America’s yet to be recognized ongoing two front war enemies include:

2. Islamic-fascist terrorist nations and groups.
Solutions not included for victory are:
1. Nation building perceived by many Third World residents as imperialism;
2. Permitting foreign terrorists; cartel gangs and illegal immigrants to cross America’s borders either entering or leaving at their convenience;
3. Interference by civilian courts in matters involving issues which should be resolved by military tribunals during war.

A more complex up close and personal tactic, accepts the premise that once time for talking has passed, there are only four options: cower until you are found, run and hide, stand off tactics, and or hit and run.

Marshall’s up close and personal strategy is intended to weaken enemy at all power levels: intelligence; counter-intelligence; perimeter and premises security; economics, political leadership, political alliances; including but not limited to cyber and artificial intelligence.
Possible cyber and artificial intelligence viruses research might involve “viruses” based on “Phantom Plus” Pfiesteria a single celled dinoflagellate. Pfiesteria’s ability to camouflage itself (by changing from “plant to animal” definitely makes it one of nature’s most interesting creatures.
On to more contemporary issue: libertarian’s hide in fort and let bad guys form loose alliances making easier for bad guys to massacre all those hiding in fort. Texas Drifter suggests that libertarian’s strategy of cowering behind any rock or wall until enemy decides to attack is probably not that good of and idea – just a guess.

Texas Drifter: Equal Time For Second Amendment
Marshall’s Law Dateline – Elected officials including Republicans have done real well having public hearings on negatives of Second Amendment. How about citizens demanding equal time for benefits of Second Amendment?
Starting concept for this writing exercise begins with NEW AMERICAN February 23, 2012 report which cites Cato study:
(Begin excerpt) The authors of the study tell those legislators who insist on restricting the rights of citizens to own guns that if they “are truly interested in harm reduction, they should pause to consider how many crimes — murders, rapes, assaults, robberies — are thwarted each year by ordinary persons with guns.”
Of course, legislators with other objectives in mind will not be persuaded by this study or any other, as logic and historical experience do not make totalitarian ideologues alter their intentions.
As persuasive as the Cato study is in showing that armed citizens are responsible and capable and have ended many thousands, perhaps millions, of criminal attacks, it greatly understates the impact those citizens have in ending, without fanfare or publicity, a potential criminal act. Reports of crimes prevented by private citizens with private guns will not be reported by “main stream” media. Why, major news networks by their actions support criminals having luxury of raping women and girls until law enforcement arrives on scene.
Such on scene arrivals can vary from ten to twenty minutes in urban areas and an hour or more in rural areas. Arrival time estimates presuppose serial rapists allows potential victims’ luxury of calling 911 before sexual assaults begins.

Point of this writing exercise, is to present principle that providing platform for evil by "legitimizing" evil by "socializing" with evil is being accessory to evil. B. Franklin disowned his son for supporting English royalty during America’s founding struggles for liberty and justice for all.
Example, Texas Drifter, not being a religious scholar; asks did not Heaven’s Son shame the money lenders by casting money lenders out of temple?
Another question, would Heaven’s Son if those events had occurred in contemporary times; have provided money lenders platform to promote their evil ways for ratings on his radio or television show?

Republicans like Bush clan RINOs and their allies believe that comprehensive immigration policies will get Republican nominees more votes. Honest truth is Republicans should be working to keep estimated thirty-five percent of American Hispanics currently voting for Republicans; rather than wasting time and resources trying to get estimated sixty-five percent of Hispanics who will never ever vote for any Republican.
Translation illustration: Democrats could nominate the devil himself as their presidential candidate. Republicans could nominate someone with moral reputation of Pope. The result would be estimated sixty to seventy percent of American Hispanics voting for Democrats. The numbers of illegals voting for Democrats would be even higher, probably close to ninety-nine percent.
Conservatives need to understand that having a nice personality is not a pass for doing evil deeds. Friends should be chosen on their actions, character, and integrity. Actions are still best evaluation tools for determining character and integrity.

