stealing water causing billions of dollars in damages to South Texas agriculture interests; plus invading American waters to destroy American commercial fishing interests like Mexico destroyed their own Gulf of Mexico fishing industry.
Texas Drifter could go on, but prefers to let reader add to list. Translation, Mexico needs to start acting like good neighbor to be treated as good neighbor.
Reality for Rand Paul and other “conservatives” seeking to trade defacto amnesty for votes. Heaven’s only Son could run for President as Republican, and Devil himself could run for President as Democrat. Estimated two-thirds of minorities would still vote for Democrats. Republicans would be better served staying loyal to minorities who already support conservative candidates.
Simple message for Rand Paul from part time teacher not preacher: trading amnesty for minority votes; bad idea, as you may not find your way back from your self made rabbit hole.
Does it seem like Rand Paul might have some loyalty issues? Observation, Tea Party voters brought him to the metaphorical dance; now it seems Paul might be thinking about sneaking out back door to go home with some Republican cockroaches? TRUE or FALSE
Marshall’s Law Dateline Editor’s Press Release:
Some critics are suggesting that Marshall’s Law Townhall uses too many references to “G” and “H” (God and Heaven); and is often too critical of some Republicans and conservatives. Response to criticisms by Texas Drifter follows:
Freedom of association is always balanced by freedom of non-association.
Do not like my writing; do not read it.
Am part time teacher not a preacher.
As for my writing, remember what you like; forget the rest.
If you don’t mind, rather be writing something else.
Why you thinking, free will not for wussies.
Enjoy your life, it is only one you have.

Texas Drifter: Anti-Christ Is Big Government?
Marshall’s Law Dateline – Is title rhetorical question? How about some affirmative action equal time for those Republicans who are cockroaches and Marxist-fascist Democrats whose metaphorical true nick name is (yet to be decided).
Nominees for Democrat’s nick name might be
1. vampires
2. maggots
3.
Vampire is insulting to vampire armadillos and not suitable. As for Democrat maggots, might be more appropriate since maggots feed on dead and dying; while Democrats feed on dead and dying republics.
“Democrat maggots” does not seem sufficiently descriptive for Democrats feral behavior destroying America’s traditions, values, principles, and cultural accomplishments. Perhaps Texas Drifter should let this writing exercise meander into another direction?
Reader needs to recall that Texas Drifter writing exercises are intended to teach not to preach. Texas Drifter’s spiritual back ground can be traced back to “Independents and early Presbyters”. Translation, I do not believe free will souls need a middle man to negotiate their salvation for financial fees.
My beliefs are country boy simple: Ten Commandments are Heaven’s rules of conduct for free will souls. Texas Drifter also believes that following are divinely inspired standards for governments: Act of Abjuration 1581, Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights.
Being more specific Bill of Rights stipulates that government shall not respect establishment of religion. Better known concept is “separation of state and church”, not separation of church and state. Bill of Rights does not say or mean men of religious faith should not influence government policies or actions.
If Bill of Rights meant separation of church and state why are following included in America’s traditions, values and principles?
1. Inalienable rights provided by God;
2. In God We Trust; or
3. have political leaders and servants take oaths to uphold, protect, and defend U.S. Constitution
Consider following words by Washington Doane “The Men To Make A State”. .
- A leader must be a religious man; to leave God out is to be atheist.
- A leader must be a man of faith; a man that has no faith is so much flesh, his heart is a muscle nothing more. He has no past for reverence; no future, for reliance.
- A leader is made by self denial. He knows no shelter, and feels no shade. He asks no favors and gives none.
- A leader is made by obedience, Obedience is health to human hearts; Obedience is but self government in action; a leader can never govern men who does not govern first himself.
Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats and their allies like Moderate Republicans need to understand that when Bill of Rights prohibits government from establishing respect for religion; that includes their anti-Christ religious beliefs systems, regardless of their politically correct name.
Words written over two thousand years ago by Aristotle are amazingly perceptive descriptions of contemporary Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats and Republican aristocrat ruling elites. (Reference Marshall’s Law Townhall Entry # 024)
Pericles was denounced by Plato, Aristotle, and Plutarch who all agreed that Pericles’s policies “injured the Athenian character.”
Pericles conduct was comparable to modern day Bush clan and Clinton and Obama’s conduct.
All failed to understand that there always have been, still are, and probably always will be four political groups: middle class, rich, poor, and bureaucrats. Bureaucrats tend to be amoral and enthusiastically commit crimes against any citizen/s for who ever is in power.
All ignored Aristotle’s teachings that the best states are those “wherein the middle classes are a more formidable part than either the rich or poor.” Aristotle correctly observed that: an aristocratic state may be beneficial for a time, but aristocrats tend to deteriorate, and become the worst form of government. Aristotle correctly observed two thousand years in advance of America’s internationalist aristocrats: noble character is seldom found among those of noble birth, most who are good for nothing … highly gifted families often degenerate into maniacs.
Concerning rule by public subsidy addicts, Aristotle observed: When a democracy is dominated by lower classes the rich are taxed to provide funds for the poor. The poor receive it and again want the same supply, like pouring water into a sieve; when either the rich get the better of the poor, or the poor of the rich neither of them will establish a free state. (End insert)
Future historians will write both republics, Athens and America, were eventually broken by frivolous wars and squandering public funds.
If anti-Christ is big government; then are not those supporting big government policies and actions serving anti-Christ?
Words more current than Aristotle: King James Bible
1John 2:18 Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.
1 John 4: Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. 2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confess that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: 3 And every spirit that confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. (End insert)
Explaining not complaining seems longer Texas Drifter journeys through life; more I learn how little I know. Need metaphorical word for those identified as Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats: political maggots, tyrants, false prophets, Satin’s children, anti-Christ allies all seem too respectful for truly evil among us. Could adding another word to their other well deserved names hurt?
Perhaps reader has read or head what Texas Drifter has never read or heard: making free will choices will be as easy as being slave to evil? Perhaps reader can provide answers that are currently escaping part time teacher Texas Drifter? TRUE or FALSE
