Texas Drifter: Of Scouts and Hired Guns
Marshall’s Law Dateline – Volunteers make best scouts and hired guns.
Scouts generally engage in surveillance or reconnaissance for intelligence, or investigations for leads or evidence. Some covert scouts are called spies.
Hired guns generally engage in executive protection (body guards), professional soldiers or specialized assault teams.
Many may disapprove term hired gun. Reader can select their own term. Examples like: free lance; fee lance; hired gun; patriotic warrior; sheriff’s posse; or other term that inflates their vanity.

All above volunteers share devotions to professional abilities and personal integrity.

Some basic experience lessons include:
1. Agent gets paid same for good, bad, or inconclusive intel-leads or best conclusions.
2. One can teach a monkey to point and pull a trigger. It is harder to teach a person when to pull a trigger; and practically impossible to teach person how to live with consequences of pulling a trigger.
3. Translation – instructors can teach experience based lessons; it is harder to teach instincts which start reflexes. Summary, always be ready and waiting; then beat them before they “clear leather”.
4. When agent “messes up” client/s or team members can lose their lives, liberties, and properties.
5. In private sector, losing client/s means no more assignments. Who wants to hire anyone who gets them killed?
6. In private sector, losing team members means no more “good” help. Private sector volunteers like to survive to enjoy wages of their labors.
7. Boss is always right even when boss is wrong; agent does not like boss’s decisions, agent should go work for someone else and take their money.
Other field experience not desk pilot lessons:
1. Know limits and make sure perceptions of limits are not blinded by lack of training, experience, or excess vanities.
2. Know mental abilities and limits.
3. Know physical limits and abilities.
4. Understand importance of training as one performs on assignments like they trained.
5. Know needed resources and available resources.
6. Need team members one can always depend on; not team members one can hopefully depend on.
7. Know difference between field experiences and desk pilot experiences.
8. Realistically understand team member capabilities.
9. Know what one is working for is worth working for.
10. Agent/s get paid to get good intelligence, not shoot up neighborhood; plus security teams get paid to protect client and assets not leave collateral damages.

Definition of truth is information that corresponds to fact or reality.
Hopefully reader can explain logic of following:
1. He is a nice man except when he is sexually molesting children.
2. She is a good wife except when she steals money to feed her children, so she can buy heroin and turn tricks on streets.
3. He is a good husband except when he drinks too much and beats his wife and children.
4. Bush II is a nice person except when as President, he involved America in foreign wars for associates’ profits; except when his policies benefitted corporate fascists; except when his porous border immigration policies resulted in violent crimes by illegal immigrants against hundreds of thousands of collateral damages citizens; except when his education policies helped Marxist-fascists trash America’s traditions, values, and principles; except when he honored communist leaders who never had any nice thing to say about America; except when he and his family dishonored President Reagan and treated conservatives like red headed step children.

Perhaps way too many Americans are suffering from what Texas Drifter refers to as “battered citizen syndrome” which is similar to battered spouse syndrome. Seems way too many Americans “get off” on their elected political leaders lying to them and physically abusing them with despotic laws, excessive regulations, and physical abuses?

Another theme, many American communities, especially border communities like in South Texas, are being invaded by foreign national doctors seeking to practice medicine in America.
Reader needs to understand there is a difference between having the education, training, and skills to be a good doctor; and being a good doctor based on America’s traditions, values, and principles.
Many not all of these foreign doctors from Mexico, Middle East, and other third world countries are America hating socialists, greedy, racists, sexists, indigent despising horrible humans whose medical skills are diminished by their anti-American cultural values and complete absence of any ethical standards.
These foreign health care providers should have their licenses issued for probationary time frames, and their services monitored to determine if their services are consistent with America’s values.
Many of these foreign health care workers seem more likely to practice bad medicine and justify stealing public resources with their devotion to unethical capitalism which are normal procedures in third world country many foreign doctors left.
Another issue concerning America’s health care system involves many American doctors tolerating incompetent, corrupt, abusive, negligent conduct “among their own ranks”; and will never cross that “green money line” to improve quality of health care services delivered.
How many nurses have had their careers ruined by doctors wanting to protect their brotherhoods’ “green money line”? Reports suggest that “horrible bed side manners” by doctors could be a primary cause of excessive jury civil suit settlements; which results in good doctors paying higher insurance premiums which affects everyone including their patients.
Perhaps most repulsive quality of many doctors is their “I am God and you are just a stupid patient” attitude. Such attitudes could also affect juries’ decisions in civil verdicts.

