Texas Drifter’s Alternative to Comprehensive Immigration
Marshall’s Law Dateline – U.S. Senate’s eight gangsters and their Comprehensive Immigration represents 844 pages and guesstimated half a million words with bribes for practically every political strumpet in America.
Above Republican gangsters like to hide their policies behind amnesty which is not amnesty. Truth being known, their comprehensive immigration plan is not amnesty rather clear example of bribery.
Definition of amnesty – an act by government to forgive crimes of a large group of individuals; act of forgiveness does not include allowing those forgiven to benefit or profit from their crimes.
Definition of bribery is offering money or other incentives to persuade some individual or group to generally do something illegal like “selling their votes”.
Other definitions of interest for reader involving Republicans compromising with Democrats on comprehensive immigration:
Reader needs to distinguish between “compromise among” and “compromise with”.
Three related definitions
1. Compromise has two equal first meanings: mutual concessions and shameful concessions
2. “Among” refers to mutual concessions within company or associations
3. “With” refers to shameful concessions with opposition
Translation:
1. Conservatives compromising with conservatives result in mutual concessions;
2. Conservatives compromising with those in opposition to conservative principles are shameful or dishonorable concessions.
Those benefitting from bribery and shameful concessions:
1. Democrats satisfying their lust for power for votes to corrupt America’s constitutional election process;
2. RINOs for votes they will never ever get, plus satisfying Republicans lust for greed from cheap labor;
3. Allies and collaborators with above groups based on their vanity driven by lies that world owes them a living.
Some of those benefitting from cheap what used to be called feudal labor, groups like Chamber of Commerce, some agriculture interests, some contractors, and other unethical capitalists marginally known as corporate fascists.
Other s benefitting from Democrats and RINOs comprehensive immigration include:
1. Marxist-fascist Progressive Liberal Democrats;
2. RINOs whose true loyalties are Republican aristocrat ruling elites and other interests serving corporate fascism;
3. Most public sector unions and most public sector bureaucrats;
4. Those “minority” members who feel world owes them a living who hate America, and who also hate races and ethnic groups different than their own;
5. Most illegal immigrants;
6. Islamic-fascist terrorists plus their allies and collaborators;
7. Reader can insert specific names to above list, plus add names to list.
Stating the obvious, any policies regulating immigration; should be based on preserving: constitutional integrity, national security, domestic tranquility, ethical capitalism at minimum.
Texas Drifter’s alternative policy to comprehensive immigration is not based on lust for unconstitutional power, lust for greed, or lust to reinforce vanities of those who believe world owes them a living. These generally haters of races or ethnic groups always seem to follow America last and other Nations first ideologies.
Non-compromise Provisions for Texas Drifter’s Alternative to bad guys Comprehensive Immigration:
1. Generate independently verifiable numbers of how many illegal immigrants, both illegal border crossers and visa violators. Cannot solve problem until know bad problem is.
2. Secure Southern Border perimeter using parts of all branches of U.S. Armed forces, including “ports of entry”. Rules of engagement are simple: respond with lethal force in self defense scenarios. Reader must never forget, good nations keep bad guys out and do not worry about keeping people in.
3. Let Border Patrol and other security related agencies identify, locate, and deport visa and or document violators.
4. Deport illegal border crossers and visa/document violators with-in seventy-two (72) hours after detained unless illegal should be held for intelligence needs or criminal prosecution. Those, not in custody have sixty days (60) to voluntarily self deport and take their “ill-gotten gains” with them. Those detained after sixty-day (60) grace period will have all their assets subject to forfeiture. Message take your ill gotten gains and go home or eventually get caught and be deported with nothing. (Note - Texas Drifter is tired of hearing liberals and RINOs say “It is too hard or impossible to deport ten million illegal immigrants.” Truth about human nature, greed brought these people to America and greed to keep their ill-gotten gains will send them home.)
5. People caught transporting illegals or letting them stay in their homes will be subject to having “offending” assets seized through forfeiture.
6. People caught employing two or more illegals. Someone is going to prison: board members / owner, manager, or personnel director; does not matter who, but someone s going to jail.
7. Financial organizations getting caught wiring or sending money for those illegally in America, will be subject to administrative fines of seven times amount of money sent out of country by those illegally in America. People selling money orders had better ask for minimum identification; which is why illegals should not be issued driver’s license or other State identification papers. (Perhaps public bureaucrats issuing identification papers better make sure person getting ID is legally in America.)
8. Any illegal getting caught receiving any tax payer public “welfare subsidy” will never be allowed to return to America for any reason.