1. My friend is great drinking buddy; ignored fact is that friend is child molester.
2. RGV talk show host team - one host is some kind of make up it up as they go along conservative who claims other host who is Marxist-fascist is one of his best friends. Conservatives and libertarians can tolerate differences, question how can one be friends with someone who supports Obama’s dictatorship of America?
3. Heard parishioner say our priest is great teacher, though they forgot their priest likes to diddle little boys.
4. Clinton was a great President; who only had personality defect; being sexual predator who sexually assaulted women and young girls.
5. Bush II is really a nice man, who betrayed America’s nationalist economic interests for internationalist interests, supported liberal Supreme Court candidates, expanded socialist health care with prescription drugs, never heard of civil liberty he did not repress, supported porous border which allowed millions of illegal immigrants to invade America and commit millions violent and property crimes against American citizens, supported socialism for corrupt “too big to fail” financial interests.
6. Fox News is “fair and balance”; Fox News business model seems to serve moderate and middle of road (RINOs to Obama light) aristocratic ruling elites not conservatives. Compare Fox News to other news outlets. Main stream media reports Stalin was good to Soviet children. Fox News reports Staling was good to Soviet children but also murdered more innocents than Hitler. Conservative news sources might report Stalin like all murdering tyrants deserves to spend eternity in hell.

One major conservative radio host likes to provide radio and video media platforms for those wising to destroy America and every thing America stands for; why, apparently show how sensitive he is to both sides of issues even evil Marxist-fascist beliefs. Another conservative radio talk show host likes to provide format for Marxist fascist loons to show how easy they are to embarrass. Both hosts are motivated by their vanities; some one should remind them that truly “great Americans” do not have to keep reminding their audiences how great they are.

Texas Drifter: How To Recruit Patriots
Marshall’s Law Dateline – Two facts, first restoring America’s traditions, values, and principles as guiding lights to save Heaven’s favorite republic; starts as it began by America’s Founding Fathers. How, with words spoken from pulpits in free from government churches. Second fact, with right faith, all things are possible against all odds; as for serving evil, Bill Z. Bub’s retirement plan not so good.
Texas Drifter knows starting writing exercise with words like “Heaven,” “pulpit,” and concepts like “right faith” may offend some readers. Stick with me they circle back to another really scary word “oath”.
Texas Drifter likes to start each writing exercise with “key” words. Starting words for “How To Recruit Patriots” were: psychopathic/sociopathic, and poli-pathic (word created by yours truly to describe what psychopaths/sociopaths become once they pursue careers in politics). Reader can list their own examples of poli-paths.
Next question, if political arena has two types of leaders, bad guys and good guys; what are their motivations? Bad guys are motivated by lust for greed to acquire power to feed their psychopathic vanities. As for good guys, these individuals are motivated by serving their faith in spiritual rules like Ten Commandments and or spiritual gifts like inalienable rights defined by Bill of Rights.
Bad Guys’ Side includes:
1. Marxist-fascist poli-pathic “me first America last” elected and appointed public officials;
2. most public sector union members;
3. public subsidy addicts;
4. court jesters like media celebrities and Hollywood liberals;
5. illegal immigrants;
6. political aristocratic social elites (both left and right) like G. Soros, W. Buffet, Kennedy Clan, Bush Clan, reader can add to list which should include most House and Senate Democrat and Republican leaders;
7. internationalists bankers and corporate feudalists;
8. reader can add to above list.
Good Guys’ Side includes:
1. citizen patriots defined as one or more: Judeo-Christians, original constitutionalists, ethical capitalists, libertarians, Reagan Democrats and others;
2. private sector businesses and corporations who believe in ethical capitalism;
3. conservative advocates and politicians who place principles above principals;
4. reader can add to above list.
Most dangerous bad guys to good guys are closet sell outs; those who pretend to be conservatives in public but snuggle up to bad guys in private. Some of these RINOs include: C. Powell; C Rice; Bush Clan and their public defenders (reader can list); Boehner and his House allies; Senator J. McCain and his Senate allies; one of worst known includes Justice “Judas” Roberts. Reader can add more names conservatives should never ever trust. Side note: Senator Rubio by supporting five year old Bush Clan comprehensive immigration amnesty plan might be trying to get his name included among Republican “untrustables”.
These Republican “untrustables” are worse than bad guys like Obama, Biden, Reed, and Pelosi, and all other poli-paths; at least they admit in public that they are not embarrassed by being Marxist-fascists while Republican “untrustables” seem ashamed of being me first America last advocates.
Few have read and are familiar with Col. Travis’s letter from the Alamo soliciting re-enforcements; even fewer have read last message Travis sent from Alamo. First, what was perhaps the most intense concern of this leader on whose shoulders rested lives of one hundred eighty plus volunteer soldiers as well as the fate of Texas unborn Republic?
Answer can be found in last letter Travis wrote from crumbling walls of old church.

