Texas Drifter: Obama Lynching Rule Of Law?
Marshall Law Dateline – Evolution of “rule of law” seems a concept forgotten by governments. When governments ignore rule of law and engage in mob rule; societies become lawless environments.
Physical laws as well as other laws, exist regardless how described by science based on deduction and naturalist laws based on induction.
Definition of deduction is reasoning inference in which conclusion follows necessarily from premises.
Definition if induction is reasoning inference in which conclusion follows necessarily from a part to a whole.
Both processes can have deficiencies. Examples
1. Deduction (premises): Some priests molest boys; all priests are males; all males molest boys.
2. Induction (from part to whole): some Blacks are racists, all Blacks are racists.
Reader should never forget that some reasoning produces inaccurate conclusions.
Natural rules include but are not limited too: self defense (flight or fight); acquire food; protect territory; protect family (pack or herd).
Spiritual rules started with Ten Commandments due to incident at Garden of Eden. These rules were followed by King’s law and eventually “common law”.
What then followed were inalienable rights inspired by spiritual inspiration. Some examples include:
1. Act of Abjuration 1581; specifically: The States General of the United Provinces of the Low Countries Act of Abjuration (Plakkaat van Verlatinghe 1581 July 26). Definition of abjuration: to revoke oath, vow, or promise. More about America’s lost second tradition ... The Act of Abjuration of 1581 which was very well known with many drafts floating among America’s drafters of Declaration of Independence. Act of Abjuration was created to inform king of Spain that he had forfeited sovereignty and right to govern affected provinces by his persistent tyranny. This document was first nail in ideological concept for “divine rights of earthly kings”.
2. Declaration of Independence which defined inalienable rights.
3. U.S. Constitution which defined political process for governments in America.
4. Bill of Rights which further defined specific inalienable political rights and rules for government in America.
5. Republic of Texas 1836 Constitution’s Declaration of Rights: (excerpts)
This Declaration of Rights is declared to be a part of this Constitution, and shall never be violated on any pretence whatever. And in order to guard against the transgression of the high powers which we have delegated, we declare that every thing in this bill of rights contained, and every other right not hereby delegated, is reserved to the People.
Fourteenth. Every citizen shall have the right to bear arms in defence of himself and the Republic. The military shall at all times and in all cases be subordinate to the civil power.
Fifteenth. The sure and certain defence of a free people is a well-regulated militia; and it shall be the duty of the Legislature to enact such laws as may be necessary to the organizing of the militia of this Republic.

Why this is important? If American citizens abandon principles of their Declaration of Independence, Constitution, and Bill of Rights; because of either stupidity or cowardice; Texans will still have their Declaration of Rights to defend. That reader is just one old Texas drifter’s observation.
Natural rules, spiritual rules, spiritual inspired rules; next on list is constitutional due process rules often called legislation laws. When government enacts or enforces unconstitutional laws or policies the society is known to be existing under public sector mob rule which is no more acceptable than private sector mob rule.
Next level of social rules involves following natural observation: might may or may not make right, but always determines final outcome. Starting with Act of Abjuration 1581 and other spiritually inspired inalienable rights; solution might be Marshall’s Theory of Social Power represented as SP= Q1 + Q2 over T. Reader might be thinking why review “evolution” of rules also known as laws? Eternal peace will never exist for the living so long as there are evil among us even in U.S. Remember what seems to be natural order of things:

Common theme from natural law, spiritual law, laws based on inalienable rights, and citizens common laws: citizens have right to repel force with force when other citizens engage in malice of forethought and or felonious intent to threaten bodily harm or murder; offended citizens can prudently secure their own self preservation with force.
Side reference, even though Texas Drifter is not an attorney, I have managed legal investigations for attorneys in multi-million dollar civil suits, and legal investigations in capital murder defense investigations. One of my principles was; it did not matter who I worked for or which side paid my wages and expenses. Why, results of my investigations would always provide same results.
Many times, justice is like sausage, one would not eat sausage; if they saw how sausage was made. Most people tend to like due process justice when it serves their interests, and dislike due process justice when their interests are not served. Same with attorneys: many people dislike “mean” attorneys; until they need an attorney, then they want the “meanest” lawyer they can afford.
Professional investigators always conduct non-prejudicial investigations to protect not only their reputations, but also sacred integrity of intelligence due process system. Governments like Obama’s, which are motivated by lust for power; prejudices; revenge; greed; and or ignorance; will not only threaten national security but also domestic tranquility. How so, by their, corrupting all due process intelligence and justice systems.
Back to title observation question “Obama Lynching Rule of Law?” Obama being a chronic liar is Obama’s own worst enemy. How is anyone expected to believe any chronic liar, even when they rarely do speak truth?
As for Obama’s proclamations about Syria gassing innocent civilians; only existing fact is innocents died for exposure to lethal gas, by whom; only impartial investigation may or may not ever determine truth. Obama evolves from long line of lying Democrat Presidents. Reader recall, Gulf of Tonkin August 1964? How many beloved Americans eventually died or were maimed from that Democrat President blatant lie?
Speaking only for Texas Drifter: putting any American in harms way; based on Obama’s lies for Obama’s pride; and or to feed Republicans John McCain and Lindsey Graham’s media seeking propaganda: violates every natural, constitutional, civil, and spiritual law ever recorded. TRUE or FALSE
