Texas Drifter: Republicans Ignoring SS Indigent Genocide?

Marshall’s Law Dateline – What should Republicans choosing to ignore Obama’s and Social Security’s least of least indigent genocide read? America’s Social Security Agency seems to be carrying out public policies which engage in bureaucratic lynching of indigent aged and disabled private citizens. Following is not compilation of many cases, rather one single case involving one individual.

Indigent refers to America’s “least of least” that are too impoverished to qualify for minimum standards public health care, not public subsidy addicts better known as professional welfare recipients who receive thirty thousand to forty thousand dollars year in tax payer disposable assets. Genocide is defined as systematic killing of all the people from national, ethnic, religious, or specific economic class like indigent.

Texas Drifter is in mood for children’s ditty before starting this writing exercise which will be longer than most.

Several years ago, Texas Drifter was between ranches when I met for purposes of this writing exercise, man I will call Blake James, who was also between ranches. Between ranches is how ranch security people describe being between assignments. Following incidents took place in Texas; and more likely than not, describe how Social Security also does business in America’s other forty-nine states.

How Blake James life got to following letter for his attorneys will follow reader’s review of letter.

Sent letter to (city name) SS office last Tuesday that I would attend September 00, 2012 judicial hearing.

Questions to maybe ask them:
- Why they engaged in “doctor shopping”? Their doctor in (city name), Texas said he did not even need to finish my exam as he could tell I should qualify – He also said he did not know how SS would rule on my case.
- Why did SS ignore their doctor’s test results, my doctors’ reports and evaluations and all stress tests and other tests taken at (hospital name) since summer 2007 for two tests costing less than $300. (Three hundred dollars) combined in (city), Texas?
- What are results of two sets of chest X-rays taken by SS’s doctor in (city), Texas – I saw both sets of tests and would like to see them in court as in first X-rays set, one lung looked one third smaller than other lung.
- Two of current medications recommend that I not drive – who is going to drive me to any job that is not in close walking distance?
- It takes greatest effort on my part to bend over and pick up a coin off the floor, plus I can not breathe in some situations if I try to bend down.
- Also I can only sleep on my left side as sleeping on right side does not generate enough air for me to sleep more than few minutes.
- Other questions can be developed as needed.

Questions for career counselor:
- What is name of Texas agency issuing class “A” investigator’s license?
- What are qualifications and criteria to take and pass exam to qualify for class “A” investigator’s license?
- What are costs to set up and operate private investigation/security company including cost of driver to drive me around?
- Who is going to hire almost 64 year old investigator/security person in poor physical conditioning and health which will raise company’s other employee’s health insurance premiums not counting cost of transporting that employee from job site to jobsite?
- Other questions can be developed as needed.

Remember you said I am almost disqualified due to my almost earning five dollars month too much – will follow your lead – noticed SS made me eligible from April 2009 more accurate date would be summer 2007; guess I will work with their arbitrary settlement date; leave these issues up to you – key medical issues seem: avoiding stress for low heart infraction level (word may be seriously misspelled); trouble breathing; physical mobility; and problems with co-ordination sometimes.

Texas Drifter learned from an attorney that SS does not have to provide information or evidence they gather during course of their investigation of applicant during initial application, appeal, or what SS describes as Administrative trial.

SS is also not required to inform applicant that applicant might have life threatening health situation; this allows SS to delay application process to allow applicant time to die so SS does not have to pay applicant benefits. Also increasing applicant denials, allows SS workers opportunities for more merit raises.

Translation will follow after reader learns of events that caused Blake James to write above letter. Be reminded the following events are not compilation of events that happened to different people; rather events affecting one individual.

