Texas Drifter: Has “Poor” Become Bad Word?
Marshall’s Law Dateline – There is difference between being poor and being indigent. Based on world’s standards, there is little “poverty” in America, doubt this observation visit a trash dump colony in some third world country like Mexico.
Many “poor” in America after receiving tax payer subsidies, have take home assets comparable to incomes of those with earnings of forty thousand dollars plus before taxes. The following is not about career poor, professional poor or public subsidy addicts; rather America’s indigent who are truly least of the least.
America’s indigent services are exaggerated by many conservatives and conservative talk show hosts who are little more than indigent “health care bigots”. These genuinely selfish celebrities not only ignore Judeo-Christian teachings; but are also by not distinguishing between ethical capitalism and unethical capitalism are threatening image of America’s ethical capitalism.
Before reader starts asking how Texas Drifter knows about treatment of America’s indigents? Texas Drifter, following incompetent American health care spent fours years as a “legal” indigent American who lived on less than one hundred twenty dollars month for four years. Due the math, that is less than thirty dollars a week to cover all living expenses for forty eight months. Following involves observations and experiences from that not so long ago part of Texas Drifter’s life when the one hundred twenty dollars a month was earned not charity.
Moving on to different subject: poverty vultures are those existing off, and administering public subsidy addict benefits:

2. Government basing increased poverty benefits on illegitimate unwed children;
3. Social Security encouraging bribes for “guides” and SSI delaying applications of Anglos until they die to use benefits to reward Obama supporters;
4. Emergency services based of racism – example: Cameron County, Texas during and immediately after Hurricane Dolly not offering status reports for elderly with Western European heritages. If Republican County Judge denies incidents of country workers refusing to check after storm emergency needs of “old white people, tell him Texas Drifter says he is a liar.
5. Racist administration policies of many public subsidy agencies like Food Stamps and SSI;
6. Dog tests for donated foods by churches, During Texas Drifter’s indigent days many church volunteers would keep best foods for themselves’ and serve spoiled and rotting food to needy. An old stray dog drifted into Texas Drifter’s “Free Spirit” work site, the dog’s job; test food left by churches; if “Dog” would not eat the food, neither would Texas Drifter.
7. Non-profits taking good materials leaving rest for needy – Salvation Army good reputation Red Cross less than stellar;
8. Social service unions for jobs and politicians for votes;

On to another topic, indigents receiving public subsidies, remember new concept: some conservatives and conservative talk show hosts being “health care bigots”. Texas Drifter is not claiming that Limbaugh, Hannity, and Levin are health care bigots; although their not distinguishing between health care benefits for career poor and least of least certainly makes it appear the label applies to them.

Career public subsidy addicts may have access to public health care; though many of America’s least of least indigent do not - Best solution includes establishing “community or church” medical centers for least of America’s least.
Current policies for America’s indigent include:
1. Stabilize and let die somewhere else;
2. Delay application until patient dies like SSI;
3. Services denied by minority racists against those of Western European heritage;
4. Service “fast tracked” for Democrat Party supporters;
5. Services provided not for indigent but those with money, those with insurance, those with public subsidies like career poor;
6. Additional examples added at later date. Like special interest health care;
Know of scenario where person had $30,000 grant for hernia operation, but doctor did not want to authorize hernia operation as physician’s primary interest was coronary care; and he would make more money prescribing unnecessary heart care than necessary hernia operation
Private sector needs to create some kind of “volunteer guardian consultant” to help patients receive needed care not financial care that is in doctor’s best interest. Topic for another writing exercise.
Many of those providing indigents with health care are people who do not help them when they are alive and indigent; then show up at funeral to show how much they cared like vultures for leftovers.
Some Solutions:
1. Limit all public subsidies totals to one minimum wage salary per adult in household;
2. Benefits based on number of parents or guardians in household not number of children;
3. Any illegal immigrant getting welfare benefits will perpetually forfeit privilege to ever apply for citizenship;
4. Offer rewards to citizens and public employees to report fraud cases with rewards based on percentage of savings;
5. Severe financial and jail penalties for those stealing money from least of least;
6. Greater role for churches and non-profits, time for them to start earning their tax exempt statuses;
7. Eliminate agencies and programs providing duplicate services.

Public assistance like charity is Judeo-Christian kindness not civil right. Consider following example how some people have turned poverty into bad word: “cooling center” scenario. Several local churches decided to set up “cooling center” during summer to help elderly and families with small children who did not have air conditioning in their homes. The plan was to provide an area where people could temporarily get out of un-cooled homes.
The volunteer churches first found a local businessman to let them use his small convention center. He agreed, and the churches agreed to reimburse him for electric costs; provide water; and manage those using center which was to be open from 10:AM until 7:PM.
After several days some of those using the cooling center wanted to know why food was not being served and entertainment like Spanish television was not being provided. They were informed that this was not a government program only service being provided by few local churches and volunteers. The group contacted local news stations to report they were being abused by white racists. Soon local gangs showed up and law enforcement had to be called to break up a gang fight. Those using the “cooling center” went on a rampage and destroyed toilets by shattering them to the floor and vandalizing small convention center.
All local churches and business leader received for their intended good efforts was being called racists, threatened, and expenses for repairing vandalized property. It should be noted that the least of least indigent were forced to suffer due to selfish vindictive actions of career poor who feels the world owes them a comfortable living.
Brutal truth, Marxist-fascist Progressive Liberal Democrats and RINOs by creating social class of public subsidy addicts have turned poor into a bad word. Who suffers the most, least of the least indigent; try to remember that you conservative healthcare bigots.