9. Illegal immigrants who commit violent felonies on U.S. soil will be tried as “unlawful enemy combatants” by special Nuremberg type tribunals. Illegals who act like foreign terrorists will be tried as foreign terrorists.
10. Southern Border rules of engagement – shooting at American troops, law enforcement, or any other American citizen from Mexican side of border will guarantee lethal force responses. For the record despite what Liberal Democrats and RINOs say, Mexico has not been and is not being a good neighbor to United States. Few examples:
- Mexico has stolen and continues to steal hundreds of thousands of acre feet of water from America which cause billions of dollars in damages to American agriculture interests;
- Mexico after decimating their fishing industry on their side of the Gulf of Mexico is now destroying America’s side of Gulf of Mexico fishing industry with fish pirates.
- Mexico promotes illegal immigration and cartel interests to cross into America to prevent violent revolution in Mexico against Mexico’s corrupt aristocracy.
- Mexico drains more money from U.S. economy than “legitimate” economic interests generate for America.
- Reader can add own examples of why Mexico deserves to be a neighbor with a fence between Mexico and America.

Cheer up conservatives, now you have an alternative to Republican back room gangsters’ comprehensive immigration.
Conservatives being reasonable might offer only one compromise: allowing ninety (90) days instead of sixty (60) days for illegals to take their ill-gotten gains and go back home. Liberals and RINOs who waste patriot’s time might have to settle for thirty (30) days grace period.
Reader now has two immigration policy choices:
1. Support Senate and House gangster plans;
2. Support Texas Drifter’s alternative plan with only one (one means one) compromise concerning number of days in grace period.
Other issues to be resolved after Texas Drifter’s alternative plan is in place, involves reparations due American citizens and those legally in America.
Technical definition reparations – compensation demanded from defeated nation, like Germany paying reparations following World War I.

Lincoln’s initial “emancipation” applied only in the South; and was implemented to create Black terrorists to torture, rape, and murder Southern women, children, and old people. Sorry to inform liberal Blacks, since United States won the Civil War they are owed no reparations from winning States. Texas Drifter being in a compassionate mood; will use generic definition of reparations for this writing exercise.
Generic definition of reparations is compensation for a wrong. If any individuals are entitled to reparations from America’s Civil war; it would be family members of those women, children, and old people murdered, raped, and murdered by Black terrorists Lincoln unleashed on Southern civilians with his only in the South emancipation during America’s First Civil war.
Moving on to contemporary times, Americans are owed compensation from Saudis for their back room support of terrorists that have murdered and maimed tens of Thousands of Americans.
Another nation owing Americans compensation is Mexico. Why, consider following:
1. Billions of dollars in damages to America’s agriculture interests caused by Mexico stealing water from U.S. about ten years ago; plus water Mexico is currently stealing from American border residents currently approaching estimated 450,000 acre feet.
2. Tens of millions of dollars in damages from Mexican fishing vessels stealing fish from U.S. side of Gulf of Mexico.
3. Billions of dollars in economic losses caused by illegal immigrants and drug cartels committing crimes on U.S. soil. Why, Mexico encourages illegal immigrants to flee to U.S. to prevent violent over throw of Mexico’s corrupt brutal aristocracy – which happens to be some of Republican ruing elites’ best friends. (Is it ironic that the two nations that owe most reparations to Americans are Republican ruling elites’ closest social friends and business allies?)
4. This list can be examined closer in another writing exercise. Reader should feel free do their own research; since FOX News protects Republican ruling elites just like major news media protects Obama and his allies.
Reparations can be resolved in fair just way at later time. One issue to be solved at implementation of Texas Drifter’s alternative immigration plan involves Reader’s two part assignment question.
Anchor babies and “Dream Act” demands by illegal immigrants, are both based on fraud. Translation contracts based on fraud are invalidated in due process judicial systems; which means party engaged in fraud does not benefit from their fraudulent conduct. (Definition of fraud – crime of obtaining money or some other benefit by deliberated deception) Have illegal immigrants being custodians of their children and engaging in fraud; broken any social contract they might have had with American taxpayers to help educate their children? YES or NO
Second part of question, should those who legally entered America, and did not attempt to engage in fraud; would it be fairer for their children to be eligible to be educated by Dream act type programs funded by American taxpayers? YES or NO
Guess all that remains, is to see how many conservatives “hope” as used in last writing exercise that Democrats and RINOs will not betray with their bribery conservatives’ America? How, with Senator and House gangsters’ Comprehensive Immigration? Second part involves how many conservatives will support Texas Drifter’s alternative plan.
