Marshall’s Law Dateline – If aristocratic establishment Moderate Republicans also known as RINOs dismiss as they have, the need for any loyalty to conservatives’ principles for conservatives’ votes in 2012 Presidential election; why should conservatives cast their votes for RINOs’ Obama light candidate like you Mr. Romney?
More questions for you Mr. Romney, explain how you justify professing conservative “base” principles in primaries, while using Democrat Party tactics to destroy reputations of your conservative opponents in primaries?
Explain how you justify asking conservatives to compromise their principles and vote for you in general election after your principles have moved and are moving to political center; because you now seem to believe that Obama light principles are slightly better than Obama’s Marxist-fascist ideological beliefs?
Tell me Mr. Romney, would you sign an oath in public to Heaven to remain loyal after you were elected to following Judeo-Christian, conservative, constitutionalist, national ethical capitalist, and other patriots’ principles?
1. Too big to fail government is prohibited by Constitution and Bill of Rights.
2. Too big to fail monopolies are prohibited by anti-trust laws that prohibit anti-competitive behavior and unethical business practices that hurt businesses and consumers or both by generally violating standards of ethical behavior.
3. One rate flat tax rate for income revenues (excluding inheritance properties and monies) for all citizens: rich, middle class, and poor. Why, so all citizens have vested interest in how public sector funds are spent in peace time balanced budgets; even public subsidy addicts receiving over ten thousand dollars in public benefits should pay flat tax. Only citizens exempt would be indigent citizens who have “least of least.” Corporate taxes should be limited to ten percent off the top revenues with no deductions and no exemptions for Obama’s friends like General Electric.
4. Banks should be limited to banking processes and not be allowed to engage in speculative gambling with only five percent investments. Perhaps speculators should be required to deposit sizeable investments? Does reader recall how America’s home construction industry was destroyed with no down payment buyers who did not have resources to make minimum payments?
5. Re-connect disconnected supply and demand processes with ethical capitalism which excludes excessive domestic regulations by abolishing fascist agencies like EPA, Department of Education, and other agencies reader can name. Excessive regulations harm competitive production, and excessive public dollars create non- competitive demand while not increasing competitive supplies. Some American international ethical capitalist standards include: tariffs on nations using children, or political prisoners as “almost free labor” in trash environment work places. In America companies are required to return environment to “original state”.
6. Implement NSJA Policies and quit buying from countries like China, defective defense parts which threaten America’s national security so internationalist RINOs can make treasonous profits.
7. Achieve national energy independence by developing natural gas resources and necessary infra-structures; continue developing other energy sources like petroleum products, cleaner coal, and nuclear. No more public subsidies for green energy resources; these industries can make it on their own in private sector like all other energy industries.
8. Enact Public Employee Civil Liability Legislation. Additionally, public employees will lose their jobs and all benefits for intentionally distributing politically correct propaganda. Examples, if unemployment rate is fifteen to twenty percent, report that, do not “cook books” and report eight percent to make some lying politician look competent. Second if GNP (Gross National Product) is two percent and inflation is three percent do not report economy is doing well when economy is “losing ground”

10. No more “too big to prosecute” judicial attitudes for bankers, Wall Street, and high ranking bureaucrats and politicians.
11. No more conservative hypocrisy about indigent medical health care in America. Marshall’s Law Dateline – Recall a recent M.L. Dateline? – Romney is not yet Republican Party nomination; if Romney becomes RINO nominee and choice is Obama or Obama light that is a different issue. Until that infamous choice arrives, Romney is legitimate primary political target for principled conservatives. Contemporary choices are clear, anyone but Obama, and almost anyone but Romney.
Recall repetition is good training tool, a fiancée is not a wife; and a presumptive nominee is not a nominee until nominated at a place like Republican Convention in August 2012.
Perhaps second definition of presumptive applies to Romney: over confident behavior that is inconsiderate, disrespectful, and rude. Romney’s worst political adversary is his “mean spirited tell any lie too destroy any Republican to get nominated” personality driven by world owes me vanity. Four months will be an eternity for Romney.
Conservatives goal is to let public see how undeserving Romney is so conservatives can attend August convention with public poll numbers showing that Romney is such a loser; that he is even an embarrassment to aristocratic establishment Moderate Republicans like Bush Clan; such an embarrassment that even they settle for a conservative at a brokered convention. Remember conservatives’ new goal: anyone but Obama and almost anyone but Romney.
Real lesson of primaries was not that Romney was another Bush Clan type clone; real lesson was that some conservatives would “cut and run” on their principles by running to be politically correct before Romney was even nominated. Reader knows chameleon conservatives like: Texas Governor Perry, Newt, lots of celebrity conservative talk show hosts. Reader’s assignment list as many cut and run on their principles conservative as reader likes.
Now on to three conservatives that never cut and run on their principles; chameleon conservatives, RINOs, aristocrat establishment Republicans, and Obama allies can stop reading this writing exercise now; as they would not probably understand concept of loyalty to traditional American values and principles.
Example One: “When war clouds began to gather, this minister not satisfied with a written protest, informed the members of his community of his intention to resign – and that he would preach but once more. This news attracted crowds of hearers from near and far as Peter Muhlenberg, was one of the most popular ministers ofVirginia. In his forceful sermon he spoke of duties citizens owe their country. In closing he said: There is a time for preaching and praying. But there is also a time for fighting. Now this time has come! In the same moment he threw off his clerical garment and stood in the uniform of a colonel of the Continental army.”
Example Two: “Reverend Samuel Davies preached a sermon on the “Curse of Cowardice” in the same county in which Patrick was born. A sermon a part of which follows below, and which many argue had great influence on Patrick H. and Henry Clay.”
“Some cry, let the enemy come down to us, and then we will fight them. But that is the trifling excuse of cowardice or security, not language of prudence or fortitude. The present state of our country: it bleeds in a thousand veins; and without a timely remedy, the wound will prove mortal. “It is natural for man to indulge in illusions of hope. We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth, and listen to the song of the siren till she transforms us into beasts. … For my part I am willing to know the whole truth; to know the worst; and to prepare for it.”

Readers who do not know Patrick’s last name probably would not understand why Patrick was influenced by spiritual oratory by reverends like Peter Muhlenberg and Samuel Davies.
To another thought, words taken in oath by many Americans “uphold, protect, and defend” have meaning; this writing exercise will review word “defend”. Who among you reading my words would make the claim that honoring word “defend” in oath excludes concept of self defense?
Not being a religious scholar, correct me if I am wrong, does not Sixth Commandment say “thou shall not murder” as opposed “to thou shall not kill”? Some make argument that killing in self defense is not murder, and that murder is not killing in self defense. Did David kill the giant or did David murder the giant?
Seems that one can make an argument that killing to honor oath to “uphold, protect, and defend” Constitution when in self defense and when not murder is not a sin? Seems that are three sources for answer: one spiritual, another Constitutional due process, and third readers smarter than Texas Drifter. What say you my reader?
Seems long term interests of those seeking to destroy America’s Constitution would be better served protecting constitutional due processes they are so zealously destroying.