Marshall Law Dateline –Citizens not differentiating between ethical capitalists and unethical capitalists like conservatives in name only (CINOs), especially pretender conservative ratings motivated talk show hosts; are not likely to differentiate between marital fidelity and marital infidelity.
Definition of Marxism: political economies where property and means of production are owned by governments (federal, state, or local). Definition of fascism: property and means of production are superficially owned by private citizens, but are so regulated by governments that there is essentially no difference between Marxism and fascism.
Worst case scenario involves blending of Marxism and fascism as in contemporary America. Consider Obama’s Marxist-fascist policies alliance with Republican aristocratic ruling elites known as Obama Republicans.
Types of fascism:
1. Marxist-fascism;
2. Corporate fascism (political correct term is crony capitalism);
3. Theological fascism – Islamic fascist terrorists;
4. Ideological Fascism – like that being promoted by some right wing cult leaders who will only provide Robespierre type regimes.
Types of capitalism are ethical and unethical; reader not knowing difference between ethical and unethical might pursue other reading interests.
Note corporate fascism and unethical capitalism are different. Unethical capitalism usually involves private sector parties. Do not believe concept cites specific subsidies for specific individuals or special interest groups.
Why would it; doing so would conflict with America’s Bill of Rights, written to protect all, not a select few special individuals? That is unless one happens to be “special” because “world owes them” like Obama or Obama Republicans.

