Texas Drifter: Personal Self Snapshot
Marshall’s Law Dateline – Following is in response to questions about recent ending of Texas Drifter: Valentine Love Story.
Following self snapshot is rare exception to my limiting interviews; making no public appearances; and granting very few private audiences. Why, company media policy is scarcity creates mystery.
Few key points for reader to consider:
1. goal is to be creative, entertaining, and informative writer;
2. part of process begins with developing “personal relationship” with you my reader;
3. have spent just over four decades trying to polish writing style of writing like I speak for “one on one” conversation or story telling;
4. another part of process is my entertaining with surprise or unexpected endings like Valentine Love Story. Surprise endings are not merely for impact; as most surprising unbelievable nonsensical endings are provided by real life experiences;
5. not above using “creative license” by tampering with concepts like “non-fiction” short stories;
6. writings are formatted on two plus millennium outline guidelines;
7. my writings advocate my “Independents” Judeo-Christian beliefs; re-enforce America’s traditions, values, and principles; and try to teach others how to protect and defend both Judeo-Christian beliefs and America’s concept of inalienable rights.

Reducing vanity constantly reminds one to accept premise that my writing is only as good as my next writing project; and I should always try to paint with words like artists use colors. Why, old friend once reminded me, greatest writings except those found in Holy Bible have yet to be written.
In closing, only a fool believes that they can never meet a person not capable of teaching them at least one thing. As for Marxist-fascist Progressive Liberal Democrats, their world owes us a living public subsidy addicts, racists and ethnic haters, plus Republican carpetbaggers; they can all teach us in different ways that they deserve the wages their thieving greed and stupidity reaps down upon them.

Breaking News: Texas Firearms Protection Act: One Texas lawmaker is pushing to keep a possible federal ban on the purchase of certain firearms out of the state. Rep. Steve Toth, R-The Woodlands, is authoring the Firearm Protection Act, which he says would "make any federal law banning semiautomatic firearms or limiting the size of gun magazines unenforceable within the state's boundaries." The bill would also make it a felony to enforce any such federal law.

Texas Drifter: Gun Crimes IQ Test
Marshall’s Law Dateline – Reader’s fun TRUE or FALSE test.
1. Most lazy selfish worthless welfare recipients of all are not liberals living off other people’s work; most lazy selfish worthless welfare recipients of all are conservatives playing politically correct pacifists; while patriots fight and die to uphold and protect inalienable rights from Heaven which also benefits cowardly conservatives.
2. FBI statistics show despite increases in gun sales, gun crimes continue to decrease in the United States.
3. Gun murders with Chicago’s gun control policies cause Chicago to have higher murders by guns rates than most third world countries.
4. Conservatives need to be careful going down “mental health” restrictions for gun ownership; most social workers, psychologists, and psychiatrist worship Obama as their messiah; and already feel Judeo-Christian conservatives, constitutionalists, ethical capitalists, libertarians, and Reagan Democrats are already crazy.
5. Liberal Democrats and Republican carpetbaggers are chronic liars and perpetual Second Amendment haters for everyone but Liberal Democrats and Republican carpetbaggers.
6. Marxist-fascists, Islamic-terrorists, unethical capitalists and other wanting to be slave masters oppose Second Amendment to make administration of their tyrannies safer for feral politicians.
7. Criminals and other law breakers like illegal immigrants and drug cartels are by definition bad guys and always support disarming law abiding citizens.
8. Liberals take pride in being politically correct victims, and have no problem letting their women and children being sexually abused until law enforcement arrives.
9. Illegal immigrants and others to use Obama word, lumpe proletariat, are motivated by their “life is cheap” cultures and are best managed by well armed citizens not dependent on law enforcement to arrive in time to “save the day”.
10. Conservatives should never depend on Republican carpetbagger leaders like Boehner and Republican Senate leaders to not compromise away conservative principles with Obama who RINOs have more in common with than Tea Party believers.
11. All pro Second Amendment states should parole their violent criminals to gun control states like New York, Illinois, and California; to let those states proud of being politically correct victims enjoy being victimized.
Scoring process: eleven questions with nine points for each correct answer equals ninety-nine points; plus one bonus point earned by answering following correctly.
History seems to continually circle round and round. American traditions involve faith in God (Texas Drifter can use G-word as my middle name is not Wuss); not compromising principles; not starting fights; picking battles; and not quietly evolving into slaves better known as losing with honor.