“Just the Events Verbal Diary” Blake James notes transcribed by Texas Drifter

- Problem started June 07 sinus problems
- First part July having trouble breathing; nothing seemed to help
- Foreman took me to two “free” doctors both determined after taking blood pressure and listening to chest area with stethoscope problem was emphysema; gave me sample drugs; wished me luck
- Condition worse did not sleep more than fifteen minutes at time from mid July to Mid-August; kept trying to work for food; having photo hallucinations at night
- Sometime late August foreman said he was going to leave me at hospital emergency room to crawl inside or into alley he did not care
- Made it into hospital their evaluation was not emphysema rater congenital heart problem; stabilized condition after about week, gave me some drugs and prescription for County to fill, said if I could not get ride home they would call taxi to leave along side of road, foreman came to take me back to ranch
- County said they had no money for follow up care and only half the drugs on prescription, told them I wanted most expensive
- About two weeks later I had stoke that erased my memory, and paralyzed right side of body
- Foreman said they did not mean to be cruel but I had to leave ranch as they were not running nursing home, foreman found a place to move my fifth when I could do minimum security for place to park my trailer, he said I never liked you as he gave me one hundred dollar bill for food and electricity, said it was from other ranch hands who did not like me either; said I would get his money back, he said forget it boys and me do not want people thinking we like you; money was blessing as I used it to buy one twenty-five cent meal day at a senior citizens center not far from my new work site
- Friend made me contact Social Security: worker said I had two options: one get a “guia” (guide) and regularly pay him percentage of my benefits plus I would need to take psychiatric drugs or two come back when I was sixty-two for Social Security check and apply for health care benefits. I do not remember exactly what I said but it involved something about not paying blanking extortion of taking psychiatric drugs which made people fat and stupid. I knew a person who took the SS extortion and drug plan, and it turned him into a bloated zombie.
- Time frame above from June 07 through September 07.

- Time frame from October 07: survival involved making twenty dollars week to thirty dollars week part time with devotion to self therapy, August 08 was thinking about finding real ranch bad move on my part generated hernia that eventually became size of small cantaloupe, by spring of 09 real problem had developed.
- County said they had no money for indigent old white men, bad part was I had job offers if I could get problem fixed; contacted doctor who said he would finance operation if I could make two-hundred fifty dollar deposit; friend loaned me the money and took me to appointment, doctor said $250 was for office visit and I needed another $250 for deposit. Later learned hospital would not finance operation without several thousand dollars deposit.
- Talked to a “family friend” who was on hospital Board of Directors explained I could get a job to repay loan for operation. He said their non-profit hospital had other policies: I should wait until I was near death then get a ride to the emergency room. (I might add the emergency room with same stabilize and let die somewhere else policies)
- Tried every way possible to arrange for the operation so I could get back to work, December 24, 2009; was re-admitted to emergency room with pneumonia
- Same process as before, stabilize health then dismiss to die somewhere else; this time I was given no sample drugs, rather a prescription by a doctor who had lost his license for fraud who was not licensed to practice in Texas.
- Drugs were paid for by friend on one time basis as it hurt their family budget.
- By way hernia was not repaired as required by law, who cares about law in health care.
- County said they had no money to help old white man. Friend told me to contact out of Rio Grande Valley hospital. I did, they said if I could get letter from County that they could not help me; the out of Rio Grande Valley Hospital would help me as soon as I could hitch hike or catch a bus to their facility.
- Middle of January hernia cutoff blood circulation that caused me to go into shock, friend took me back to emergency room; emergency room doctor said I was not to leave hospital without necessary surgery; on staff surgeon came in and basically said why should I call staff in for operation we will never get paid for, he told nurse take his blood pressure and get him out of here. It took three different pieces of old enough equipment to read my blood pressure low enough to dismiss me.
- Went back to County, they said they would not write me a letter that they did not have funds to help me. I asked them if the clothes they had on were what they were going to wear on the evening news as I was about to call every television station I could. Bureaucrat told me to return to her office in couple days to pick up my papers for thirty thousand dollar grant.
- Thought my life was about to get better, was I wrong.

Blake James: Where was I, (name) County health care grant; it came with strings like it could only be used for (name) County “approved” doctors, facilities, and pharmacies. Contacted several better known doctors on list, only to learn they had dropped out of indigent healthcare grant system as (name) County had bad reputation of not paying “entire bills in timely” manner.
- Contacted closest pharmacy only to learn that it had also dropped out of program as County tended to only pay about ten percent of invoices “when ever they are in mood”.
- Located doctor still on list and explained to him how much money I had, and what I needed; he said the operation could only be scheduled after sufficient consultations and enough tests.
- Three months later after many consultations and repetitive tests, doctor told me; that he could not perform the operation I requested, until I had another different operation. (Seems like he would not make as much money on operation I needed.) Explained that operation he suggested would use remaining part of my grant money and would leave me where I was when I first contacted him. We cordially parted way.
- Week or so later I applied for Social Security due me for turning sixty-two years of age despite warnings from a friend to move from area so as not to involve (city) Social Security office as they had a reputation of blanking over old white guys. Fool that I can sometimes be, I ignored his advice.
- Based on friend’s advice I contacted attorney to file for medical assistance after my application for my Social Security and been confirmed by Social security.
- County contacted me to inform me that they would not honor invoice claims on my grant before I applied for my Social Security, figure out that due process logic.
- My Social deposit did not arrive in timely manner. I contacted regional Social Security office who informed me that my application was in order; though only problem was my local Social Security office had reported me being dead. Ever try to convince any bureaucrat that you are not dead? Very frustrating process took several months, despite fact that computer resolution only took less than few minutes.
- Almost six months to the day after last emergency room visit for hernia cutting off my blood circulation, and starting to go into shock; contacted a friend who lived six hundred miles away who said he knew someone in the area who knew where I was, who could pick me up and take me to emergency room.
- After getting past intake worker I was left to lay on floor for over two hours before being assigned to stall; doctor walked in said I bet you hurt; how long you had the problem? Said eighteen months more ore less I forget. Why haven’t you had it fixed? Said I had no money or insurance. Doctor said, I have a friend who I will call to come down and help you.
- Explained to the surgeon, been told I cannot have operation as anesthesia will kill me due to weak heart. He said no problem we will do spinal and get you fixed up.
- Had the operation with follow up care and everything and started road to recovery. Guess good health care for indigent one of every four trips to hospital was standard for me.