Texas Drifter: Questions for Some Americans
Marshall Law Dateline – Some questions need answers some do not, example is it fair to say that most Americans do not care how evil Marxist-fascists and corporate fascists want to be; so long as they do not practice their evil on American traditions, values, and principles?
Definition of question is interrogative expression often used to test knowledge.
First question for some Americans: Why would 180 plus volunteers stand beside Colonel Travis behind crumbling walls of old church named Alamo?
Perhaps answer can be guesstimated by first learning little about Colonel Travis’ background.
Vanity is not being expressed with idea that, why should one re-write good reports already written. Following example re-affirms previous observation. Following insert from “William Travis’ Ring” author Martha Deeringer published October 2013 Texas Co-op Power – Page 33.
Start partial inserts: Travis came to Texas from Alabama in1831 as a 22-year-old lawyer, who legend has it, was fleeing the law after killing a man he discovered trifling with his wife. He traveled alone, leaving his son and pregnant wife alone.
In Texas, Travis established a new life for himself… where there were few lawyers and business was brisk.
While on a business trip … Travis met Rebecca Cummings. …Travis who had listed his marital status as single on Stephen F. Austin’s records; had to tell Rebecca that he was still married to a woman in Alabama. It was unwelcome that this was welcome news, but the two continued to keep company.
In 1835 Travis joined the Texian army as it prepared to battle Mexico for Texas Independence, promising Cummings that as soon as his divorce was final they would marry. As a parting gesture of his affection, he gave her a brooch; and Cummings the cat’s eye ring from her finger and gave it to him. Travis threaded it on a piece of twine and wore it around his neck. He would never see Rebecca again.
Knowing his death was imminent, wrote Betty Smith Meischen in her book “From Jamestown to Texas: A History of Some Early Pioneers of Austin County” [iUniverse 2002], Travis placed the string with the ring around the neck of 15-month-old Angelina Dickinson, one of the non-combatants who survived the siege. Every defender was killed.
… It would be nice to think that after such a traumatic beginning, Angelina the “babe of the Alamo” who inherited Travis’ precious ring went on to live a happy life. Texas Drifter: 2013 Christmas Story Two – History of The Manger
Marshall’s Law Dateline – Recent question by editor Marshall of Texas Drifter: Of over six hundred writing exercises published, which is your personal favorite? Texas Drifter’s answer: “History of The Manger”. Perhaps I might explain why, if I ever consent to an interview. America’s anti-Judeo-Christian Marxist-fascist Progressive Liberal Democrats will try, but should not be allowed to prevent teaching history of America’s traditions, values, and cultural principles on public property.
Supporting examples include the following: bitter, world owes me, hate filled, America last activists, judges, and bureaucrats denying Christmas mangers on public property.
Another example, public school children prohibited from performing Christmas songs, plays, and other activities as historical lessons on public property. Factual distinction for all those bitter, “world owes us”, racists, hate filled, America last activists, judges, and bureaucrats: teaching history of America’s traditions, values, and principles is a totally different activity than trying to respect an establishment of religion. Simon: Oh, Heavenly Father, forgive my selfishness. You have blessed me with the privilege of owning the finest olive gardens, the finest sheep herds, the finest inn, and the most profitable market in all of Judea. Yet my rapacious soul would trade all these earthly blessings for the honor of gazing upon your son the Messiah.
(Suddenly the still wind chimes introduce a saintly intruder)
Anna: You will not die until you have seen God’s anointed King.
Act I
(Quirinius on a small throne in his temple with figure kneeling before him)
Quirinius: Rise, my fool of a son (person rises). Caesar Augustus has ordered a census to be taken across the empire to make the collection of taxes more efficient. I am commanding you to carry out Caesar’s orders in Judea. If you can accomplish this task I shall reward your efforts by making you tax collector for Judea.
New Census Taker: I wish to thank you.
Quirinius (interrupts): I have no time for fool’s babble. Who is the most influential merchant in Judea?
Census Taker: Simon of Jerusalem. He has the finest olive gardens, the largest sheep herds, the finest inn, and the most profitable market.
Quirinius: I have heard of Simon. Tell me more.
Census Taker: Simon is a devout man who refuses to engage in money lending or take an interest in politics.
Quirinius: Destroy this Simon of Jerusalem.
Census Taker: Why? He is an honest merchant without enemies.
Quirinius: It is not Simon that could be a threat but the thieves who may use his wealth against us. Be gone, I have grown tired of you.
Act II
(Six months later – Quirinius on a small throne in his temple with Census Taker kneeling before him)
Quirinius: Rise, my fool of a son: Report to me about your progress on the census and Simon of Jerusalem.
Census Taker: The census taking process is on schedule. As for Simon of Jerusalem: I released locusts into his olive gardens. I destroyed his sheep herds with plagues. I burned his inn. I had bandits steal his wealth, and I have incited riots at his market so none will shop there. I am ready to return as tax collector.
Quirinius (erupts in to rage): You fool you have signed both our death warrants. I ordered you to destroy Simon, not his property. How can taxes be paid to Caesar with barren trees, dead sheep, ashes, empty coffers, or empty market places? Guards, let it be known that my fool son’s inheritance shall be sent to Caesar to reimburse Simon’s losses resulting from my fool son’s actions. Let it also be known that my son shall be banished from Syria for the remainder of my life.
Act III
(Simon and Simon’s Helper standing by three-sided shelter)
Simon (pointing): Isn’t it beautiful?
Simon’s Helper: Sir, how can a man who never cheated or punished the innocent, a man who has lost everything he earned his entire life, see beauty in THIS? Sir, every night, I shed tears of confusion not knowing why Heaven is punishing you.
Simon: My dearest lifelong friend, I see beauty in THIS because I see opportunity. As for Heaven punishing me, stewards of faith know the difference between punishment and preparation.
Simon’s Helper: Where’s the opportunity in having a stable without a bucket to bring water, or straw for feed?
Visitor (enters stage): I am looking for Simon of Jerusalem.
Simon: I am Simon of Jerusalem.
Visitor: Many decades ago before I was born, you loaned my father this bucket. His dying words were that I return your bucket with five donkeys loaded with straw.
Simon: I grieve for the loss of an honest man. I greatly accept the return of my bucket. Heaven only asks for tithes of ten percent; it would be a sin for me to accept straw from your donkeys. Now I must go to the temple to pray for your loss.
(Turning to helper) Use the bucket to bring us water.
Conclusion: (Simon returns to stable to find stable half full of animals and Simon’s Helper talking to another visitor)
Simon’s Helper: Great news, a few more customers and you shall have enough profits to buy new sheep.
Simon: I thought I said I could not accept straw from the visitor.
Simon’s Helper: The visitor insisted that the straw from five donkeys was a gift, not interest for a debt.
Simon: Who is here now?
Simon’s Helper: Some man less fortunate than us. The man cannot afford shelter for his wife who is about to give birth.
Simon: What were you telling this man who is less fortunate than us?
Simon’s Helper: I was telling him that Heaven was preparing him, not punishing him.
Simon (interrupts): And?
Simon’s Helper: I shall tell Joseph that it would be an honor for you to share your stable; with him, his wife, and their soon to be born child.
Simon: I must return to the Temple to seek Anna’s guidance.
(At the Temple)
Anna (to Simon): Eight days later during Mary’s purification offering at this Temple, you will speak, “Lord now I can die content for I have seen him as you promised.”
(Pause – Simon and Anna freeze as Simon’s Helper walks on stage)
Simon’s Helper: Anna’s prophecy came true, and Simon found peace as a contented man. Simon later restored that which had been lost to the “would- be” tax collector. I might add that his restoration work was made much easier by my loyalty. Let me tell you about my tireless efforts.