“Price of Honor”
Background: Captain John was born in Lexington, Massachusetts, on July 13, 1729. Captain John played a prominent role in the first battle of the War for Independence, as leader of the volunteer American militia known as the Minutemen.
In April, British General Thomas Gage, military governor of Massachusetts decided to confiscate weapons stored in the village of Concord and capture patriot leaders Samuel Adams and John Hancock reportedly living in Lexington. On the night of April 18 Captain John received warning of the approach of the king's soldiers.
Act I: (afternoon April 18)
Patriot Leader (enters): Relax Captain John. Decision has been made to assign you command of Lexington militia. Before you respond, others may seem more qualified. You were chosen, one for your devotion and loyalty to following orders. Second militia members respect you and will do exactly when and what you command.
Captain John: Should I ask my young scout to leave?
Patriot Leader: No he can report to me when time is right. Your orders, do not fire on British troops until after they fire on you and your militia. Have something to say?
Captain John: Sir it sounds like you are ordering me to conduct myself like a coward and watch my friends and neighbors die.
Patriot Leader: Sir the very future of our yet unborn republic could very well depend on when you order your militia to fire. Tomorrow’s events will determine how fellow Americans and foreign governments view our struggle for freedom and liberty. Firing on British troops first will be remembered as provocation by criminals and traitors. Firing on British troops after British fire on you and your militia is citizens engaging in self defense; a concept understood by all Judeo-Christians. I am asking you to place serving America’s unborn republic before your own vanity. Understand?
Captain John: Yes Sir, I will not command my volunteer militia to return fire until I fire, or give the order.
Patriot Leader: Good, may our Heavenly Father be with you and your militia, (turns to young scout) I will be expecting brutally truthful report from you tomorrow.
ACT II: (April 19 Report To Patriot Leader)
Scout’s Report to Patriot Leader: The first shots were fired just as the sun was rising at Lexington. The British troops approached rapidly in platoons, with an officer leading on horseback. The officer came up to within about two rods of the centre of the company and halted. The officer then swung his sword, and said, “Lay down your arms, you damned rebels, or you are all dead men. Fire!” Some guns were fired by the British but no person was killed or hurt, being probably charged only with powder.
Captain John ordered every man to take care of himself. The company immediately dispersed; and while the company was dispersing and leaping over the wall, the second platoon of the British fired and killed some of our men. There was not a gun fired by any one of Captain John's company, I was so situated that I would have known it, had any thing of the kind taken place before a total dispersion of our company.
ACT III
Captain to Grieving Woman: Let me say …
Grieving Woman (interrupts): Do not say another word to me. My husband, father of my children, my only son is missing and thought to be prisoner of British, and the man you called your best friend is dead because you were too cowardly to give order to fire on British before they got close enough to kill friends and neighbors under your command.
Captain John: (as turning to walk away): Madam that may very well be true.
Young Scout: Mother, we have to talk!
Captain John: Scout this is time for grieving not talking understand?
EPILOGUE: Now you my reader hopefully understand how one heart breaking loyal order should have become known as shot not heard around the world; not “shot heard around the world”.
Research Reference notes for reader: Scout’s Details of report based on excerpts from affidavit by Twenty-three-year-old Sylvanus Wood who was one of the Lexington militia who answered the call that spring morning. Several years after the event he committed his recollection to paper in an affidavit sworn before a Justice of the Peace which was first published in 1858: I, Sylvanus Wood, of Woburn, in the county of Middlesex, and commonwealth of Massachusetts, aged seventy-four years, do testify and say that on the morning of the 19th of April, 1775, I was an inhabitant of Woburn, living with Deacon Obadiah Kendall.
