Texas Drifter: Self Defense Without Compassion

Real world scenarios:
1) 1 Samuel 17:49-50: English Standard Version (ESV) - (49) And David put his hand in his bag and took out a stone and slung it and struck the Philistine on his forehead. The stone sank into his forehead, and he fell on his face to the ground.(50) So David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and with a stone, and struck the Philistine and killed him. There was no sword in the hand of David.

Do not recall part about David using stone to “knee cap” Philistine.

2) Texans at Battle of San Jacinto April 1836 reference Marshall’s Law Townhall Entry #029 “Texas Independence Days” excerpt: Legend, Yellow Rose of Texas: during the Texas Revolution followers and enemies alike called General Sam “poltroon”. List includes most signers at Texas Convention for Independence, most of General Sam’s volunteer troops, most Texas civilians, and Mexico’s dictator President General Santa Anna.

When the time was right, General Sam had two messages, one for his troops and one for his enemies. Sam’s first message to his troops: I ordered my scouts to burn all bridges. No one comes in, no one retreats. I must have Santa Anna alive. Remember the Alamo.

Casualty reports from April 21st eighteen minute battle sent Houston’s enemies the second message: six hundred enemy killed, two hundred enemy wounded, and 732 enemy captured. Santa Anna was captured the next day after fleeing the battle like a coward.

Out numbered two to one, Republic of Texas casualties were two killed and twenty-three wounded. The wounded included General Sam Houston. When asked about his part in the battle, one Texan answered, I would not have stopped killing those ######## if Jesus Christ himself had asked me too. You the reader, are probably thinking, I know the history, so where’s Yellow Rose Legend?

One of Houston's scouts was involved with a young Hispanic dancer called "Yellow Rose"; a woman whose cousin had recently died defending the Alamo. When Texas most beautiful woman heard Houston and his most trusted scout talking about distractions to give Texas troops an edge, she knew what had to be done.

Despite vehement protests by her most trusted scout, Yellow Rose silenced him by asking him how many loved ones he had lost defending the Alamo. As Houston gave the order to attack across an open field, the Mexican General was being distracted by Yellow Rose. Reports suggest that Yellow Rose passed on opportunity to kill Santa Anna since Houston needed him alive.

Now you know why many Texans have yellow rose bushes around their homes. There may be other legends, but I like above legend best. (End excerpt)

3) John (Jack) Coffee Hays Texas Ranger, described by Texas State Historical Association: In battles Hays and his rangers were usually outnumbered, and their effective use of revolvers revolutionized warfare against Texas Indians. The Texas Rangers gained a national reputation in the Mexican War. Into Mexico rode Hays's rangers. Out of Mexico came a mounted irregular body of rangers celebrated in song and story throughout the United States.

Moving on to unreal scenarios:
1. no warning shots except in movies
2. no shooting weapon out of bad guy’s hand except in movies
3. do not “rack” round into chamber to intimidate bad guy/s it can get you killed
4. no rules of engagement that threatens to get good guys hurt or dead

Observations:
1) social conflicts generally never resolved with political correct strategies or tactics
2) self defense is killing and not a sin; murder is a sin

Contemporary Democrats and RINOs policies: Promoting rape with gun control ...

Metaphorical truth: Survival conflict is not a game like intramural sports or professional sports; losers or victims not generally offered opportunities to walk across field to shake hands with those trying to kill them.

Brutal real world truths:
1. fancy words are not likely to convince bad guys to be nice guys
2. might may or may not make right; but generally determines outcome; consider Marshall’s Social Power formula: SP=Q1+Q2 over T
3. some times alternative conclusions to survival conflicts are worse than participating in process
4. Texas Drifter can teach a monkey how to pull a trigger; but teaching “free will” human when to pull trigger is totally different task; especially if reflexes are driving process; consider how Wild Bill Hickok “accidently” killed one of his best friends.

Texas Drifter: Some Republicans Cockroaches?