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Following All Right Magazine “updated classic” Christmas story, is first of two part series for the children.
Story Concept: Santa Claus’s legend suggests Santa does not leave presents for children who have been naughty; rather children who have been good. Obama knows that Santa’s Elves can not produce enough toys for both good and bad children, but can barely produce enough toys for just good boys and girls.
Obama’s goal is to keep Santa from delivering toys to good boys and girls so as to not only destroy Santa’s reputation; but also deprive good children of their motives to be good. Obama’s secret objectives are to turn good boys and girls into bad girls and boys.
News Breaking Headlines – Santa Kidnapped by Obama – Rumors Suggest That Santa Is Being Water Boarded, and Obama Seeks Death Penalty for Santa.
Child reporter asks Obama: Why are you so cruel to Santa, and why do you want to kill Santa?
Obama’s response: I ordered Homeland Security to kidnap, physically abuse, torture, and execute Santa Claus. Why, because when I was a spoiled, obnoxious, annoying, mean, evil little boy; Santa never brought me presents.
Justice “Judas” Roberts of the Supreme Court will give likely me permission to sentence Santa to death. Why, because rumor has it that “Judas” Roberts hates Santa for the same reasons, I, your messiah President Obama hate Santa.
All Democrats and people in my Administration are Santa haters; you know why, we all believe that all children good and bad should get the same free presents even if many of the children have been very bad and do not deserve presents. Answer is simple, “We are all godless Marxist-fascist America haters.”
That is why we oppose Santa’s standards of rewarding only the deserving. Free toys for all, even if we have to steal the good children’s toys to share with children who are only naughty and never nice. That is the mandated message I got from voters in my 2012 super majority election.
As I am America’s political messiah, I will kill Santa this year, and that Christmas child next year. Ha, ha, ha, ha; no one can stop messiah Obama.

Good boys and girls are smiling not only across America, but also the world as Santa is thanks to conservatives; expected to make it to North Pole in time to deliver presents to good boys and girls.
Insider reports claim the "Conservatives for Free Santa" group raid, freed Santa from one of Obama’s FEMA death camps early this morning; in a operation that many are claiming was magical and almost mystical.
Other reports have surfaced that Vice-President Biden, Senate Leader Reid, Congress Representative Pelosi, unnamed Hollywood celebrities, and Obama Republicans also known as Republican establishment aristocrats like: McConnell, Boehner, McCarthy and Cantor along with other Republican Tories were seen attacking Santa’s elves with baseball bats while singing “Long rule Obama”.
Reports also claim that Obama upon hearing the report of Santa’s escape started screaming: I will be the most dishonest, lying, deceitful, mean, cruel, evil messiah President the United States has ever had.
A news reporter asked a small boy what he thought about Obama hating Santa Claus responded: Who cares why that shrimp of a man Obama is such a loser? Santa will always live in our hearts no matter what shrimp Obama does.
America’s children will deal with Obama after the first of year when we finish celebrating Christmas Child’s birthday. Until then as Santa always says Merry Christmas to all.