Part of affidavit includes: I have been intimately acquainted with the inhabitants of Lexington, and particularly with those of Captain John's company, and, with one exception, I have never heard any of them say or pretend that there was any firing at the British from Captain John's company, or any individual in it until within a year or two. Texas Drifter: When Guns Are Outlawed; Only …
Marshall’s Law Dateline – Glad to be back from last weeks mental vacation. Back to less than cheerful writing exercises; has following old adage evolved into: When guns are outlawed, only criminals and fascist bureaucrats will have guns?
To slightly change writing exercise format, Texas Drifter will begin with assignment questions for reader.
Two preface political facts
1. Tyrants using fascist bureaucrats always have, still do, and always will kill, murder, rob, and assault more unarmed citizens than common criminals.
2. Largest standing military in world, thanks to America’s Founding Father’s Second Amendment is American citizens’ militia.
Initial reader’s assignment questions
1. Why did Obama move Biden’s gun control anti-Constitution report two weeks from end of January to middle of January?
2. Why did Obama just recently sign executive order giving former Presidents free Secret Service protections for life?
3. Possible answer observation, wild animals and feral politicians are most dangerous when cornered. Perhaps Obama being former “constitutional law” professor, knowing tyranny of his policies is driven by Obama’s vain arrogant messiah complex?
4. Regardless of what motivates Massa Obama, patriotic Americans be they conservatives, libertarians, or Regan Democrats had better stay vigilant; as some can hear jackbooted goose-stepping bureaucrats just around corner. TRUE or FALSE
Questions for this writing exercise are not intended to incite or threaten; rather offer factual observations which may need additional thought. Second Amendment like other Bill of Rights define, inalienable rights prescribed by God. Those trying to regulate inalienable rights out of existence are tyrants who need to be reminded that self defense is not a sin.
Texas Drifter has not seen names of any Democrat Liberals, Progressives, Marxist-Fascists, or Republican carpetbaggers provided authority in Bible to regulate or revoke any Americans inalienable rights.
Another issue Democrat Liberals and their allies seem to embrace that makes no sense to Texas Drifter; perhaps it will to you reading this writing exercise? Why do Democrat Liberals and their allies promote, support, and tolerate sexual assault of their women and girls by criminals until law enforcement arrives. When supporting idea that self defense with guns is not a sin could prevent many sexual assaults of liberal women and girls?
Another issue defining how when guns are outlawed only criminals and fascist bureaucrats have guns; reader can consider origin of ongoing violence on Mexico’s side of border. Mexican President Fox. A close associate of Bush II confiscated private weapons on Mexican ranches when Fox was President.
Fox’s action disarmed private rural owners, which made it possible for narco-cartels to expand their power base across Mexico. Those familiar with ongoing brutal murders in Mexico, about half are by cartels, and other half by Mexico’s law enforcement and federal troops.
Above historical fact re-enforces belief that that when guns are outlawed; only criminals and fascist bureaucrats will have guns. Those Americans doubting such atrocities could happen in America need only remember Malibu, Ruby Ridge, and Waco.

1. What is difference between playground bullies and public sector bureaucrat bullies? What is best way to manage either type of bully?
2. Can you list at least ten public sector bullies including Obama, Biden, Boehner, and other Republican carpetbaggers on Republican Wall of Shame who recently voted for higher taxes and no annual budget cuts?
3. Some reports suggest that leading cause of deaths across planet for children ages one to five is? Answer is diarrhea. If Democrats and Republican carpetbaggers were to start following PR campaign: Save the children, outlaw diarrhea. (Following politicians reader can list), would still be diarrhea. TRUE or FALSE

Why do Democrat Liberals and their allies promote, support, and tolerate sexual assault of their women and girls by criminals until law enforcement arrives. When supporting idea that self defense with guns is not a sin could prevent many sexual assaults of liberal women and girls?