Texas Drifter is not asking anyone to sacrifice what Col Travis and his volunteers sacrificed for Texas unborn republic. All I am doing is asking reader to consider recruiting few patriots to help save Heaven’s favorite republic.
The following is not about renewing wedding vows which are another form of oaths to Heaven. Following is not about “taking communion” which is way of re-recognizing Jesus Christ’s salvation to sinners.
Following is about those who have never taken oath to Heaven and America to uphold, protect, and defend America’s Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic. This also about those who might want to re-new their oath to document defending inalienable rights given to Americans defined in Bill of Rights.
Thinking about following gives Texas Drifter hope in retuning America’s traditions, values, and principles to guiding lights they used to be in America. Makes me almost smile to think of ministers administering oath to their congregations, can you my reader imagine parents administering oaths to their children; or children administering oaths to their parents?
Oath might be as follows: Raise you right hand - “I (name) an American citizen, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties on which I am about to enter. So help me God.”
Reader needs to remember that taking any oath is easy, hard part is keeping your promise to God and the American people; perhaps that is why there are so many divorces.
There is truth in adage, get ten thousand Progressive Liberal Democrats together; one will have only one opinion Massa Obama’s. Get three conservatives together and one is like to have four or five opinions. Why free souls tend to disagree, while slaves only share master’s opinion.
One common belief shared among conservatives is serving oath to protect and defend inalienable rights, Heaven’s gifts, honor’s one’s faith.
Those not caring enough to get involved should go home and play with their spouse and kids as they have not earned right to be around patriots serving their faith by honoring their oaths. As for Bad Guys, all bad guys including conservative sell outs go be politically correct with your false prophet Massa Obama.
As for conservatives sharing our one common belief, go recruit your share of oath taking patriots. You should get one of two answers: I already have, which means you are probably in good company only life experiences will verify their honor. Texas Drifter knows starting writing exercise with words like “Heaven,” “pulpit,” and concepts like “right faith” may offend some readers. Stick with me they circle back to another really scary word “oath”.
Texas Drifter likes to start each writing exercise with “key” words. Starting words for “How To Recruit Patriots” were: psychopathic/sociopathic, and poli-pathic (word created by yours truly to describe what psychopaths/sociopaths become once they pursue careers in politics). Reader can list their own examples of poli-paths.
Next question, if political arena has two types of leaders, bad guys and good guys; what are their motivations? Bad guys are motivated by lust for greed to acquire power to feed their psychopathic vanities. As for good guys, these individuals are motivated by serving their faith in spiritual rules like Ten Commandments and or spiritual gifts like inalienable rights defined by Bill of Rights.
Bad Guys’ Side includes:
1. Marxist-fascist poli-pathic “me first America last” elected and appointed public officials;
2. most public sector union members;
3. public subsidy addicts;
4. court jesters like media celebrities and Hollywood liberals;
5. illegal immigrants;
6. political aristocratic social elites (both left and right) like G. Soros, W. Buffet, Kennedy Clan, Bush Clan, reader can add to list which should include most House and Senate Democrat and Republican leaders;
7. internationalists bankers and corporate feudalists;
8. reader can add to above list.
Good Guys’ Side includes:
1. citizen patriots defined as one or more: Judeo-Christians, original constitutionalists, ethical capitalists, libertarians, Reagan Democrats and others;
2. private sector businesses and corporations who believe in ethical capitalism;
3. conservative advocates and politicians who place principles above principals;
4. reader can add to above list.
Most dangerous bad guys to good guys are closet sell outs; those who pretend to be conservatives in public but snuggle up to bad guys in private. Some of these RINOs include: C. Powell; C Rice; Bush Clan and their public defenders (reader can list); Boehner and his House allies; Senator J. McCain and his Senate allies; one of worst known includes Justice “Judas” Roberts. Reader can add more names conservatives should never ever trust. Side note: Senator Rubio by supporting five year old Bush Clan comprehensive immigration amnesty plan might be trying to get his name included among Republican “untrustables”.
These Republican “untrustables” are worse than bad guys like Obama, Biden, Reed, and Pelosi, and all other poli-paths; at least they admit in public that they are not embarrassed by being Marxist-fascists while Republican “untrustables” seem ashamed of being me first America last advocates.
Few have read and are familiar with Col. Travis’s letter from the Alamo soliciting re-enforcements; even fewer have read last message Travis sent from Alamo. First, what was perhaps the most intense concern of this leader on whose shoulders rested lives of one hundred eighty plus volunteer soldiers as well as the fate of Texas unborn Republic?
Answer can be found in last letter Travis wrote from crumbling walls of old church.