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Starting with definition of metaphor: word or phrase used in place of other suggesting comparable likenesses.

Consider cockroaches are nocturnal always hiding from light; compared to demagogues who are political leaders that always depend on popular prejudices and constant lies to stay in power by always hiding from light of truth.

Since cockroaches and demagogues are both repulsive creatures shunning light; guess metaphorically, some Republicans can also be described as cockroaches. Texas Drifter is not “name calling” rather identifying metaphorical truth. Reader should never be upset with paper boy who is simply delivering the news.

Observations:
1. Cars are tools used for transportation;
2. Constitutional governments are tools used to protect inalienable rights to life, liberty, and pursuit of free will.

Problems to be solved:
1. What does one do when cars are hijacked by criminals for crime sprees?
2. What does one do when constitutional governments are hijacked by demagogues for tyranny sprees?

Reader's assignment question, Marxist-fascist Progressives like Obama and his allies including Republican Aristocrat ruling elites will screech reader does not have right to interfere with their false prophet god, government. Conservatives should consider that they may not have liberals’ rights to challenge Democrats and RINOs false government god. However and there is always a however, conservatives have option more powerful than government granted rights; moral obligations granted by Heaven called natural rights.

Texas Drifter: No Water; No Vote; No Gov. Perry

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Only those too blanked up to know they are blanked up like most voters keep repeating same stupid mistakes.

Reader can consider following writing exercise: NO WATER NO VOTE…

There are only two people on planet earth responsible for the current South Texas water crisis: Governor Perry and … If a thief breaks into your home; who does you hold responsible, the thief or the security guard that did not do their job?

The South Texas water issue is simple: Mexico steals water, Mexico refuses to return stolen water, and Texas Governor Perry takes half hearted measures to protect American citizens from Mexican economic terrorism.

Economic terrorism which could cost the Rio Grande Valley economy more than: two billion dollars and thirty thousand jobs. Not to mention, destroying the Valley’s agriculture industry, and eventually costing tens of thousands of more South Texas residents their homes when school, city, and county property taxes double or triple.

Citizens of South Texas should be inflamed that Mexican economic, political, and social interests seem to be more important to both Texas and American politicians than the financial well being and civil rights of South Texas farmers, ranchers, their employees, and all the businesses they support.

South Texas’ current artificial water crisis involves more than Mexico simply returning stolen water. Other issues are compensation by Mexico for actual damages currently estimated to be one billion dollars, and yet to be determined punitive damages,

Not including actual damages and punitive damages in resolving Republican tolerated water crisis in South Texas, equates to crime without punishment for economic terrorism.

Studies report that Mexico is the eleventh wealthiest nation in the world; while “average Mexican citizens” rank between one hundred-forty and one hundred-fifty in per capita income.

People of South Texas seeking actual and punitive monetary damages against Mexico by resorting to any of the following would be seeking just compensation from one of the world’s richest nations, not some of the world’s poorest citizens:

1. The First Amendments guarantees citizens the right to petition the government for grievances. File a class action civil suit against Obama's State Department for 1) criminal negligence for falling to stop Mexico from engaging and continuing to engage in economic terrorism and 2) Not forcing Mexico to return water stolen from the United States.

2. American courts have ruled that private American citizens have a right to sue foreign governments for damages resulting from acts of terrorism.

3) Petition the U.S. Senate and Congress to pass legislation that prohibits the importation from Mexico all products directly or indirectly grown, raised, produced, or manufactured from illegal gains (water stolen by Mexico).

Eighty to ninety percent of those affected by Perry’s “America Last” water policy are American Hispanics. Only time will tell if South Texas American Hispanics will send Governor Perry the message that it takes more than speaking in condescending child like remedial Spanish to get their votes.

The time has arrived for all Americans to start warning federal and state Republican candidates that it will take action not promises to get their votes. So get on your phones; get on the Internet; tell everyone you know to spread the word: NO WATER NO VOTE; NO WATER NO VOTE; NO WATER NO VOTE.