Blake James closing comments: Recovered well from surgery which was not helped by Social Security’s policies to delay my health care until I die which is where my life is now. I learned that there are still few doctors and medical technicians and staff that have not been corrupted by Obama type health care. Kind of gives me hope for the future, hang on long enough and the good guys will show up.

Seems Social Security has been delaying my application now going on fifteen plus months with application process, appeals process, and maybe eventual administrative trial before administrative law judge; seems SS as been giving me a chance to die so they can close my case, now it seems like I will try to spite them by living as long as I can. If people think way SS is treating and have treated me is unpleasant? People need only wait till Obama healthcare goes into effect to experience how SS will treat everybody not just temporary indigent people like me.

Texas Drifter suggestion, reader might go back and read “Misc. Notes” letter by Blake James to his attorney first part (seven or eight paragraphs into) of this writing exercise to better appreciate following observations.

Translation for third paragraph following Blake James letter to James’s attorneys: the more applicants Social Security case workers, supervisors, and administrators let die to prevent paying applicants entitled benefits; the more merit pay raise for SS bureaucrats. SS has created an employment system that financially rewards bureaucrats for killing aged and crippled applicants.

Central premise in any judicial or public application screening process is due process integrity. Key component for due process is letting accused or applicant know evidence being used against them. Again repeated, one reason SS bureaucrats do not provide applicants with all information gathered against applicant is so bureaucrats can delay applicant’s application process allowing private citizens applicant time to die is to reduce government expenses which can be used to reward government supporters like illegal immigrants and other special interest groups. Some one might inform SS workers that engaging in these types of activities makes them accessories to murder.

SS workers like to claim why should we share results of our investigations with applicants we are using SS monies? Another lie, the funds SS workers are using came from private sector tax payers, a concept many SS worker do not seem capable of understanding.

Moral truth, lynching applicants by denying or delaying services until applicants die to generate merit raises for SS workers which prostitutes unconstitutional due processes is premeditated murder. Starting penalties for such behavior should be: loss of job and opportunity for any future public sector job, forfeit all benefits and pensions, prison time if appropriate.

Re-stated, SS not informing any applicant of information used to evaluate and or deny applicant’s claim is contrary to America due process traditions; and qualifies to be defined as fascist behavior by fascists. Even worse is totally lacking in human decency by not informing applicant they might have life threatening health condition before, during, or after application processes? Reader can use their own words to describe SS workers and supervisors who engage in such evil spirited behavior.

Preceding events can and do provide reader with glimpse of health care not only for America’s indigent aged and disabled; but also for all private sector and eventually public sector citizens. Only health care winners under Obama’s health care system will be:

1. Bigoted, racist, anti-American world owes me public agency administrators, supervisors, bureaucrats, and their public subsidy addict clientele.
2. Illegal Immigrants.
3. Obama supporters and allies including RINOs;
4. Would be cartel soldiers wounded in gangster shoot outs that are currently getting free health care on American soil.

OUTRO:
Above one case is not complicated, if bigoted, racist, evil spirited soul less bureaucrats would do to one Blake James what they did to him; what would the same evil spirited public bureaucrats do too how many other indigent aged and or crippled citizens?

Texas Drifter note: September 2012 represents fifth year anniversary that Social Security has been playing life and death games with one Blake James. His name may be fictitious, but the human rights abuses heaped upon him by Social Security and other public bureaucrats and contractors are real. Texas Drifter is not inclined to give passes to such decadent behavior regardless the excuses or rationalizations.

