Mutual respect can not be achieved with affirmative action as defenders of affirmative action are some of most hypocritical people on planet earth. Consider following scenario.
Question for defenders of Affirmative Action policies, if concept of Affirmative Action is so wonderful; should not Affirmative Action be applied to professional sports? If Affirmative Action is good for public school educators, social workers, and other public servants; why should what is good for public sector not be good for private sector?
Consider Affirmative Action policies being applied “on court” for professional basketball teams. Perhaps team composition on court for each side could be: two Whites, one Black, one Hispanic, and one illegal immigrant preferably of Asian descent.
Let us expand the process to NFL or professional football for foreign readers. Perhaps team composition on field at all times for both teams could be: four Whites, two Blacks, two Hispanics, one Asian descent, one gay player, and one trans-gender player.
Oh no, politically correct Affirmative Action percentages for NFL are going to take longer than this author thought, as above does not include physically challenged, mentally challenged, or the aged and over sixty-five. Follow up example; many hate merchants have many Blacks believing that Blacks have the right to assault and murder, Anglos and other ethnic groups who no longer have rights of self defense.
How can “world owes me people” demand equal respect when they seek “equality” by violating commandment “Thou shall not steal”? How can the poor expect mutual respect when they protest others cutting their welfare benefits; which governments stole from other people?
Reader should correct Texas Drifter if I am wrong; was not “original charity” intended for indigent the truly poor, not professional welfare addicts whose only skills seem breeding for more benefits?
Did not Aristotle suggest that the poor are just as evil for stealing from the rich; as the rich are evil for stealing from the middle class?
Gays demand mutual respect for their life styles; yet they seem to have no mutual respect for religious beliefs of Judeo-Christians. Perhaps a controversial idea; perhaps “gay folk” should get no respect for their promiscuous life styles; until they start respecting by not attempting to change non-promiscuous life styles.
Is tolerating abuse from those motivated by hateful exploitation contributing to one being “willing perpetual victim”? Like those who tolerate and “stick around” to be victims of domestic violence for what ever reason?
Some may raise issue,” what about turning other cheek”? Perhaps a religious scholar can answer if “turning other cheek” applies to those possessed by evil? Are Judeo-Christians expected to idly stand by while evil among us in U.S., joyously murder, rape, torture, and pillage every thing in sight with intentions of destroying Heaven’s favorite republic?
How is that for an assignment question for reader? Do you my reader answer YES or NO?
