Definition of “Emolument” – benefit arising from office or employment in form of special compensation or special privilege.
Many public employees receive double wages of private sector employees for performing same work as private sector employees. Exempting public employees from Obama Care is special privilege defined as emolument (bestowing royalty), and is unconstitutional and violates due process law; so says America’s Constitution.
Solution for elected officials; their appointees; and staff to once again become law abiding citizens is simple. Either join Obama Care and suffer like all other Americans, or abolish Obama care.
Third option for elected representatives; their appointees, and staff is to is to keep their unconstitutional royal status; and remain criminals, traitors, and or Republican Scalawag carpet baggers like Republican Senate and House Leaders, including Texas Senator John Cornyn. TRUE or FALSE
What America’s public sector royalty does not understand about Obama Care. Obama Care “insurance” does not “kick in” until in many cases, five thousand dollars to six thousand dollars deductable must be paid up front.
Does not sound too bad; what public sector really does not understand is most “let them eat cake” common people do not have five thousand dollars to six thousand dollars in savings.
Translation, no health care for those formerly called middle class families who do not have upfront the deductable. TRUE or FALSE
Could it just be, that Obama and his Obama Care allies including Obama Republicans are starting to look more like Hitler and Nazis?

3. Is paying an estimated ninety-five dollar fine for not “signing up” for Obama Care; in effect a “no contest” plea of guilt to crime of not signing up for Obama Care? Will the no contest plea leave person with a criminal record; that might like domestic violence cases deprive the person with a criminal record of their Second Amendment Rights, like owning ammunition?