The letter to David Ayers is the last known letter written by Travis before the fall of the Alamo on the morning of March 6, 1836. William Barret Travis died at his post on the cannon platform at the northeast corner of the fortress. He was 26 years old.
Texas Drifter is not asking anyone to sacrifice what Col Travis and his volunteers sacrificed for Texas unborn republic. All I am doing is asking reader to consider recruiting few patriots to help save Heaven’s favorite republic.
The following is not about renewing wedding vows which are another form of oaths to Heaven. Following is not about “taking communion” which is way of re-recognizing Jesus Christ’s salvation to sinners.
Following is about those who have never taken oath to Heaven and America to uphold, protect, and defend America’s Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic. This also about those who might want to re-new their oath to document defending inalienable rights given to Americans defined in Bill of Rights.
Thinking about following gives Texas Drifter hope in retuning America’s traditions, values, and principles to guiding lights they used to be in America. Makes me almost smile to think of ministers administering oath to their congregations, can you my reader imagine parents administering oaths to their children; or children administering oaths to their parents?
Oath might be as follows: Raise you right hand - “I (name) an American citizen, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties on which I am about to enter. So help me God.”
Reader needs to remember that taking any oath is easy, hard part is keeping your promise to God and the American people; perhaps that is why there are so many divorces.
There is truth in adage, get ten thousand Progressive Liberal Democrats together; one will have only one opinion Massa Obama’s. Get three conservatives together and one is like to have four or five opinions. Why free souls tend to disagree, while slaves only share master’s opinion.
One common belief shared among conservatives is serving oath to protect and defend inalienable rights, Heaven’s gifts, honor’s one’s faith.
Those not caring enough to get involved should go home and play with their spouse and kids as they have not earned right to be around patriots serving their faith by honoring their oaths. As for Bad Guys, all bad guys including conservative sell outs go be politically correct with your false prophet Massa Obama.
As for conservatives sharing our one common belief, go recruit your share of oath taking patriots. You should get one of two answers: I already have, which means you are probably in good company only life experiences will verify their honor. Those who say no, let them be; as you probably will not want to be around them on their judgment days anyway.
If you have not taken oath yourself, ask a friend or minister to administer oath to you; then think about what you have committed yourself to; not too long as you need to out recruiting patriots to serve their faith by honoring their oaths to help save America.
