3. Rulings that integrity of Constitution and Bill of Rights are subject to “discretions” of Executive Branch (President and Administration) even though civil bureaucrats can enact and enforce any Nazi type law or regulation Bush II liked or Obama likes.
4. Provide illegal immigrants with more civil rights and property rights than law abiding citizens tax payers.
5. Reader can add examples of ASSS Court decisions that reflect “hard tyranny” not soft tyranny as some still proclaim.

Other not for America traditions, values, principles core documents, constitutional due process laws, ethical capitalism, domestic tranquility, and national security are journalists who propagandize for Wall Street Journal and Fox News. The pretend to be conservative patriots really represent RINO corporate fascism. Perhaps some one should explain to Fox News that “fair and balanced” more accurately represents “propaganda light” as apolitical truth for justice seeks to be neither “fair” nor “balanced”.

Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrat Texas U.S. Representative Henry Cuellar of Laredo represents one of evil among us in U.S. Why, Cuellar supports Comprehensive Immigration Reform which will sacrifice futures of American Hispanic citizens’ children and grandchildren; while benefitting illegal immigrants’ future children and grandchildren.
Someone needs to explain to Cuellar that primary goal of perimeter security is stopping threat from crossing border not tracking illegals after they have illegally crossed border. Make no mistake Cuellar’s support of Comprehensive Immigration Reform makes Cuellar a true accessory to damages inflicted on American Hispanic citizens’ children and grandchildren.
Reader asks what Cuellar betraying his own ethnic heritage has to do with ASSS Court. Simple “loop holes” in Comprehensive Immigration Reform will give illegal immigrants more rights to constitutional due processes than American Hispanic citizens. Never forget, Cuellar denies, Cuellar lies.