Reader’s assignment question: America’s indigent aged and crippled, when it comes to health care services are stuck between Purgatory and Hell? True or False

Solutions to Social Security engaging in genocide against indigent aged and disabled does not include more tax payer benefits for public subsidy addicts advocated by programs like Marxist-fascist Progressive Liberal Democrat Obama’s health care.

Texas Drifter 2012 Election Choices

Marshall’s Law Dateline - There always seem to be two kinds of voters, those who vote their consciences, and those who sell their votes as political strumpets. Translation: Judeo-Christians, conservatives, constitutionalists, ethical capitalists, Reagan Democrats, and patriots try to serve their consciences. The other side includes Marxist-fascist Progressive Liberal Democrats and their allies like public subsidy addicts, government union employees, celebrity liberals, RINOs, and other political strumpet allies.

Condensed version of “2012Election Choices” for reader without time to read writing exercise in its entirety: there are only two choices for voters in 2012 elections, vote to save America or vote for Obama and his evil allies to destroy Heaven’s favorite constitutional due process republic. That is it, just two choices vote for life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, or vote to become Obama’s political slaves and or die in Obama’s re-education camps.

Some issues for those with time to read this writing exercise in its entirety include:
1. consequences of parents sins on their children;
2. bureaucrats new self defense targets;
3. unethical green capitalism;
4. Most ignored issue in 2012 presidential campaign, Obama’s demoting and forcing patriotic public workers into retirement so as to replace them with Marxist-fascist goons who will carry out every Obama genocidal order against law abiding American citizens regardless of their race, ethnicity, religious beliefs, gender, and political beliefs.

On to item number one: consequences of parents sins against their children. If children brought illegally into America are entitled to stay due to variation of “Dream Act” or amnesty by any name; do not following also apply? That is unless illegal immigrants have more rights than law abiding American citizens.
1. Children whose parents do not pay property taxes should not be evicted from parents’ homes just because parents do not pay their property taxes.
2. Children whose parent or parents kill others in DUI accidents or bank robberies should not be made orphans as that is punishing children for sins of parents.

Federal governments’ efforts have been to hide with “redactions” their recent purchases of by some estimates, more than a billion rounds of ammunition. Reader can do their own research as there are more than estimated twelve million entries to be reviewed.

Little history lesson, Hitler did not build his armies just to watch them march. Reason suggests two possible federal government domestic uses for all their recently acquire ammunition:
1. Domestic feds bureaucrats have no faith in America’s Armed Forces to defend American soil from foreign invaders; not likely as domestic feds have allowed all foreign invaders who desire to invade America to cross America’s southern porous border.
2. Domestic federal bureaucrats intend to use their hundreds of millions of 40 Caliber and 223 rounds “in self defense” to defend themselves from private American citizens not wishing to become Obama’s and his allies’ political government slaves.

Texas Drifter will illustrate above item three with a question, as questions are often good training tools.

“In current times any government using tax payer dollars for commercial support of alternative energies like solar, wind, and ethanol are pure fascist economics at worst and unethical capitalism at best. Reason if these were cost effective good ideas, ethical capitalist businesses would be developing them without money stolen from tax payers.” True of False

Clue: Remember definitions of communism and fascism, in Marxist economies all property and means of production are owned by government. In fascist economies, all property and means of production are owned by private individuals, but are so regulated by government that in reality Marxism and fascism both end up at some place.

Item four is perhaps most ignored in 2012 Presidential Election, but one of most important in terms of Obama’s plans to turn Heaven’s favorite constitutional due process republic into dictatorship run by Obama’s hatreds, lusts, and whims. Obama administration has been demoting and forcing into retirement federal agency administrators who honor their oath to uphold and protect and defend America’s constitution from all enemies domestic and foreign.

These traditional “law and order types” have been replaced through top (estimating six plus or minus) administrative positions in all federal agencies with bigoted, racist, American hating supervisors and administrators who live to love defending themselves with lethal force against law abiding citizens who have no desire to become political slaves.

Obama Administration has and is continuing to compromise America’s national security and domestic tranquility by planting American haters in key intelligence and administrative management positions, not to mention how Obama has weakened national security intelligence by planting non-trustworthy personnel; not to mention weakened America’s armed forces by reducing budgets and buying defective military parts from China and other hostile to America’s national interest nations.

Two closing thoughts before reader considers type of voter they will be. First, William Casey former CIA Director reportedly once said, “Their only business is to stay out of my business.” Second thought by Texas Drifter, those not willing to fight for the right to stay free, should go home and play with their wife and kids.

Question for reader are you going to vote your conscience to save America? Or are you going to become a political strumpet and sell what ever you are willing to sell to become an accessory to Obama’s plans to destroy Heaven’s favorite republic?
