Texas Drifter: Are You Republican Hippie?

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Two Ignored Facts: First, America’s Founding Fathers would have never had opportunity to create U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights. Second, Texas Founding Fathers would have never had opportunity to create Republic of Texas 1836 Constitution with Declaration of Rights if earlier patriots had taken all their options “off the table”.

Oath to uphold protect and defend Constitution is not limited only to parts oath taker likes. Oath is to uphold, protect, and defend from all enemies foreign and domestic. Oath taker’s choice is both, not one or the other. Republican pacifists seem to ignore defending America from domestic enemies.

Purpose of this writing exercise is to raise issues for Republican pacifists. Constitution would have never been adopted with only Article V. to protect Americans inalienable rights. America’s Founding Fathers knew primary principle of negotiating is leaving all options on table.

Real world example of how to negotiate involved President Reagan’s negotiating America’s victory of cold war (strategy that RINOs later stole credit for). President Reagan left all options on table with “The doctrine of Mutual Assured Destruction (MAD)” which was supplemented with Suzanne Massie, teaching President Reagan, Russian Proverb, Doveryai no Proveryai (Trust but Verify). These concepts were supplemented with capitalism’s productive qualities that Soviets did not posses that led to America winning Cold war.

Historical fact ignored by many, is that Article V. by itself was not enough to generate sufficient support for passage of U.S. Constitution. What enabled passage was Bill of Rights which is comparable as Ten Commandments’ rules of conduct for governments as Ten Commandments are rules of conduct for individuals.

Background “spirit” for Bill of Rights:

1. Ten Commandments’ Commandment for individuals: killing in self defense is not murder.

2. America’s lost second tradition can be traced back to 1581; specifically: The States General of the United Provinces of the Low Countries Act of Abjuration (Plakkaat van Verlatinghe 1581 July 26).

Definition of abjuration: to revoke oath, vow, or promise. More about America’s lost second tradition later in writing exercise.

The Act of Abjuration of 1581 which was very well known with many drafts floating among America’s drafters of Declaration of Independence.

Act of Abjuration was created to inform king of Spain that he had forfeited sovereignty and right to govern affected provinces by his persistent tyranny. This document was first nail in ideological concept for “divine rights of earthly kings”.

Premise was an earthly king was constituted by God to be ruler of a people, to defend them from oppression and violence as the shepherd his sheep; and where as God did not create people to be slaves to their earthly king; and when earthly king does not behave thus, rather oppresses them, seeking opportunities to infringe on their ancient customs and traditions exacting from the people slavish compliance; earthly king is no longer earthly king rather only a tyrant; particularly when tyrant’s actions are deliberate, people may not only disallow his authority but follow what law of nature dictates for the defense of their liberty and their posterity even at hazard of people’s lives.

According to ancient privileges which are expressed in the oath taken by earthly king at his admission to government; most Provinces receive their prince upon certain conditions, which earthly king swears to maintain, which if earthly king violates, he is no longer sovereign. Fourteenth. Every citizen shall have the right to bear arms in defence of himself and the Republic. The military shall at all times and in all cases be subordinate to the civil power.

Fifteenth. The sure and certain defence of a free people is a well-regulated militia; and it shall be the duty of the Legislature to enact such laws as may be necessary to the organizing of the militia of this Republic.

Texas Drifter certainly hopes that grassroots efforts to regain power in electoral processes are successful. Texas Drifter also sincerely hopes those attempting to save Heaven’s favorite republic with new State mandated amendments are also successful.

Adult maturity fact: bad guys, the evil among us in U.S. need to always understand that if they illegally interfere in legitimate processes to govern America there will always be other inalienable right options on table.

Proving this Texas Drifter writing exercise theme is wrong, is easy. Just provide list of all tyrants, like Stalin, Hitler, Mao, Castro plus any others reader chooses; who decided to change their evil ways based on well presented compassionate reasonable words.

Bonus points will be provided for examples of tyrants who changed their evil ways when they knew polite words were petitioner’s last option.

For the offended politically correct who whine Texas Drifter is promoting needless violence; answer is some will never understand; though others who have seen innocent by-standers die; those on other side die; those on their side die; friends die; parents and loved ones die. These are generally citizens least motivated to violence.

However, these are also generally the same ones who know that sometimes final options of self defense are necessary with unpleasant consequences. TRUE or FALSE

Bonus question: “Growing up” means that sometimes mature adults make unpleasant decisions. TRUE or FALSE

Brutal absolute truthful observation: in world where might (social power) may or may not make right, but always determines outcome; Republicans taking some Constitutional options off table; condemns America to losing to evil who never take violence as option off table. TRUE or FALSE

Clues:
- Taking any option off table signifies foolishness or cowardice to enemy. Negotiation process should be up front: All options are on table this is one we are discussing now.

Hopefully Texas Drifter has raised enough issues to start discussion about Republican pacifists, role in re-establishing Heaven’s favorite ethical capitalist constitutional due process republic?

Closing question for Republican pacifists: Why will you fight to protect your family and America from foreign threats and common criminals; then turn around and tell America’s domestic enemies that you will only use passive tactics to protect your family and country from domestic tyrants? Perhaps Republican pacifists have evolved into modern day blend of yuppie-hippies?
