Available debt stabilization resources by one estimate includes: estimated direct ownership by America’s federal government of almost 650 million acres of land nearly thirty percent of its territory. These federal lands include military bases or testing grounds, nature parks, or other natural resources which can leased to the private sector for commercial exploitation (e.g. forestry, mining, agriculture, oil and natural gas related products).

3. Federal treasures not being purchased by the States will be auctioned to private citizens, private businesses, and non-profit organizations.
4. All sales will be contingent on cash, municipal bonds, or pre-approved lines of credit.
5. Some Properties shall be sold by sections to provide middle class citizens opportunity to participate in America’s Garage Sale with deeded access easements guaranteed to prevent some unethical capitalists from denying middle class property owners access to their land.
6. Only American citizens can participate in America’s garage sale with attempted purchases by foreign nationals, foreign businesses, or foreign governments resulting in administrative forfeiture of funds used to perpetuate the scam.

Texas drifter initial concept Two: Adopt and implement “Public Employee Civil Liability Legislation”. Why, to allow private citizens and private businesses to seek monetary damages from EPA and other appropriate federal administrators and federal employees causing damages resulting form federal administrators and employees enforcing regulations based on pseudo, counterfeit, fraudulent or incompetent science.
Bottom line, NO means NO increase of national debt limits until following terms are enacted not promised (Only fools believe Progressive Democrats and Obama Republicans):
1. Matching or equal revenues are raised from sale or lease of national properties or resources before national debt limit can be raised
2. Public Employees Civil Liability Legislation must be implemented and remain in force before national debt limit can be raised.
“Deal Maker /Deal Breaker” conservatives get above items one and two before credit issued from increasing debt limits.
Negotiation conversation might go as follows: I will give you your national debt limit increase; provided I get two things in return. What I want will not cost you anything; unless you are a lying incompetent, fascist bureaucrat; your public subsidy addict base could care less what happens to feral pork barrel clowns. Deal or no deal you Marxist-fascist want to be tyrant. Tell your lap licking rear kissing Obama Republicans; same offer applies to them.
While some conservatives spend their time trying not to elect Obama Republicans (RINOs); other conservatives are devoting their time to getting new constitutional Amendments. Both plans mean well; only problem is their plans would be comparable to those serving Col. Travis at Alamo in February planning their spring garden.
Texas Drifter’s two simple demands are intended to produce more expedient results.
Consider Public Employee Civil Liability Legislation; where does Constitution provide sovereign immunity for post constitution agencies or personally negligent or criminal acting federal employees? Also people dislike trial lawyers until they need their services. How much money could trial lawyers generate from Public Employee Civil Liability law suits?
Summary message to Marxist-fascist porker ideologues – want your national debt increase? All you have to do is (1) let America have its garage sale and (2) do not oppose American citizens implementing Public Employee Civil Liability Legislation.
