Texas Drifter: Politically Correct Policies Hate Crimes?
Marshall’s Law Dateline – Politically correct words and politically correct policies are different popularity driven impulses. Example is affirmative action laws driven by politically correct popularity impulses which reward criminals and punish law abiding citizens.
More specific examples include.
First, amnesty for illegal immigration, one source reports spirit of law: The first time an illegal immigrant is caught in the US it is a misdemeanor civil offense. This is because we want to be able to quickly deport illegal immigrants when they are caught at the border without the rigors of a jury trial. After the first offense, being caught a second time is a felony!
Does not politically correct consistency require that all American citizens convicted of first a misdemeanor then a felony, be granted amnesty as is treatment of illegal immigrants?
Also, Texas law defines felony fraud: felony of the third degree if the retail value of the item or service is $20,000 or more but less than $100,000. Illegal immigrants obtaining public subsidy benefits more than $20,000 would seem to be guilty of felony fraud?
Does not politically correct consistency require that all American citizens convicted of third degree felony fraud, be granted amnesty as is treatment of illegal immigrants. Illegal immigrants receiving public subsidy benefits for more than five years could well be charged with felony fraud of second degree, just asking.
Illegal immigrants committing felony fraud are not asked to repay monies obtained during their illegal immigrant crime sprees.
Does not politically correct consistency require that all American citizens convicted of third degree felony fraud, be allowed to keep their ill gotten gains as do illegal immigrants. It seems only fair that drug dealers should be granted amnesty and allowed to keep their illegal drug profits, as are illegal immigrants.
Illegal immigrants represent estimated ten percent of population, and commit about thirty to forty percent of crimes in America. Reader can start their own research by determining percentage of illegal immigrants in America’s jails and prisons.
Does not politically correct consistency require that other crime groups like drug cartels, street gangs, and other criminal organizations be granted preferential treatment like illegal immigrants?
Moving on to other categories of political correct hate crimes policies:
1. Affirmative action public subsidy programs for children of non U.S. citizens whose parents are cowards, criminals, and thieves. Punishing children of courageous, honest, hard working laws abiding American citizen parents by denying their children public benefits parents worked for by paying confiscatory taxes.
(Illegal immigrants are cowards by not staying and working or fighting to improve their countries like Mexico. They are also criminals, as illegally entering America is a crime thus name illegal immigrants. Also these people are thieves as they never turn down public subsidies which were intended for American citizens and those legally residing in America.)
2. Social Security using SSI to deny Medicaid benefits to citizens of Western European heritage. How, by delaying applicant’s benefits with non-due process application process, and “rigged” appeals until Anglo applicant dies from insufficient health care. Why, to distribute limited health care resources to minorities and illegal immigrants to generate votes for Marxist-fascist politicians like Obama and other Democrat Party candidates.
One technique used by SSI appeals death panels is “new doctor shopping” when their doctor’s recommendations do not please SSI appellate death panels.
One of many cases describing above process, Anglo man retired at sixty-two and started receiving Social security. At age sixty-four male, has severe stroke which requires hospitalization and five hundred plus dollars of monthly medications.
SSI determined man is totally disabled. SSI also ruled hope man can survive another four months until man is sixty-five and qualifies for Medicare. This man a veteran who had never received welfare or unemployment compensation, would not be “pushed out in hall” to die if SSI were not providing unlimited care to illegal immigrants.
SSI case workers are engaging in political correct policies which are synonymous with pre-meditated murder by negligent health care for merit raises. Translation: bureaucrats assassinating old and disabled for third world dollar amounts.
3. Texas Department of Public Safety Administration recently adopted policy to no longer use snipers in helicopters to try and disable vehicles trying to escape law enforcement at high rates of speed. Sounds like good idea until fleeing vehicle kills children crossing street in school zone. Who is more responsible for killing those young school children? The trying to escape driver in process of breaking no telling how many laws, or law enforcement attempting a politically correct high speed pursuit?
4. Republican U.S. House and Senate leaders, Republican ruling elite aristocrats, and their socialite celebrities compromising their oaths to uphold protect and defend; just to show liberal elites how civilized they are by kissing a tyrant’s blank.
Conservatives not having courage to either confront truth no matter how ugly, or denounce evil; what good are you to anyone except forces of evil?
