Texas Drifter: Conservatives Observations Or Delusions?
Marshall’s Law Dateline: Some conservative observations not delusions based on few Texas Drifter perceptions.

1. America’s first tradition is about separation of state and church not separation of church and state. First words of First amendment are not about freedom from religion rather freedom from government religion which is America's first tradition. (Entry # 300)
2. America’s second lost tradition found, has its roots back to The Act of Abjuration of 1581 which was very well known with many drafts floating among America’s drafters of Declaration of Independence.
Act of Abjuration was created to inform king of Spain that he had forfeited sovereignty and right to govern affected provinces by his persistent tyranny. This document was first nail in ideological concept for “divine rights of earthly kings”. (Entry # 406)
3. Ten Commandments are Heaven’s rule of conduct for individuals.
4. Bill of Rights are Heaven’s rules of conduct for governments.
5. Heaven provided Americans with their inalienable rights because Heaven seeks “free will” worshipers not slaves like Marxist-fascists, corporate fascists, or any theological fascists.
6. Thou shall not murder is different concept than killing in self defense. Did not David kill Goliath in self defense?
7. Adultery can involve transgressions not about sex. Most use adulterate or adultery to reference oath, promise, or loyalty breaking sexual relations motivated by lust for animal like romance.
Adulterate or adultery can also reference oath, promise, or political loyalty betrayals motivated by lust for power, greed, or vanity. Appropriate examples include Republicans also known as RINOs who betray those who voted for and or supported their election campaigns. (Entry # 457)
8. Natural law can prove God exists. Three ways to prove Heaven exists:
- Empiric naturalist experiences; who could doubt, after witnessing first sunrise and first sunset after a hurricane that God does not exist?
- Faith in gleaned lessons from teachings of Judeo-Christian Holy Bible;
- Combining mathematics and logic.
Texas Drifter’s efforts to meagerly contribute to proving that God exists started in early 1970’s while studying Mayan math system is Yucatan, Mexico.
Using math and logic, there are two ways to duplicate any entity: fragmentation and reproduction.
Fragmentation in math is represented by division. Divide any entity represented by any numerical formula not zero and fragmentation product is not zero. Conversely divide any entity represented by zero by any numerical formula and fragmentation product is zero as entity represented by zero does not exist.
Reproduction in math is represented by multiplication. Multiply any entity represented by any numerical formula not zero and reproduction product is not zero. Conversely multiply any entity represented by zero by any numerical formula and reproduction product is zero as entity represented by zero does not exist.
Translation if God does not exist, then God in above formula would be zero, and absolutely nothing would exist as any fragmentation or reproduction by or of God would not be possible. (Entry # 187)
9. Artificial consciousness and social power: might may or make right but social power always determines outcome. Social Power (SP) Equals (=) Quality (Q1) Plus Quantity (Q2) Over Timing. You the reader can write out formula. Formula you just wrote out is only half or one side of the formula for success. The entire formula includes one side for good guys and one side for bad guys.
When formula is combined with artificial consciousness one can create the Marshall Weapons System. Background information can be found in “Diamonds Only No Paper” along with other citations. Natural consciousness can be described as awareness of one’s surroundings based on one of three processes: unitary, binary, and ternary. Ternary systems are composed of positive, negative and neutral units (+1,-1, & 0).
Artificial Consciousness Processes (ACP) may eventually supplement or even replace software in determining appropriate plan or goal selection; choosing strategy, executing strategy or responses in social power encounters.

10. Role of Judeo-Christian principles and values is undeniable. Word “independence” was inspired in a church by young patriot Nathan Hale. Hale is remembered for regretting only having one life to give to his country. Plus Patrick Henry’s “Liberty or Death” concept was first delivered in St. John’sChurch in RichmondVirginia in 1775.
Peter Muhlenberg was born in 1746 his father was one of the chief founders of the Lutheran church in America. Early in life Peter entered the ministry, and was a pastor of a church at Woodstock, in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.
When the war clouds began to gather, this minister, not satisfied with a written protest, informed the members of his church of his intentions to resign. The news attracted hearers near and far as Muhlenberg was one of the most popular ministers in Virginia. In his forceful sermon he spoke of the duties citizens owe their country. In closing he said, “There is a time for preaching and for praying. But there is also a time for fighting. Now this time has come!”
In the same moment he threw off his clerical garment and stood in the pulpit in the uniform of a Colonel of the Continental army. Muhlenberg for his excellent services to the Continental army was rewarded with the title of major-general. George Washington counted him among his confidential friends.
Despite comments by America last crowd, most of America’s Founding Fathers principles originated behind walls of their churches. (Entry # 336)
11. American patriots’ limited patience has been established in Declaration of Independence. Excerpt from Declaration of Independence:
That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. 12. Individuals are not held accountable for other individual’s conduct on judgment day. Why, judgment day is personal.
