Brief Bio
1. When Texas Drifter was young lad still sixteen or early seventeen; I took first place in a science fair by creating a virus to kill cotton boll worms. My joy at success was very short as numerous adults said I was an “idiot” for wasting my time; as chemicals were the future. Not wanting to waste my time being an “idiot”, I moved on to other interests.
2. Managed and conducted multiple legal "environmental" investigations; including one into Pfiesteria: most interesting trait is pfiesteria’s ability to camouflage itself – many governments were attempting to weaponize Pfiesteria as aerosol tool; who knows if they did? Imagine a bio-weapon that could be used to camouflage an epidemic. Translation person would be dead before doctors could figure out what killed them. Only terrorist tool that can compare in threat damages to bio-weapon similar to “Phantom Plus” is NEMP (Nuclear Electromagnetic Pulse) also referred to as EMP (Electro-Magnetic Pulse). Reader can pursue their own research of potential terrorists mass murdering weapons.
Will future historians report that one of America’s Achilles heels was spending more time and resources protecting livestock, plants, and wildlife from illegal exotic (foreign) animals, plants, and other critters entering illegally crossing America’s border; than resources spent controlling illegal immigrants who introduced pandemics into America’s human population?

CDC restricts the importation of animals and products, such as trophies and vectors, that may pose an infectious disease threat to humans. These restrictions apply to some pets, such as dogs and cats, as well as turtles, nonhuman primates, African rodents, civets, bats, and animal products capable of causing human disease (see www.cdc.gov/animalimportation/index.html). Animals taken out of the United States are subject, upon return, to the same regulations as those entering for the first time.
In addition to CDC, the Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) have jurisdiction over the importation of some animals. States may also have additional restrictions on the importation of animals.

Texas Border tick monitoring program: Cattle Fever Tick Eradication Program (CFTEP) was established in 1906 between producers and state and federal agencies, cattle fever ticks were largely eradicated from this country by 1943. As a result, the United States became free of Texas cattle fever, but cattle fever ticks still thrive in Mexico. CFTEP established a permanent quarantine or “buffer” zone along the Texas-Mexico border to keep the ticks out of the United States. But these potentially disease-carrying ticks—Rhipicephalus (Boophilus) microplus and R. annulatus—are now reinfesting Texas outside of the quarantine zone, thus increasing the risk of outbreaks of Texas cattle fever. Its reemergence could cause devastating monetary losses for U.S. beef and dairy producers.
Recently found in South Texas near porous Southern border: Yellow Dragon Disease (Citrus Greening) is caused by a bacterium, (Liberibacter asiaticus) and attacks the vascular system of plants. Once infected, there is no known cure. There are three known strains of the disease: Asian, African and Brazilian.

Annual "hall of shame" lists may become viable street tactics for exposing private companies or public sector organizations that engage in environmental terrorism. These publicly promoted lists can identify those who engage in corruption, abuse, or neglect of specific natural resources.
Categories for hall of shame lists should consist of city, regional, state and federal private businesses or public agencies. Criteria for nominees might include: 1) ignorance, 2) negligence, 3) corruption, 4) abuse of power, and 5) scientific fraud. Nominees may qualify with multiple criteria.
Closing thoughts, first, hall of shame lists are intended to influence public opinion; not change the foolish souls of incompetent, greedy, or anti private property, and public sector environmental terrorists. Second, private or public justice based on mob rule is always shameless and immoral.
The greatest threat to America’s environment is epidemics introduced by illegal immigrants from third world countries. Even if Americans had never heard the word terrorism, the border would still need to be closed to prevent third world epidemics being introduced into America.
Doubters need only examine impact of importing foreign flora and fauna on native American plants and animals. Nature is nature and people are influenced by laws of nature. Many third world infections like tuberculosis are less responsive to treatments of first world tuberculosis.
Illegal immigrants do not have reliable histories of completing U.S. treatment programs, actions that produces a third strain of more lethal and less treatable viruses that produces greater public health threats to Americans.
American public health investigators will never identify epidemic outbreak clusters when they are not looking for third world epidemic clusters. The eventual epidemic will start as follows: illegal immigrant workers overcrowded living quarters; moves through restaurants playing health department musical chairs; explodes from public schools into general public effecting senior citizens next.
It is ironic that the baby boomers’ first loses will be their children and parents. Maybe not ironic since these are the groups baby boomers ignored most for their decadent pop culture life styles. American politicians not securing Southern border and not deporting illegal immigrants for public health reasons could in effect be signing death warrants for millions of American citizens.
Texas Drifter prays that citizen victims of America’s incompetent political class will seek civil and criminal retribution for eventual unnecessary illegal immigrant public health problems. Justice is a two-sided sword. First side is used for resolving terrorist threats or illegal immigrant introduced epidemics. Second side of justice sword is for bringing to account Americans contributing to allowing terrorists or illegal immigrants on American soil.
