Texas Drifter: Some Voters Too Stupid To Stay Free
Marshall’s Law Dateline - A must response for conservatives every time Obama voters complain about their sad, pathetic, miserable lives: liberals do not blame us conservatives because you do not like reaping harvests of your being too stupid to stay free.
Translation, conservatives will not accept responsibility for Obama’s slow of mind voters based on their voluntary lack of intelligence or reason; simply because they choose to be cowards from truth. What was pop culture adage, “you can’t handle the truth”?
Pay attention Obama voters, votes have consequences, when you voted for Obama; you made yourselves accessories to Obama’s policies which get your loved ones killed, abused, or left in poverty.
Being cowards from truth will not lessen your responsibilities for violence Obama’s polices and or actions inflict on your families, friends, and fellow citizens. Bottom line, Obama is still in power because you voted to keep him in power; so no blaming conservatives, blame only your selves.

Votes have consequences, as Obama’s voters will probably never learn in time to save Heaven’s favorite republic. A “no brainer assignment” for reader would involve assignment about Obama voters not knowing that votes have consequences, and why Obama’s voters, are cowards from truth? As common sense suggest Obama’s voters are too stupid to stay free.
Instead reader’s assignment will involve one TRUE or FALSE question and one fill in the blank question:

2. America’s back up Constitution is ________?
Reader can reference following clues before answering above questions.
Clue 1
A new concept for reader might be illegal immigrants’ chain migrations. Average illegal immigrants has six to eight brothers and sisters, not counting usually unmarried parents, and grandparents, not counting very large extended families of aunts, uncles, cousins and in-laws by marriage.
Illegal immigrants’ chain migration works as follows: One illegal resident will establish illegal residency on American soil, then start bringing his “blood” to apply for public subsidies. Before one knows it there are illegal villages all over American soil.
There are parts of some Rio Grande Valley South Texas towns with portions of the community representing entire Mexican villages using illegal immigrants’ chain migration moved onto American soil. There are numerous places in South Texas called “Colonias” where tens of thousands of illegals live “in colonies” called Little Mexico’s on American soil.
These little Mexico colonies on America soil are public health threats, crime ridden areas that are wasting billions of American tax dollars on welfare payments and various infrastructure costs. All problems that should go away so public tax dollars could be used to reduce nation budget deficits and rebuild America’s ethical capitalist system.
Moving on to Clue 2
Following is based on Texas Drifter’s recent inspiration concerning other’s hurt feelings after Obama campaigned on hate, greed, and cheated to steal 2012 Presidential election.
Premise: If contracts signed under duress or extortion are invalid; then how could Texans being forced under duress, extortion, and physical threats by Republicans in 1866 and 1868 be legitimately expected to abandon their 1836 constitution for “radical Republicans, carpet-baggers, scalawags” 1866-1868 Constitution?
Interesting problem for Texans as talk show celebrities like Mark Levin accepted legal scholar by millions refers to life in contemporary America as being a “post constitutional era”. Suggested reasons by some for this post constitutional era are activist rulings by Justice “Judas” Roberts, and Obama’s rule by executive orders which are not permitted by due processes defined in U.S. Constitution.
Texas Drifter not being a legal scholar premise:
1. Contracts signed under duress, extortion, threat of violence are not valid;
2. Constitutions are contracts between citizens and governments;
3. Republic of Texas 1836 Constitution was deemed legal when Texas was admitted into U.S. as State in 1845;
4. U.S. engaged in duress, extortions, and threats of physical violence against citizens of Texas from 1866 – 1868 to get citizens of Texas to replace their 1836 Constitution with 1866-1868 Constitution;
5. Texas 1866-1868 Constitution is invalid as its approval resulted from criminal acts of U.S. agents, officials, and military personnel; actions, which by default re-instates Texas Constitution of 1836 a Constitution approved by legitimate means of U.S. Government.
6. If Americans are living in a post constitutional era as suggested by some; does post constitutional era mean that 1783 U.S. Constitution is no longer in effect?
7. If item “six” is correct, then only other “republic” not “state” constitution accepted as legal by U.S. was Texas Constitution of 1836.
